Our family had the most amazing time at this Villa. We spent 5 glorious nights, Christine was so helpful as the property manager, met us there and walked us through the house at the beginning of our stay. The views are incomparable, Plaka is very beautiful, and quiet. The pool is gorgeous, and if you love sunrises, words can't describe how beautiful the sunrise is here. It's a short walk to a beach and great restaurants/grocery. We would absolutely return, it was truly like a dream.

Our family had a fabulous stay at Vill Crete Dreams in early April. Our ages ranged from 5 to 68, and there was something for all of us there. The villas was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. We awoke to magical views, had morning walks along the coast, took the boat trip to Spinalonga and a day trip to Knossos, visited several beaches within a 15-20 minute drive, played card games on rainy days, and took daily strolls into the village for dinner at a different restaurant every night. Because the season was just starting, we often had the restaurants to ourselves and were treated royally by the restaurant staff. Our time in Crete was too short. We will dream of returning to this special island someday.

The house was perfect for 8 adults. Everything about it was first rate. Pool and view were awesome. Manager Christine was so welcoming and helpful. Small village was an easy walk down the hill with lots of nice restaurants. Read “The Island” before you come so you appreciate the view and tour of the Island. 5 stars

The checkin process was flawless, Christine was wonderful. The house was everything it was advertised, and the view was amazing. We would definitely rent this property again if we return to Crete.

This is simply paradise. I can’t fault one thing about this property regarding location and facilities. Simply stunning!!!! Have visited several times now because I can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Greece. Quiet-ish village location, friendly locals and a good spot to explore.

We were a group of 7 adults and one baby. Villa Crete Dreams was perfect! We had plenty of room for all of us. The garden apartment was exactly what the family with the baby needed! Christina was so helpful! She arranged the perfect wine tour for the newlyweds in our group, had everything we needed for the baby, was excellent communicating with us and even suggested wonderful dinner ideas. The location is walking distance to Plaka and a short car ride to Elounda. The property was spectacular!! The pool was refreshing and the beach is seconds away. We will be back!!!

An absolutely fantastic villa, excellent facilities, excellent pool and and with stunning views overlooking Spinalonga. As always the service from the team was exceptional. Thank you so much for everything..

The view was awesome. The issues we had were that none of the 5 bathrooms had hot water. In addition, one of the toilets in a separate apartment wasn’t working. Not great for the couple staying there. They had to climb up steps and use one of the other bathrooms to shower. Otherwise, everything would have been wonderful.

The property was in a perfect area within walking distance to Plaka and all its restaurants, shops etc. The pool was very cold during stay but it was used by the brave! The upstairs bedrooms were comfortable but the first bedroom was lacking a decent size area to place clothing. We were very sad to leave and our thanks to everyone who helped us during our stay. Would have been nice if we had English channels connected to the TV's as mentioned in one write up on villa.

The property is in an excellent location, a 5 min walk to the beach, many taverns close by. The house was spotless and the pool and outdoor area was a perfect place to enjoy, eat meals or just lounge. Will definitely come back again if we visit Greece.

This home was perfect for our large group traveling to Plaka. The outdoor space, ocean views, and pool is as advertised with close access to a beach with beautiful clean water for swimming right down the hill below the home. We spent all of our time outside and made good use to the BBQ to cook fish, prawns, and octopus we purchased from the fish market. We also ordered in food from Spinalonga Taverna and Marias Taverna and ate regularly on the covered balcony as we would watch the full moon rise majestically over the island of Spinalonga. The rooms were large and the beds easily and comfortably accommodated all the adults in our party. The hosts were amazing letting us check in early due to our early morning arrival which allowed us to enjoy the day and have a cool place for my grandmother to stay during the heat of the day. The kitchen is very well stocked with cooking equipment which we found handy as we prepared meals for the group. We really enjoyed the area and village of Plaka. It was very inviting and nice to walk around with cute little shops, delicious ice cream, bars, and great restaurants. The sun beds at the beach were free for anyone staying at the home (which was a great perk) and the water was beautiful for swimming. We would stay here again and really appreciate the setting this home provided for the start of our family vacation!

Beautiful house with a breathtaking view on the sea. Outstanding ! It overlooks the sea and the village. Christine who welcome us is really nice and friendly. The house is perfectly equipped. The beach is100 m from the house, not crowded , there are nice restaurants close by with delicious fishes. Plaka is a small resort away from crowds! So nice!

We booked last minute having not been able to travel to Portugal and this Villa and its position over looking the sea and Spinalonga Island was absolutely stunning. Plaka, (a five minute walk) is a gorgeous classically Greek and sleepy little town with friendly locals and fabulous Taverna's. We had hired a car and visited nearby Elounda for larger Supermarket shopping, Andreas the butcher and Angela's cake shop for the best Baklava that we had ever tasted. The Infinity pool is salt water and the most refreshing and wonderful way to cool off. There are steps down from the lane below the villa to the beach and it has always been a dream to be able to stay somewhere and walk to the sea. The sleeping arrangements were perfect for me and my three young adult children, 22, 20 and 18. My son and I had our own rooms and my two daughters shared so we were all together on the same floor and met in the wonderful glass fronted living area in the mornings before heading out onto the terrace to watch the morning boats coming and going to Spinalonga. It was a dreamy holiday and we very much hope to return.

This was our fourth holiday in this villa. Plenty of outdoor space and good size pool over looking the island of Spinalonga. Villa is well equipped and a ‘welcome pack’ of essentials was provided. The location is great - short walk (200m) into Plaka village and the stony beach and short drive to Elounda. The walk up to the villa and the steps to the pool mean that this villa is probably not suitable for those with mobility problems and/or young children. I have no doubt that we will return to Plaka and this villa.

I have planned this trip for 2 years and it did not disappoint. Easy to book, quick efficient communication with property manager. The villa is luxuriant, opulent yet so comfortable and homely. The infinity pool is nothing short of amazing with superb views over to Spinalonga and in the quaint little village of Plaka below. Every need is met in this venue. It leaves you feeling relaxed and refreshed. I hope one day to return but it’s not the cheapest accommodation so it must be viewed as a real treat but then that’s what makes it so special.

Visited in June as a party of 9, with my brothers, sister and partners and our elderly father. What a fantastic home in a great little village with plenty of bars/restaurants. We had two cars so easy to also visit Elounda (10 min drive) for bigger supermarkets and more restaurants! The pool was fantastic and everyone spent a lot of time cooling off in there! The water was slightly salted which was very pleasant and much nicer than chlorine based pools. The rooms & beds in particular were large and extremely comfortable and very well appointed. There was also a nice BBQ area downstairs and plenty of space for everyone so you never felt on top of each-other. All in all a fantastic stay with a great host in Christine, who was always available on WhatsApp for any questions. Thank You!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Plaka at this gorgeous home. Breathtaking views, lots of room, well equipped kitchen, cute little town close by. Christine was so helpful as we struggled through several glitches in our travel itinerary - flight changes, lost luggage, rental car issues.

A lovely family holiday with great memories. The villa was well equipped, a much appreciated welcome pack and very clean. Stunning views of Spinalonga and the village of Plaka,we enjoyed getting up to watch the sun rise. Pool had amazing views and our teenagers had great fun in it, even in the evening when all lit up. Holiday will be difficult to match . Very helpful and accommodating communication with all involved. Hope to be back.

Nothing mentioned before about this beautiful villa is overdone. And the photos are only a vague indication from what you may expect. We spent 2 weeks with 3 persons there and we did not regret any moment of it. As mentioned before in several recommendations the house itself is more then sufficiently equipped. Everything is in very good condition and tastefully decorated. The balcony from where you look via the pool and the cobalt blue sea to the Island is much bigger than expected by us and is a great place to enjoy the stars above you after a nice dinner in Plaka‘s numerous tavernas. Elounda and even Agios Nicolaos is not too far away for a variety in the evening programm. And from that villa interesting trips to the central and eastern parts of Crete are an easy achievement. Christine is a charming person who offered more than once her help although we did not need it, since everything surrounding this place is so uncomplicated and easy. The cleaning service twice a week is discreet and not disturbing and especially the „starter kit“ at arrival in the refrigerator for the first morning (and with drinks for the arrival evening) is such a nice gesture of hospitality we really appreciated. It made our start of the vacation very comfortable, since we need to drive to the nearby supermarket only after a good breakfast without empty stomaches. A stay here is a real "feel good package" and we will for sure return.

Gorgeous villa with amazing pool. It’s justa 5 minute stroll from the village and beach of Plaka. Great air con and great support from the on ground manager Christine when the odd niggle arises. Was slightly confused by the bedroom numbers in the listing on the website as thought we’d booked 5 bedroom, but turned out we’d just booked 3 bedrooms as it’s a cheaper rate for just taking three which are all on the same floor - fine for us but just check you know which rate you’re booking and not be an idiot like me! The other bedrooms are under the house like a granny annex and although we didn’t see them, have a sweet bbq area and garden, good for bigger groups.

Excellent location, facilities and the host! The villa has everything you need for a five star holiday! The pool is with the sea water which is great! Fantastic location, close to restaurants and spinalonga. We enjoyed our stay a lot and really looking forward to coming back.

when we first decided to book the villa a year ago, I was concerned that there were not lots of recent reviews and the owner said that there were lots of repeat guests. As we are now repeat guests, we thought it would be worth saying what a fabulous place this is. the villa is exceptional - luxurious, private and wonderfully built - with everything you could possibly need along with lovely personal touches. The outside terrace and the poor are gorgeous - perfect from a leisurely breakfast to a pre dinner drink and lying in the pool looking out at the sea and the own is very indulgent. Plaka has lots of nice places to sit and have a drink and to get supper - from a full three course meal to snacks / light bites. There are two local mini markets with all of the day to day essentials. Elounda is only a few minutes drive away for a wider selection and a lovely town also. Christine was always available and very helpful before and after our stay as was the owner. Many thanks - we hope to be back next year.

We had an incredible stay and would definitely stay here again. Perfectly clean, huge and beautiful space and a perfect view. The location was excellent too! Highly recommend.

We recently rented the villa for a group of 8 adults and one baby. We were getting married in a local hotel and wanted to stay in a villa. The villa is truly amazing, the views are outstanding, easily the best views of spinalonga. You cannot get bored of sitting on the very large balcony / outside area. The facilities are great. Perfect air con, the cleaner comes in a few times a week and changes the beds and cleans the villa to a very high standard. There is a great BBQ area which we enjoyed a few nights. The pool is great, an infinity pool overlooking the sea and spinalonga, its also a very nice temperature. There are plenty of sun beds and seating areas outside, and a great shaded area for eating and relaxing out of the sun. The rooms are very nice, all the beds are huge and very comfortable, bathrooms are very good, towels are provided, beach towels and bath towels. The kitchen and house is equipped with everything you need. there really was not anything we needed and if there was all we had to do was ask and nothing was too much trouble. The villa is a 5 min walk to plaka which is great for evening meals at the traditional tavernas and having a little look around the shops. We really could not recommend this villa anymore!! it really was great and we had the most amazing time. its very spacious, beautiful and we had the best two weeks we could have wished for. Its suitable for families or groups of couples. plenty of space for large groups of people. we will definitely be going back again xxxx
