Cosy house in a beautiful place - by the lake surrounded by the mountains. The host is super friendly and helpful, place is clean and fully equipped. Highly recommended!

Everything, the place is lovely and the owner also. All is very clean. The kitchen could be small if the place is fully booked but in general you can manage with other guests and there are several toilets.

The lack of public transports in the area; this should be improved in Norway, in general.

This is an older, genuine, Norwegian style family home with extremely friendly and lovely hosts. Beautiful rural location with a pittoresque view. Nice, cosy, clean rooms with comfortable beds. Kitchen facilities, TV room. There are no shops nearby, but the B&B offers breakfast. They also have a café/restaurant and bar in their barn next to the house. Josygaard also has an incredible museum collection of old housing and farm equipment plus a gift shop in the barn. Only a 6 km drive from Josygaard you can visit Paddeland and learn about the local toads.

We liked everything, so we want to visit again. :-)

Josygaard was in such a beautiful location. As soon as I arrived, the host came to greet me. I felt so welcomed, and it was so peaceful. The room was absolutely perfect! There was so much to see in this area, that it was the perfect spot in between everything that I wanted to drive and see.
