I loved the small cottages. So well equipped and decorated. Great linnen, towels. Hot water was abundant . The location was great. Close to several shopping and the beach.

Loved that the back up power is in place for the frequent hours of load shedding. The apartment is well situated and fully stocked. We would definitely stay again.

It was the perfect self-catering apartment. Modern, clean, comfortable beds. Couldn't have asked for more.

The place was roomy and super equipped. Also great location, one block from shopping mall, Marine Hotel and seaside promenade.

Beautiful apartment with all the amenities you need to make your stay comfortable. We were also pleasantly surprised that the property has a back up inverter to keep the lights and wi-fi on.

Clean, modern, neat, accessible

It was a lovely spot - extremely attractively decorated, extremely clean and close to the centre of Hermanus and all the restaurants. It had an inverter that powered the lights, the TV, the internet, the fridge and some plugs. Having a gas hob allowed us to cook during the long periods of load shedding. A lucky find. We would highly recommend the Perla.

The towels were a bit smelly but we did inform Kate.

Location perfect 10/15 minutes walk to all the restaurants & town centre. Close to cliff top walk which we loved either in the morning or evening for the sound of the sea & watch the waves. Will definitely be going back.

Seating in the lounge could be better, sofa quite uncomfortable & difficult to get out of especially for the elderly. That’s all we can think of as we loved it so much.

beautiful unit , very well maintained and equipped . Very private and only a short walk to the centre Kate met us at the property to show us round and was really welcoming. she also gave us some great recommendations for activities and eating out

Absolutely exceeded expectations. It felt like home: clean, well styled. Extra features. Very comfortable. It’s a shame we only stayed one night. We could have stayed much longer.

On the pricey side.

The location was central and easy to access the town centre by foot. The rooms were spacious and the house had every amenity including dishwasher and washing machine. Braai facilities was awesome and the pool provided a nice respite from the heat. It was quiet even though close to a main road. Kate was very helpful and accommodated a late check out. House had power even during outages.

Wifi wasn't working during loadshedding and normally it would have been fine, but needed to get some work done. All in all it was a great stay.
