Perfect location. Great facilities and excellent communication. VILLAJOYSA is a great little town. Not too touristy but plenty of restaurants and shops and a perfect beach. Trams to all areas along the Costa Blanca for 1.45 Euros a trip. This property was perfect for us, as we like to get out and about and come back and relax on the beach it is literally ten steps away. We took a tray down and ate breakfast on the beach, which is never crowded.

There is nothing I could say to improve this property apart from the bedrooms are a bit small, but that did not spoil our stay at all and there's not much can be done about that. There wasno welcome pack apart from 2 oranges and coffee, sugar, but good supermarkets close by, so it did not bother us.

Wonderful location, right by the sea and at a nice quiet part of the beach. Lovely owners who were very helpful in organising us a taxi to and from the airport--thank you!

Lovely property. Great location and very handy with 2 children. Check in and check out was very easy and hosts were very friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was sooo nice! The location is perfect, the town is lovely. The appartment is very convenient for the family. The host was friendly and helpful!

Fantastic location with all the amenities you require. Lovely clean apartment with views onto the beach.

Spotlessly clean and with every home comfort. Spacious,well equipped and just as fotos show. Footsteps from beautiful, shallow beach and playpark on beach for children. Close to good restaurants and bars. Supermarket for essentials 100m right or left.Larger ones a little further. Views of harbour and beach are stunning.Josema was a wonderful host, there to meet us and explain everything.Perfect terrace to side of apartment which gets sun all day , beach chairs and parasol in apartment very handy.Local market on Thursdays worth a visit.This is a fabulous apartment and Villajoyosa is quaint, beautiful and quiet. Thanks to our lovely neighbour who handed us in a freshly made paella .... very good! Will definitely return. Thank you Josema!
