Kerryn’s place is clean, nicely decorated, comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Communication with Kerryn was easy and clear- she is a lovely host. The location is great - easy access to town and to Rte 1. The development is very nice and has a pool and tennis courts. Overall a great stay and highly recommended.

Very close to town and right across from the beautiful pool! The condo is nicely decorated and very clean. You do have to remember to bring your own towels and sheets. Because I didn’t know to bring our log in (passwords) information for Netflix, etc., (I may have missed where they told us to bring it), we had very few tv options in the evening. Overall, a lovely place to stay.

This condo was in the perfect location! The pool and basketball court are across the street, plus not too far from the beach/boardwalk. This condo was spotless when we arrived. The hosts were very helpful with any questions we had. We highly recommend this condo and can't wait to rent again!

The development sits just outside of the Rehobeth beach boardwalk area, but is easy to access via bike or healthy walk.
The owners were wonderful and communicative.

We had a very enjoyable stay and the Condo was perfect.
Everything was as advised and it was in a beautiful community setting.
Short Drive to Rehoboth and with the owners help, we navigated the parking quite easily. Get the Parking App on your phone if you can. That was a big help.

This is a great place to stay! We've stayed here a couple years now and definitely plan on returning again. The owners are great to work with and the property is super clean. Pools across the way and conveniently located close to everything yet far enough away to enjoy the quiet.

The condo was spotless and spacious. All the amenities we needed. We loved that the pool and sports complex was right across the lot. Pool was clean and never overly crowded. Hosts were easy to book with. Highly reccomend!

Very easy to find a place that suited our needs, compare several options, and book the one right for us. The owners were very responsive to all of our questions, and gave many helpful tips of things to do in the area. They stocked the condo with little things like dish soap, toilet paper, plastic bags, spices, etc. that made packing easy. Our 9 and 12 year olds loved the place as much as we did!

Beach week
The condo is in a quiet location away from the busy downtown which we enjoy. We were able to book a cruise in Dewey, shop at the outlets, play at Funland, spend a day at the water park, but local produce and treats at the farmers market, visit the creative market, and swim in the pool and ocean many times.

Great place, Great location
Owners were responsive and place was exactly what we wanted - very convenient short drive to boardwalk (back way) and right on the breakwater bike trails. Also right next door to outlets. Tennis courts and pool in good order. Wifi worked well. Highly recommend.

Excellent condo rental
The condo was even more beautiful than the pictures. Excellent location, great ammenitites, and wonderful neighbors. The decoration was top notch and we had tons of room. The best part was working with Kerryn on all our booking arrangements. We were nervous about the trip due to Covid 19 restrictions and Kerryn always was there to answer every question and ensure we were comfortable with the best possible trip. She could not have done more to ensure our stay was perfect!

This place was exactly as listed! It was very nice and clean! Unfortunately the pool was closed the week we were there and the owner was quick to let us know what was going on without us even asking! Would definitely stay here again!!

Family getaway
We really enjoyed our mini vacation in Rehoboth. The condo was perfect....very clean, comfortable & a fully stocked kitchen with all essentials. Love the location and a quick drive to the beach. My grandchildren enjoyed counting the turtles in the pond. We were disappointed the pool was not open due to the COVID-19, but the kids enjoyed the tennis and basketball courts. The owners were very accommodating. Looking forward to stay there again!

WE HAD A BLAST!
Beautiful, spacious, clean and comfortable condo. Pics online don’t do this place justice! The community is beautiful and quiet. Pool is perfect if u need a day to relax and stay close to home. The owners were very accommodating and quick to respond to questions. And the view of all the turtles in the pond was an added bonus. We loved this place!

Annual Rehoboth trip!
This was our 4th year renting from the owners Kerryn & Wade. They are wonderful to rent from! We love the condo and feel right at home during our annual week long stay. The condo is very spacious, very clean, and very bright and inviting. Location is great too! This is a must rent for your beach vacation!

Great place to stay
Our family of 5 stayed here over the 4th of July week and were extremely satisfied with the property! Not only was it very clean and neat, but the location across from the pool and playground was quite convenient. Even though it was a short drive to the beach we weren't deterred from going to the beach because of that. Everything was well cared for, clean, and taken care of. The owners were quick in reaching out to us after we booked and were in communication with us prior to our arrival and were so nice in checking in with us while we were staying. GREAT people to work with. We would certainly stay here again!

Rehoboth condo
This condo was perfect for our family. It was very clean. Another reviewer said, and I agree, that it is bigger than the pictures show. The couch and chair in the living room were brand new. The complex is quiet. This condo is directly across from the workout area and the pool. The owners are super nice and helpful. We would highly recommend!

Make vacation memories here!
This was our second stay at Wade and Kerryn's place. It continues to exceed all expectations! The condo is kept impeccably clean and features spacious bedrooms, a lovely kitchen, balcony overlooking a turtle pond, and solid entertainment options with TV, cable, DVDs, and streaming. But it's located so close to the action of the beach (yet tucked away in a quiet and well-maintained neighborhood) that you won't be inside for too long. Great location, great hosts. Stay here!

Excellent accommodations!
The condo was in perfect location within the development as well as rehoboth area. Having small kids, being across from the pool was really convenient. Fitness center also very nice. The unit was very well stocked, clean, and spacious. The pictures are nice but unit is much larger than pictures depict. Owner Kerry very accommodating and responsive to inquiries. Would recommend and will book again for certain.

Perfect for Families
My family of four really enjoyed our stay at this condo last week. It is the perfect size for a smaller family and is really in an ideal location. The beach is minutes away! The complex was really peaceful and relaxing. The condo overlooks a pond that has quite a few turtles in it. My sons loved going out on the balcony to count the turtles every morning. The pool is right across the parking lot, which was perfect after a day wandering around Rehoboth. The condo is spacious and well appointed and it felt like home for the week. We would definitely stay again.
