Great house, yard and location for a large family gathering! Well stocked kitchen, plenty of dishes and utensils, nice appliances

Excellent property to stay for a large family gathering. The adults, teens, and younger kids loved the location and spacious property. It was awesome being able to enter the river from the backyard and being so close to so many other sites for hiking and biking. The owners are really great and respond very quickly for any questions

Everything about this home was fabulous. It was comfortable, for all ages and little surprises all around (toys, books, nook under stars case). Rooms were all comfortable (bunk room very "cozy" and warm). Plenty of room in the fabulous kitchen for many cooks to be in there working. Having 2 refrigerators was perfect...and the stove...wow...our wanna be "chef" loved it! The kitchen was one of the best stocked I have seen, We forgot a spice and there it was, honestly we could have probably forgot most of the spices we needed! Lots of serving dishes and bowls which was very nice. The backyard was perfect for all ages, the water level may have been too shallow for many but our age group it was perfect. The small kids had a great time and and the adults could relax and watch. Yet the water was deep enough for the paddle boards and canoes. Lots of "outside" towels. The garage held many surprises lots of balls, games and puzzles. a couple of little kids chairs and table so that was a nice treat. I can't say enough about how welcome we felt and lucky that this family shares their home with others. I do have to say one negative which I did read in a couple of reviews...not enough toilet tissue...but I am telling you that was the only negative!

Quiet neighborhood with long driveway, so all ages can ride their bikes warming up for a longer orderly ride to Sunriver paved path network, about a mile away using the main road's bike lanes. Some of the group biked to village for morning coffee, all biked for daily group rides. Although there are various bikes in the garage, and we used some of them, our personal bikes worked out better for us, and we also rented a couple bikes from the village. The on property river access is just great for all ages. It is a shallow, slow moving tributary to the main river it tees into, just short of a mile away. There are singles kayaks, paddle boards, and a canoe. Roomy deck with table, chairs, umbrellas, a view of the lower positioned hot tub, then looking out over the manicured grass to the river, keeping track of everyone, but relaxing just the same. Home was very clean, roomy, plenty of bathrooms and showers, and the kitchen had upscale appliances with large btu gas stove / oven. Lots of things in the home and garage to keep entertained. Charlene, our host, responded within minutes either to VRBO messaging, or a personal phone call. Jay & Jana

We are an extended family group that gets together every Labor Day. It is 7 siblings and their families (only had 6 this year) The house is spacious and beautiful! Each bedroom having a bathroom was perfect! The kitchen was fantastic and very well stocked. The best thing ever was the river! The access, the boats and paddle boards. The only complaints we had was lack of basic products; toilet paper & garbage bags, etc Notes state not to use any other product than what is supplied. But for 18 people 5 days we were running out before we left

This place was perfect for our whole family from infants and toddlers, for teenagers, our grown children and for the two of us. We try to do a family trip every year and the consensus was that this was the best place ever and all are planniong to do it again next year. We spent lots of time on the water and enjoyed being away from the crowds at Sunriver.

The house exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort, decor, furnishings, a well-stocked kitchen, and recreational value. It was exceptionally well set up for children to play, both inside and out.

Charlene was great to work with, very responsive. We had 11 adults, three kiddos and an infant. Property was beautiful, clean, and the kitchen was well stocked and large enough for several people to work at the same time. The bedroom/bathroom situation worked well for everyone. Would have been nice to have an ADA bathroom (or grab handles in the walk in shower) on the main floor for our elderly parents, but we made it work. Had fun on the river with kayaks and paddle boat. Looking forward to another stay when the weather is warmer!

Our group of 11 friends and family enjoyed a wonderful week in Sunriver. Three Rivers had plenty of space for our large group and our teenagers loved the access to the river with a variety of river craft. The home was well equipped, and we really appreciated the 3 washers and dryers! We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood with easy access to the shops and restaurants in Sunriver and Bend. Special thanks to Charlene for being so quick to respond to our questions. We would definitely recommend this home!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Charlene was wonderful and very responsive to all our questions and the property was exactly as described.

Our family spent 5 days between Christmas and New Years. It has been at least 4 years since we were all together. A great time was had by all.

Spacious, comfortable home which allowed for both alone and together time. Great kitchen for cooking together. Peaceful, quiet setting with access to great hiking, paddling, biking.

Very easy check in. . We didn’t go through the house upon arrival, which we normally do. Found a Couple things were broken, no vacuum cleaner. One was brought to us, that didn’t work. Owner & neighbors dog came over everyday. The hot tub was very dirty with sand upon arrival. Had a noise complaint that was not our family. We loved the setting, the deck, the pool table, the large living room, 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, every family had their own room & bath., even an under stairs cubby for my 2 yr old great grandsons. We enjoyed our time & it was great weather.

This house was absolutely perfect for our family gathering of 11 adults and 4 children. The setting was beautiful on a shallow (but cold) river. The house was well-designed, comfortable and beautiful. Some of the things we especially liked: a bathroom with every one of the 7 bedrooms, the hot tub, the big well-stocked kitchen, all of the kid-friendly touches, the hammock, the kayaks, the big deck with grill. . . This house was everything I had hoped for. Charlene was easy to work with and responsive. We had such a memorable week!

This home is spacious and beautiful. We loved the yard and access to water. The house has many amenities that make a stay here very pleasant such as two refrigerators, Ice maker, large deck, pool tales, bikes, etc. The neighborhood is very quiet and the home is private. The owners were great to work with and very responsive to any questions we had.

We thought the home and yard would be great for our family gathering but the property was much better than expected! The interior pictures did not do justice to how large and open the common areas were. There was more space and seating on the back deck area than expected too. We loved the access to the shallow stream that was perfect for our novice kayakers and paddle-boarders. Love, love, loved everything about the place!

This was the perfect house for everyone to have their own bed and each family their own bathroom. So much fun outside with many different activities! Great communication with the owner and super helpful!! Hope to stay here again!

Property was exactly as shown. Beautiful spot on the river with lots to do and lots of space. We all enjoyed being out on the river, playing pool, hot tub, grill, bikes….plenty of room and privacy for everyone. Charlene was very responsive and helpful with any questions during our stay. We would absolutely go back to this spot with our family and would recommend to others!

This was our second time in this fabulous home. It accommodates large families perfectly, has great amenities along with a large backyard leading straight to kayaking & SUP! Charlene is a great host and her communication is the absolute best. She truly care about her guests. Our family cannot recommend this property enough. Very spacious and comfortable for our family. The location is great and the property is large. I would strongly recommend if you are looking for a peaceful place to stay with extended family.

Nice and clean home fully stock kitchen, good size rooms each with a bathroom which is nice and convenient. We were out of propane and the owner was very easy to reach and brought more propane pretty quickly. Would definitely come back and recommend this home to everyone. Great time celebrating New Years with family and friends.

Good property for kids of all ages. Great location on the water with a deep lot with privacy and room to play outside. We will rent again with a large group.

Charlene is a delight to work with, very communicative and accommodating. The house is beautiful, large and fit our needs well. The backyard with bocce/pétanque course, horseshoes, disk golf, hot tub, play set and playhouse, not to mention the canoe and kayaks, were well utilized by all. We loved the location, quick access to all the lakes and mountain bike and hiking trails near Mt Bachelor. We loved how kid friendly the house was, but also very adult friendly too with high end kitchen appliances. We had a wonderful stay.
