We escaped for a weeks sunshine in early September with two friends of many years. The villa checkin was simple . The manager was always available. The villa itself was immaculate. Everything has been very well thought out. The kitchen is well stocked with everything one might need. The pool views are spectacular. Easy access to beach clubs, bars and shops but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. Taxis are cheap and arrive promptly. Rarely a wait of more than 15 mins. A car is definitely very useful and a good pair of legs! Kalkan is very hilly and steep slopes and steps are to be expected. All in all a very lovely villa in a very lovely resort.

We found this to be an excellent home for our group of 8. Each couple had their own bathroom in suite with 2 extra bathrooms, 1 downstairs and 1 upstairs by the rooftop lounging area. These accommodations are very unique and difficult to find. Someone arrived every day to clean up the outside area where we enjoyed lounging by the swimming pool, grilling & playing pool. The only items we found the owner should improve on is the internet was too slow to take care of business such as sending invoices and opening documents. We all enjoy a firm bed but we found the beds need more cushion. A topper would be perfect.

This was my 9th visit to Kalkan but 1st time at Villa Kiki, This was ideal for my family who loved the location & Villa. The Pool was great & useful to cool off in. We would regularly walk down to the beach club in the day to play in the sea & trampoline, This is also very handy to catch the boat across the bay to the town. I would gladly book this Villa again!

The villa is perfect very roomy and secluded with a fabulous view quiet hilly but taxi very cheap and reliable - went to kalkan for shopping -supermarkets cheaper and more variety, define tours for wonderful trip to gorge and falcon boat trip was wonderful , and was constantly in touch with owners no issues regularly cleaned and pool attended too every day which was such a plus to have , ventured out to beach couple of times and kalkan to eat out but loved coming home to villa would highly recommend , owners left a food package that kept us going till we found everything and we're very generous , we will definitely be using again and have already recommended to others - not long enough for me :0((
