Location of the home View of the water was stunning

Tv's basic, Main bedroom TV could not get working Internet code was never supplied after requesting multiple times, and on the last day when it finally came through was incorrect. Did not receive further assistance from company that managed property Zoom meetings were cancelled , due to being unable to do basic online work from property Couches need cleaning. Most crockery chipped. One key supplied for all doors. We could not unlock the internal doors without a key

Loved the location right on the water with beautiful views to wake up to. The kids loved playing pool, snooker and dropping a line off the jetty.

Location was beautiful. Spacious and peaceful. An amazing view, right near the water. We loved taking walks down to the jetty and even did some fishing with the kids. A cozy fireplace, heaters in the bedrooms and outdoor furniture and bbq. The pool table was great fun, even though a little tight on certain angles.

It would have been nice to have some basic amenities provided such as tea and coffee, shampoo, conditioner etc. There was clothing on the hooks in the entrance and we definitely knew we were in someone else's house. It would have looked nicer if they weren't there and we could hang our own coats at the door. We were told there was no high chair for our baby so packed our own, only to discover that there was one there. It felt as though the holiday providers only have generic information rather than individualised advice, therefore it came across as though they were somewhat uninformed.

the house is a little neglected and tired windows were filthy more care could have been taken by the cleaners.

1. Loved the private jetty and spent a lot of time there. 2. It’s great to have one bathroom to each bedroom. 3. Loved sitting on the long bench near the windows watching sunset.

Would be good to have at least one hairdryer.
