What a wonderful villa! It honestly has everything you could think of. Very clean and comfortable. The balcony in the evening was lovely. Played both golf courses. The supermarket is 5 minutes drive, and the bakery department had delicious bread and cakes. Communication was excellent. The wi-fi is really good. Would highly recommend. Thank you.

The property is wonderfully decorated in a beautiful location and loaded with all of the fixings to assure a fantastic getaway. From the lush garden, to the pool, to the putting station, upper deck, and more, you will not be disappointed. Deborah was extremely accommodating and available to answer any questions we had and the information binder included a plethora of recommendations that did not disappoint. My husband, in-laws and I had a phenomenal time!

Thoroughly enjoyed our weeks stay at Casa Larkin #252. The villa was immaculate and had everything we needed to relax in the sunshine. It was like a home from home. Deborah was helpful and quick to respond to messages. The photos really do not do the villa justice - it really is beautiful. Kitchen basics were supplied such as spices, condiments etc, lots of soap, dishwashing supplies and paper towels. Normally we end up having to buy salt/pepper etc so it was a nice surprise to see a cupboard of essentials. Thank you for everything.

Golf, ocean, restaurant Paradise

Had an amazing time at the villa which was absolutely stunning and very clean. Owner was very quick to respond to any questions. Would highly recommend this villa to anybody looking for a nice peaceful location in a beautiful villa.

We were there for 10 days and it was great would recommend. The only issue was it's a bit hard to get to without a car but that can be managed.

Spent October half term here with the family and had an excellent stay. The Villa is really well equipped with everything you need for your stay. Both inside and outside the Villa are fabulous with lots of space and a great little putting green to practice your short game. The Villa is in a great location, very near local amenities, the slide a splash water park and Carvoeiro where there are some excellent restaurants. All in all a fantastic find and I would highly recommend as a place to stay for anyone heading to the Algarve. Thanks Deborah for being a fantastic host too.

The villa is located at a large golf course nearby nice beaches, good restaurants and supermarkets. In the villa you find everything you need, the rooms are spacious and all rooms have airconditioning. The owner, Deborah, responds very quick if you have any questions and gives you all the information you need. All of it was in good condition. except for the garden loungers, they were not very comfortable to lie on, you slide down on them. But that’s the only thing. We really enjoyed our time there and it felt like home!

From the 1st communication we had with Deborah until our checkout she can only be described as an exceptionally good host, the villa itself was so clean on arrival and excelled our expectations in every way, highly recommended for an adult or family holiday

Stunning villa with modern furnishings, a lovely garden and pool. The pool area is very private with loads of pool furniture, outdoor dining spaces and a BBQ. There is also a putting green for any keen golfers to hone their skills prior to a game on Gramacho or Vale da Pinta. The villa itself comes with all the facilities you would expect. 3 large and comfortable bedrooms with TV's. An en-suite and good sized bathroom as well as a small toilet. The air conditioning is superb and keeps the villa nice and cool on a warm day. The kitchen is well appointed with dishwasher and washing machine as well as a large fridge freezer. There is a lovely balcony with seating and dining. The wi-fi extends to outdoor areas as well. All instructions on how everything works from the entry gates to the hot water are easy to follow and understand. We have visited the Algarve on a number of occasions but never stayed in the Lagoa area. The villa is close to a number of lovely beaches, some great restaurants, Slide and Splash Waterpark which is a must for anyone travelling with children of all ages (and those of us still young at heart) It is a great base for many golf courses in the area. Deborah was always there if needed and nothing was too much trouble. All in all, we had a great stay and can't fault the villa in any way. The location and facilities are first class and we will definitely be back. Whether it's your first visit to the Algarve or returning, you need look no further than this property

What a nice place to stay. Villa Larkin had all the comforts of home and then some. We had a great time taking day trips, finding excellent little restaurants, playing in the pool and generally relaxing. Thanks so much for your help Deborah, you are a great host!

We had a great time and we will definitely come back

A truly stunning house with a great surrounding for a family holiday. We stayed with 4 adults and one two year old and had plenty of space. The outside area was fantastic and we directly had a „we are at home“ feeling when we entered the house. Everything was super clean, as new and tastefully decorated. We really hat a pleasure staying here. Questions, even during the stay, where answered in minutes. We can definitely recommend it and will definitely come back.

On arrival, the check in process was so easy - everything was exactly as informed. Upon entering, there were lots of 'Wow's....what a stunning property! Both inside and out, everything was perfect. Large airy living space, with a very well equipped kitchen. All bedrooms beautifully appointed, with fantastic bathrooms. The outside spaces were superb....sun, shade, pool, garden and the putting green a great bonus! We would not hesitate in recommending this to anyone looking for a staycation in the beautiful Algarve 🌞

We had a lovely time! Place was very nice and clean. Deborah gave us complete information in advance so that we were already helped on our way in the area. Setting is beautiful with beautiful beaches. If we come back, we will definitely stay here again!

Fantastic location to get away though I would personally advocate hiring a car to get the most out of the area there are a number of amenities close by (and also at the villa itself of course). Lovely quality property with everything you need to enjoy your holiday and unwind quickly. Spoilt for golf if that’s your thing but equally tennis is walkable and for running lovely and safe albeit a bit hilly, you’ll definitely come back fitter. We used a well know Global app for restaurants and found some top quality choices close by, equally beaches are 5-10 mins away. Would definitely recommend.

2nd time at Casa Larkin and yet again it ticked all the boxes and more! Clean, modern, spacious home from home. Location was A1 and would recommend this property to anyone and everyone. We had an amazing time at Casa Larkin, the villa is perfectly placed to explore the fantastic beaches and check out the surrounding areas. The Villa is short of nothing and is the best we have stayed in. Don’t let these crazy times discourage you to travel here, we felt safe and secure during our stay and the property manager was helpful and communicative at all times. The villa was exactly how I would decorate my house! It wasn't just a villa, it was a home and it was spotless. Everything you need was there from English plugs to skewers for smores! There is a binder in the villa containing every bit of information that you need and was so well written and very funny. The communication with the owner was excellent and can not fault the security which made us feel very secure on top of the electric gates at the villa. The views are stunning and it is nice and peaceful. We had a great family holiday and will be returning. x

What a lovely villa Casa Larkin is. The facilities were brilliant and it was just like being home from home. The pool was perfect. The putting green was an added bonus. The location was spot on. Golf was really good. And the correspondence with the owner was excellent. We couldn’t fault anything about the villa apart from we had to come home.
