Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig.Man stört wirklich niemanden. Das Haus war sehr sauber und die Küche war gut eingerichtet. Der Pool ist rießig und wir hatten viel Spaß in der großen Außenanlage. Die Sitzgruppe draußen ist groß und gemütlich. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gibt nur wenig was man kritisieren könnte.z.B. Das es nur in einem Raum eine Klima Anlage gibt, oder die Ameisen in der Küche. Aber wir können guten Gewissens das Haus weiter empfehlen. Was noch besonders Erwähnenswert ist ; die Nähe zum Meer. Mit dem Auto 5 Minuten. Dort gab es immer Parkmöglichkeiten und man hätte die Auswahl zu 3 netten kleinen Badebuchten. Herr Göpfer hat uns sehr freundlich am Haus empfangen und war auch sonst immer Ansprechbereit. Wir haben uns auch durch ihn und seine Frau sehr gut Aufgehoben und Informiert gefühlt. La maison a une excellente situation, et au calme. Toute la partie extérieure est très agréable. toutefois, le grill à charbon nous paraît dangereux en cas de vent, il pourrait être remplacé par une "plancha" à gaz, sans risque. Dommage qu'une seule pièce soit équipée d'une climatisation. Pour le reste, maison très agréable et à recommander. Gérald Steiner et sa famille (8personnes) .

Sehr gute geschmackvolle Finca, hochwertige Einrichtung, ruhige Lage an einer breiten Schotterstraße, angenehmer Kontakt mit der Verwaltung, kinderfreundlich. Wir können die Finca mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen.

Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique entre mer et montagne. La villa est très accueillante pour un séjour en famille, elle est idéalement conçue et rien ne manque. Merci au propriétaire d'avoir laissé tant d'éléments de décoration qui ont fait que nous nous sentions chez nous. Mr Koepfer nous a bien accompagné, toujours avec discrétion et à réglé un problème très rapidement sur la pompe de la piscine.

Schönes, räumiges Haus. Kinderfreundlich! Grosser Pool, viel Raum, genügend Sitzplätze draussen. Abgelegen, viel Privatsphere, gut Ausgestattet. Erstaunlicherweise keine nervende Ameisen, nur wenig Insekten durch wirkungsvolles Insektengitter. Im Dorf St. Jordi schöner, abgelegener Sandstrand mit kleinem Imbiss. Wir würden dieses Feriendomizil jederzeit weiterempfehlen!

Tout était parfait, l'accueil, la maison, l'endroit. Nous sommes partis avec 8 amis et tous étaient enchantés! La cuisine est bien fournie en ustenciles il ne manque de rien à votre arrivée. Le premier jour Hans vous montre les endroits sympas, restaurants, plages... Le village de pêcheurs est très sympa et y mange très bien. C'est encore l'Espagne authentique sans building. La maison est magnifique et décorée avec beaucoup de goût! Un séjour innoubliable!

Großzügiges Domizil mit hochwertiger Ausstattung. Hervorzuheben ist insbesondere die Ausstattung der Küche, es fehlt an nichts für den ambitionierten Hobby-Koch. Wir waren dort eine Woche lang mit 3 Kindern: Von der großen Terasse hat man nur wenige Meter zum Pool und somit einen guten Überblick über das dortige Geschehen. Auf dem Gelände befindet sich ein Tennis-Hartplatz, den man kostenlos nutzen kann; wir hatten keinerlei Probleme mit der Platzbelegung. Die Strände befinden sich in etwa 3 km Entfernung, die Supermärkte ebenso, ein Auto ist daher unbedingt notwendig. Allerdings: Da die Zufahrtswege ungeteert (und witterungsbedingt: uneben und staubig) sind, sollten Sie Ihren Ferarri lieber zuhause lassen und den Fiat nehmen. Desweiteren freundlicher Empfang durch hilfsbereite Vermieter. Tadellos sauber. Insgesamt können die Villa Charles uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Our stay in Spain was lovely mainly due to our accommodation. The villa was nice and big. It was comforting that the ones who took care of the villa lived 200m away. All the rooms were very nice decorated and makes you feel at home. The paintings, furniture and small decorations were all complimenting and made the villa perfect, modern and authentic. The villa has 2 bedrooms and bathrooms in a separate section which was perfect for us because we had to little ones and gave us a comforting feeling that they could no access the pool directly. Lovely kitchen equipped with all the tools you need to have great dishes during your stay. There were little matters that were according to us not fitting. Such as that the pool gets really quickly filthy due to nature (could not be prevented), some of the showers did not have a shower holder (it was told to me that they will change that) and in the other building the beds were wet and the walls too, causing a funny smell (it was told that it could be from the other renters). However this did not stand in the way from our great stay and we would for sure consider coming back.

This was a lovely house that was exactly as it appeared in the photos. There are two bedrooms in the main house and then two smaller bedrooms in a separate building. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return with our whole family.
