La ubicación es excelente y la terraza de la habitación un 10/10. Es muy cómodo para acceder con los códigos y todo estaba muy limpio y nuevo.

Hotel davvero TOP. Dalla posizione comodissima in centro, vicino ogni possibile mezzo di trasporto pubblico, al prezzo, alla camera. Check in fatto in totale autonomia e codici di ingresso alla struttura e alla camera inviati per SMS. La camera, spaziosa, aveva tutto il necessario, dalla biancheria ai prodotti per il bagno, ed anche per la preparazione di the (compreso anche un comodo mini frigo). Pulizia della stanza impeccabile, che viene effettuata volendo ogni mattina. Davvero ottimo hotel consigliassimo!

I did not like check-in. I had some difficulties checking in and I could not get anyone on the phone for assistance. THANK GOD, Cecelia was there. Without her a number travelers would not have been able to check in. Great service begins, continues or ends with face to face communication. If you do not place a person at the reservation counter, you are giving a disservice to your guests.

Location was very good. Close to all cafés & main attractions. It was very clean and comfortable, room was a good size also.

There was some water dripping from the room above , it seemed every time they were in the shower. Kept up awake for awhile on a night or two. Some stains from a previous leak. Apart from that, it was good. Bring some tea & coffee for your room, as they were was none provided, and there are no receptionist etc. It is all coded and call related.

Check-in was made on-line. After that I received codes to main door and to room door. Everything was fine. Nice clean rooms. Always some cakes on the reception counter. Free storage boxes for baggage.

Clean rooms, in a good and newly refurbished state, well looked after. Very nice and helpful staff. Good central location.

Lovely hotel in the heart of the city. Close to Riverside, historical centre and shopping streets. Perfect kitchenette in the room as well. Typical breakfast was great. Staff friendly. We loved the place!

Everything! Good location and really friendly and nice staff, especially the lady who worked in the dining room over the breakfast on our 2 days. The breakfast and the room with the patio was great. If I will go back to Porto I will stay here again.

Overall the apartment was good

They could replace the pillows which are bad, the walls are thin so noise from other people can be heard. Try and avoid apartment overlooking road as it is very noisy specially when people come from the train station early hours of the morning.

bathroom was small, we had really noisy and trouble making neigbours and didn’t sleep for 3 nights! I asked the staff to switch rooms but it was fully booked and they Told me they would handle it, well they didn’t. the sleepless nights slightly killed our vacation. loud noise from outside I can live with that but not neighbours partying till 3u at night in their room.

Everything was really great - location, room size and facilities (there's even a kitchenette!), as well as breakfast. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was very kind.

The only small thing - it seems that ceilings/floors are a bit thin, so we could hear footsteps from guests in the room above us - and they were loud at 5am.

the initial receptionist was friendly. the lady who was at breakfast each morning was also very friendly. I found the others not very friendly - no 'good morning' or greeting from them at all. location was pretty good. nice breakfast - excellent quality fruit! my room felt clean.

The walls are extremely thin and you can hear everything from the rooms next door and from the floor above. I realise this is not your fault but there is a lot of building work going on and it was a bit depressing the view from my balcony. I barely used it. The reception staff leave at 6pm which seems really early - especially from a safety perspective.

The receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly during our stay, she was wonderful!

Lovely clean room & check in was easy enough. location is good and I felt safe as a solo traveller.

This isn’t the place to stay if you want to go to sleep before 3am. You can hear everyone as if they were in the same room. So, unfortunately I didn’t get much sleep at all
