We had an amazing week at Hebe cottage. The weather wasn’t great, but the location of the cottage made up for it. Being in the centre of the town made our holiday perfect as we could pop in and out easily. We only went out in the car once in the whole week. The kids loved crabbing and taking part in all the amazing carnival activities and music. Thanks so much, we’ll definitely be back!

We had a very enjoyable stay, the cottage was perfect for my husband, 4 and 1 year old and me. Great location and very well equipped kitchen.

Hebe cottage is a great lo action to stay as a base. Compact but mors than enough spa e for the two of us. Wells is a beautiful location and great for walks and my nature photography.

The cottage is gorgeous, very comfortable with everything you need for your stay. It’s in a perfect location, so close to the shops in Wells leading to the harbour. Definitely recommend staying here but be careful on the staircase as the stairs are very steep. We were very lucky as the weather was perfect.

We thought this high spec cottage was ideally placed for seeing the interesting streets and quayside of Wells Next the Sea. Stairwell rather steep though so fitness is required.

Air of spaciousness, excellently eqipped, and so close to all amenities. It was a pleasure to sit in the garden, too, where the sun shone all day. Owner very eager to assist. One of the party did struggle with the stairs, which were a little bit challenging.

Really great location in the heart of the town. Quiet and peaceful- everything you would want in easy reach. Recommend the Globe and Wells Crab House to eat. Great base for coastal drives and trips. Well equipped cottage but a very tight staircase if you are over 6’ - like me!

Cottage is very convenient for touring the local area with shops and restaurants with easy walking distance . The cottage has lots of character with a very pleasant walled back garden. Recommend

Well presented property in a very quiet location, convenient for restaurants, shops and the beach. Highly recommended.

This is the first holiday rental we have ever been to where there was no personal note from the owner and not even a pint of milk in the fridge or a packet of biscuits. This was very dispiriting especially at Christmas.

Lovely well appointed cottage. Close to shops and restaurants. No parking but plenty a short distance away. Could be difficult in high season though. The stairs are a bit awkward but we got used to them and unpacked our cases downstairs. Lovely powerful shower and very comfy beds. Plenty of nice places to visit, all within an hours drive. Sandringham, Holkham Hall, Felbrigg Hall and Blickling Hall. Also loved the beach at Wells and the seals at Blakeney Point and Horsey. Great week despite the changeable weather.

Perfect property in an ideal location. Everything you need is included, comfy and cosy for a small family (1 or 2 children max). Lovely courtyard garden for relaxing meals outside. So pleased we stayed at Hebe Cottage for a first visit to Wells. Will definitely be back.

This is ideal to explore Norfolk as it is a great base where you can access Great Yarmouth to Hunstanton quite easily but have an excellent base at Wells-Next-The-Sea which is a lovely place. We enjoyed fish and chips on the beach and will certainly be back to explore further as we couldn’t do everything in a week. The property is lovely and comfortable for a family of 4.

We had a lovely week in Wells and the location was perfect. The cottage is really comfortable and local shops are a quick walk away. It was lovely having a garden to come back to, especially as the weather was wonderful. It is a good 1/2 hour walk to the beach if you don't want to drive but we were happy with this as we needed the exercise. Would recommend and we hope to be back soon.

My husband and our 2 daughters recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at Hebe cottage. Liz and James the owners have kitted the whole place out beautifully and it felt like a home from home. Everything is of top quality from the duvet covers down to the kitchen appliances. It is located just perfectly for short walks down to the main shopping street and quay; and for the train to the beach.All in all a great holiday and we hope to book again next year!

Hebe Cottage is very near the centre of Wells, and is well equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable holiday. The rooms are a good size for such a small place, with only the bathroom having restricted head height. It does get pretty hot upstairs if the weather is good, but that means you just have to spend more time on the gorgeous beach.

My wife and I stayed for a week in May 2017, having previously stayed in Wells in August 2015. This cottage was beautifully decorated and had everything you could need. We like to cook and the kitchen was very well equipped and a nice size. The lounge area has a really comfy sofa, a good tv and good wifi. We occasionally sat out in the garden, which was a nice little sun trap. The garden, like the inside of the house, was kept very well. The main bedroom has a comfy bed - could do with blinds as the room was very light from sunrise. Overall we liked the room. Both bathrooms were nice and we couldn't really have any complaints - we will definitely be returning in the future. The location was perfect, just near to Staithe Street, which is effectively the high street of shops. A short walk to the pier and also not far from the Co-Op if you wanted a larger shop. Wells is a lovely town and this was the ideal place to stay, would highly recommend.

A tastefully converted and comfortable little house within easy walking distance of the sea. The high standard of the furnishing, design and cleanliness suggest this is really a second home and not just a holiday let. Despite being on a main street and terraced, it was incredibly quiet and peaceful and we loved our weekend stay and would highly recommend
