Great place for girls' getaway and wonderful pool, backyard and lots of space in the home!

Property owners live in it, misrepresented, not super clean; Definitely overpriced.
The photos make the property look much more modern, clean, and nicer than it is. The property owners live in it and that was not disclosed. It is old and well used, dishes are old/well used. The property and neighborhood are pretty rural. The front door was broken and all of the guests had to enter through the cluttered laundry room. We rented it for out-of-town work colleagues and it was a bit embarrassing. It was not what I expected with the cost of the rental. Also, the shower in the master bedroom was very weird and did not drain well - made a huge mess after someone showered in it. Had we known what the house and property were truly like, we would not have reserved it. The concierge services were very nice. They had the beds made up nice, with towels, water bottles, and mints on them. ABOVE also had a nice welcome basket with local snacks and treats at check-in. All of that was very nice. The breakfast order and delivery were awesome! Having them pick up the dinner we ordered was great too.

Everything I could have asked for!
We stayed her for my bachelorette weekend in Austin. The house and the pool area were absolutely beautiful!! The house manager was awesome and made sure we had everything we needed. Would recommend this place to anyone traveling to Austin!

This beautiful property was everything we were looking for! With an amazing view just like the pictures and enough space to accommodate our group we found the home to be a wonderful spot for our 4th of July reunion. The property management team at Above made us feel welcome and well taken care of leading up to and throughout our stay. The decor of the clifftop estate is very unique and expressive complimenting the spacious layout. The calming atmosphere is ideal for everything from relaxing/zoning out to family style dinner. I would certainly recommend this spot to a group looking for a peaceful getaway in Texas Hill Country that's still close enough to enjoy downtown in just a few minutes. Thank you to the Above team for a memorable weekend!

Great home for a big gathering
We had my wife's surprise 60th birthday party at the house. It was plenty big and spacious for the 12 of us to stay, plus rest of the attendees to the party. The pool overlooks a canyon that has a great breeze blowing most of the time, which made sitting by the pool a joy. Overall the house exceeded my expectations and everyone had a great time!

We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the extra touches, such as the concierge. They helped plan fun activities for a teen birthday (pontoon boat and taco tour of Austin). It was a memorable weekend!

Incredible stay close to home
Stressed out physician and wife were so pleased to have stayed here for a few days. Everything about the house, the rooms, furnishings, pool, amenities, views, locations simply was sublime. My wife is an architect and she couldn't stop commenting on how carefully everything had been curated. Just the perfect little vacation close to our home in Houston. Many thanks for the hospitality!

The grounds of the property are so interesting, including the rustic path in the back, with many areas to relax and enjoy the absolutely stunning views. The house was clean and the bed linens were top-notch. The layout is unique to say the least - my husband and I travelled with our two teens and there are only two bedrooms within the main structure of the house (king and queen bedrooms.) The third bedroom suite is darling, but accessed by the outdoor courtyard. As an overprotective mama bird, this took a little getting used to😉 I might recommend talking through the bedroom configurations with the Arrive staff for those traveling with children - I’m certain they can be accommodated. As for a couple or friend get-away, there isn’t a better spot than this property! Highly recommend!

This house is in a great location, all of the girls had a comfortable clean bed, they use seperate linens for renters which was great. House is very spacious, wonderful kitchen, property management/host was very friendly and helpful with anything we needed. The house is a bit far from downtown but getting an Uber was super easy.

Beautiful Home in Austin
The home and the view made for a beautiful getaway with friends, the girls were so happy to have a comfortable place to stay, clean linens and towels, the backyard was a wonderful place to spend the afternoon in the sun and drink coffee in the morning, we were able to cook throughout the weekend and it was super easy to get an Uber downtown at night, a wonderful place to stay with family or friends in Austin.

Incredible Vacation!
Normally for vacation rentals, the pictures look better than they do in real life, but not for this property. I've never set foot on such an amazing piece of land before! The views are unbelievable, from all angles of the house, and we had an absolutely amazing time! The whole team at ARRIVE is incredible and so kind, and made our vacation one to really remember! I absolutely recommend everyone reserve the grillmaster! I live in Austin now, but this place is so amazing that I'd come back here for a vacation again. Every one of our friends had the best time ever.

Had a great time!
This house is fantastic! It had plenty of room to sleep our group of 15. The back area is gorgeous, and great for hanging out for an afternoon. It’s a little far from downtown, but Ubers/Lyfts were easy to get. The property manager, Laurie, was also super accommodating and made the check-in and check-out process fast and simple. Would absolutely stay here again!

Paradise
Arrive booked a private yoga instructor for me and my friends and the entire setup was just amazing. The over all feel of the house perfectly accommodated our relaxing weekend. Before even entering the house there is a beautiful rock garden with fountain and quiet seating areas. My friends and I had such a great stay that we will definitely be planning to come back!

What an amazing house and even better view. I can not speak highly enough about this house and the atmosphere ARRIVE provides for the stay. Having coffee on the porch in the morning or evening is incredible highly recommended. This is our second stay with ARRIVE Property and Vacation Management and we highly recommend returning.

Stunning, unique house in a spectacular setting
This beautiful house is poised above a gorgeous valley and perfectly aligned to take full advantage of the sunset. It's wall of windows gives you a panoramic view of one of the most beautiful parts of Austin. We loved the courtyard with a fire pit and the zero edge pool. Carmel is a wonderful host - very responsive and attentive to all of our needs. The house was spotless and had everything we could ever ask for. I can't wait to stay there again! It is truly special.
