We loved the location. We loved the house. Perfect for four of us but if you had more folks you could definitely do so. The beautiful landscaping really gave us The Cape Vibe. It felt like our home. The best bathrooms/shower heads I’ve ever had at a vacation house ever. Which may not seem like a big deal but it is! The dryer came in real handy.

Very nice home near to grocery store, restaurants, and beaches, but also in a nice quiet neighborhood.

We stayed at this property for 4 days and we enjoyed our stay. We were traveling with our kids (6 & 8) and mother in law. Entry easy with a code texted to me before check-in. The home was spacious and fit our needs, with a fairly well stocked kitchen with pots, pans and spices. Our kids enjoyed the lawn toys in the basement. A few areas of improvement: there is a lobster pot, but no lobster crackers, the pillows were a little flat, the pocket door in the primary bathroom doesn't lock easily and many times, it would slide open unexpectedly and the grill wasn't working. When we called to ask for assistance with the grill on the first night, our information was taken, but we didn't receive a call back until 2 days later. Overall. we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home.

It was a lovely home and very comfortable which was important to us. It was well stocked with daily essentials. Although it is a residential area it was very quiet which was great. The decking was south facing so we had the sunshine to sit out. We thought it was a lovely place to stay and would recommend it.

The entire home was comfortable. We enjoyed the fire place while watching TV. The back porch is very private. The birds were very active in the morning and fun to watch and listen too. Comfortable beds and pillows. The bathrooms are amazing. We all loved it here!

The cottage is in a quiet location, yet easily accessed off a main road. The place was clean and equipped with comfortable beds. Would recommend and stay here again.

This is a lovely spacious house just a short drive ir 15 minute walk to main st Hyannis. The weather was not great while we were there so did not get to use the large deck and lovely garden. 2 full bathrooms was a bonus with tons of towels. It had a nice fireplace but despite many texts to the management company to get the pilot light lit they did not get it done during our 3 night stay. Luckily the heating worked well for the cold evenings we had. Overall a relaxing stay.

This charming home is very well maintained, located on a quiet road. It is close to supermarkets, beaches and downtown Hyannis.

Great place to rent very happy

When we arrived we knew that we made the right decision. The house was just as described. Quiet neighbor hood. Really clean and cozy ,all the amenities as promised we came to find how close it is to everything beach ,shopping, gym and restaurants. So pleased with our choice looking forward to staying again in the future.

home was nicely decorated, well equipped, clean, good location. The photo shows a fire pit but the fire pit had a sign on it "DO Not Use" so that was disappointing for us.

This was a wonderful house in a great location!! It was soooo clean and decorated beautifully. The beds felt good and the bathrooms were updated. It was exactly they way it was pictured. We had a slight problem getting the door open with the code, but the company got back in touch quickly and solved our problem immediately. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to friends. It was a home away from home for sure!

Very clean, quiet neighborhood. The house is charming and the 2 full bathrooms made our stay even nicer. The deck in the back of the home is perfect for early morning coffee or evening get togethers. This home is highly recommended!

Love the improvements over last year. Your microwave was not working. Not a big deal but needs replacement. We will be back.

Cleanliness..2nd bathroom..location...quietness

The house is very well maintained inside and out, and very clean. The interior is beautiful with Cape Cod themed decor. The deck is nice and clean too, with a bbq grill. Location is great, close to Main Street and beaches. Kitchen is well equipped with nice kitchenware. The beds and pillows are comfy. There are plenty of towels with extras in the closets. Outdoor shower is great for washing sand off after visiting the beach. The clothes dryer was not working, but I was very impressed with how responsive the property manager was. We called and someone came to replace it in a few hours. The outdoor shower area was missed by the cleaning team as there were items left by the previous guests. I would also recommend stocking more big garbage bags in the house. Overall still a great stay for family of 5. I will book this house again.

Need a toilet paper holder and shade on window in master bathroom. Some type of curtain in slider in kitchen would be nice. Multiple appliances in house did not work properly. No hot water in kitchen sink. Issues were reported to property manager. Nothing was fixed during our stay.

House was exactly what was described in the listing and photos. We had a wonderful time and had everything we needed. Kids had a blast in the yard and using the fire pit.

We found this lovely three bedroom house to be cozy and very clean. The deck, outside shower and firepit were a wonderful addition and allowed us to spend a lot of time outside. It was a very quiet neighborhood and it was a very quick walk to the beach.

Good little house to rent. Only issue I had was 2 separate lock boxes with 3 sets of keys.....I would rent it again though.

We loved the little house in a quiet neighborhood. We wish there weren't 2 separate lock boxes with 3 sets of keys. We had to call to get access to the 2nd box to actually access the home. The outdoor shower was great but could probably use a good power washing and the yard could have been mowed. Still liked the place overall.

This beach house was just right for my family. It wa stage cleanest I have ever seen (everything is not coated with dust). Surfaces like the kitchen table and island are clean enough to eat off without worry. The bathroom is nice and large with a beautiful double sink and a huge tub (perfect for cleaning up the kids after the beach). There are plenty of hooks in the bathroom and kitchen area for hanging towels/belongings and large closets in bedrooms with hangers which I loved. The kids bedroom had tons of books that they don’t have at home which they loved and was very convenient (we didn’t have to pull our books out of suitcases). Everything was in working condition and everything needed for our stay was supplied here. Craigville beach is not far 5 minute or so to drive (a 20 minute jog if you are looking for a nice morning run). The inflatable park is a 13 minute drive and Main Street Hyannis is just a few minutes away by car. This was my favorite beach house after renting several years in the cape area. I went here with 4 friends, and we had a great experience! We had a little issue but called Vacasa’s 24 hour number and they helped us solve the issue right away. The house was clean and spacious and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. Good, safe neighborhood with plenty of parking in the driveway.
