Good location with easy access to freeway.

Breakfast start time was 7am and hot food wasn't out until 7:15am. Would have liked to have been a little earlier.

Nice facility, new and clean. Great breakfast and friendly staff.

Right on the highway so earplugs were required for sound sleeping.

Games, however they needed replaced

The bathrooms were dirty. The shower was not clean. If they did spray cleaner, it was definitely not wiped off. You could see streaks all over the doors. The shower head was horrible.

- Windows glued shut and cannot be opened, with air centrally conditioned, which was a recipe for disaster for my allergy. - the air con unit was inside the room and large chunks of accumulated dust was hanging out the vents - Breakfast room was colorful but breakfast was basic and identical all days (scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, milk, coffee) We checked out 1 day earlier because of my allergies. The lady at the front desk was just tone deaf "Oh, honey, poor you, have a nice day!"

The rooms were clean and the lobby breakfast area was nice

Our room was on the freeway side of the building, so the traffic noise was too loud. If we stay again, we would request a room on the other side.

Clean rooms, friendly, but VERY young front desk staff. Parking was well lighted and felt safe. Everything there was quiet and well organized. Breakfast bar more than adequate.

Front desk personnel was neat and friendly. However they were very young and not knowledgeable about area, restaurants, etc. It was a very rainy day and Tuachan cancelled performance (reason we were in town)

Parking was spacious, pool was open and empty, beds were so comfortable, showers were spacious and water pressure was perfect and breakfast was delicious. Front desk staff was always friendly!

Hot tub wasn’t working. Water was Luke warm, jets were broken. Body wash in shower still had cap on, so we called to have it removed housekeeping never came but the girl at the front desk did and that was appreciated!

Breakfast was good, but they could have used at least 1 more pancake machine.

Bathroom could have been a little cleaner. There was a little suffice mold on the bottom of the shower door and a long hair on the back of the door.

It was right by the freeway and noisy. The beds, pillows and linens were uncomfortable.

Easy and modern. Very clean and well maintained.

The bathroom had “remnants” from the previous guest. The air conditioning unit was kept the room comfortable but it was noisy. The TV channel guide had no descriptions so I had to flip through the channels to see what was on. Like we did in the 70’s & early 80’s.

I liked how clean it was. It’s also on the newer side so it has a lot of amenities. Really comfy bed. Flat screen tv in the larger side. I like the convenience of the shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower. Breakfast was was really good and complete.

Love this place.. highly recommended … breakfast was amazing!!!

We've stayed at Tru by Hilton's before and expected cleanliness, comfort, and a quality breakfast. All these we received including friendly staff.

Nice new property with fun, decor, and comfortable beds

It was frustrating, because breakfast goes until 9 AM and even though we arrived at 8:40, much of the food was gone and they were not replenishing it. If breakfast goes until 9 AM, all options should be made available until 9 AM. There was a line of about 10 people waiting for more Eggs and bacon, which never came. Also, there was some hair in the showers and it wasn’t super clean in the bathroom.

Bathroom had a great shower and it was clean. Good area for dogs. Had to find out on my own that they had breakfast which was adequate.

Our room was tiny, hardly any room to move around and it wasn't due to any furniture, since they didn't have any. Had a long one foot wide ledge to use. Floors super sticky, (I washed part of floor to help get the sticky off) bathroom wallpaper falling off, walls dirty, needs to be repainted. Checking in, the reservationist never said anything about having breakfast for the guests. Prices were higher then the other company hotels we stayed at during that trip. And those hotels were great, BW, lodge at deadwood and hampton. Would never stay at a Tru by Hilton again.

Really nice hotel and the best pricing compared to other hotels in the area.

I can’t think of anything. The eggs were really watery but I know it’s impossible to keep those warm and not have condensation.

This is a great option in St. George, UT. I travel through frequently - it's typically tough to find a place because St. George is so popular. I highly recommend this property, especially for families. Sarah was working the front desk when I checked in - she is a great ambassador for the hotel!
