Sauber, ruhig, sehr netter, persönlicher Kontakt mit dem Gast. Im Zimmer hat man seine komplette Privatsphäre, es gibt nur zwei Zimmer auf jeder Etage. Kein Krach durch andere Gäste im Treppenhaus. Toll, dass man die Küche nutzen konnte.

Da wir nur für eine Nacht nach Hannover gereist sind, war die Unterkunft perfekt. Sie war in der Nähe unserer Veranstaltung, mit der Bahn leicht zu erreichen vom Bahnhof und der Ablauf war zuverlässig und unkompliziert. Der Preis war mehr als gerechtfertigt. Gerne wieder :)

Die Vermieteter sind absolut freundlich und zuvorkommend und unterstützen wo es nur gut. Es hat alles super geklappt. Gute und präzise Kommunikation und eine ausgesprochen starke Gastfreundlichkeit. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Es ist in Realität alles so wie in der Beschreibung bei Booking.Com auch drinsteht.

Es gab überhaupt nichts zu beanstanden.

The towels smelled like they were put away while humid, aside from this, everything was great.

Great communication, detailed instructions about check-in. Lovely people. Well organized kitchen with fridge available. Pleasantly decorated living room with a fish bowl and a good guitar for Your use. Stylish and pleasant lighting in the bathroom, plus - nice smell, q-tips and decorative flowers. Everything is very well thought through and practical. For the last minute deal it was an amazing place for the money.

The bigger area around the house (outside of the living complex) didn't feel quite safe of welcoming, but - maybe it is just all in my head. Nothing bad actually happened. The bedroom being in the top floor meant that the roof angle made it hard to get to the one side of the bed.

I'd like the very direct and uncomplicated communication between the landlord and me. It was helpful, coming exactly at the right time with the right pieces of information. Since I will travel to Hannover again, I am up to book this room in this facility again. Thanks for this stay.
