great location, great breakfast

Location, aesthetic, facilities all very lovely.

The breakfast was provided far too late. While breakfast was included in the cost, I couldn't partake because it wasn't served early enough. At minimum, some food should be available by 630am!

The swimming pool and small sauna area were a bonus. Parking was convenient. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff was very nice.

The mattress was too hard and the room was too small for three people. The price for the room was also way more than it should have been for the room and location.

The pool area had a lot of character for a smallish pool, warm. The spa area was really pleasant and relaxing, better than expected. Breakfast was complete with good atmosphere. Staff in all areas were helpful. Room was clean and modern (junior apartment).

We didn't know that half of the junior apartment was subterranean ("windows" of 2 bedrooms were underground, though main living room was high above ground with a nice porch (it's on a steep hill). It was fine, though that aspect could feel claustrophobic or creepy to some. During corona you have to sign up for a one hour time slot for the pool (and breakfast, between 8-10 which can make ski start late). This was fine for us, just fyi.

The location of the hotel is very cool, on top of the hill! The view is amazing 😍 Breakfast was nice.

Bed and pillows were hard, for one night it is okay, but if we would stay longer it would be a problem

What is not to like?? I like everything, maybe biking to the hotel was a challenge.

There was no bar. Restaurant seemed limited to breakfast. Given there is no bar, note it is a long way to town! 15m walk.

I love everything about the hotel, the location on top of a hill, the facilities, the views, the friendly staff, the cleanliness, the breakfast...everything. I haven’t enjoyed sauna as much as I did here. The views are just spectacular. Happy to come back.

Everything was lovely but maybe a slight change of breakfast options everyday would be nice.

Clean and tidy. Very good location - away from the town, and still at a walking distance to the center, situated on the hill with stunning views. Great breakfast, carefully portioned and nicely wrapped to ensure hygenic distribution. There is also spa and a small pool, should be really nice if baths worked. Property with great potential, and yet, something felt a bit off.

Staff tries really hard, however almost no one speaks English, and it is really tricky to communicate if you do not speak German. It felt as though they were avoiding getting asked something. Spa was not working for few days, no robes or towels were provided to be used in the pool area. Restaurant is apparently open until 5 p.m., however for lunch the menu is extremely narrow - soup and few options of bread with sausage. Was difficult to comprehend the purpose of keeping it open - maybe in winter this set up makes more sense. Body wash bottles very small, good for one or two uses, and there was no supplement of them for two days. Rooms are on the smaller side, although we booked something called superior double room. Not great value for money. All in all it felt as though few small changes would have helped us feel much more welcomed there.

Loved the view and how clean and friendly the staff was.

For a 4 start hotel they did not have someone at front desk after 8 pm!
