My family's stay at this beautiful home was awesome! The house is gorgeous and comfortable with amazing views of the ocean. The location is great as it is close to grocery stores and shopping. The owner, Sue, was always available for questions, very nice and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

We are a group of 20+ friends that have been going to N Myrtle Beach every year this same weekend for over 25 years. But this is the best place we have stayed at yet. Plenty of room for all of us and plenty of privacy if you wanted it. We did have some problems operating the elevator since all the exterior doors have to be shut for it to operate. The house was so big, it was hard to make sure someone wasn’t opening a door on another floor and the elevator would stop between floors. We also couldn’t get the hot tub to heat up. Overall, it’s a great place to stay, close to Main Street, shopping and other fun activities. We are already planning a return trip for next year.

We enjoyed our stay in this very spacious Oceanfront home. The house is large and great for a large group. The outside pool area and decks are great space to hang out. We used the theatre room and games room on colder days and it was nice to have them. We paid for linens and pool heat. Both things are quite costly but it's a lot of linen to bring and pool heat is nice in November. If you want a hot tub that is hot and this is important to you then this isn't the house for you. The hot tub heats to the temperature of the pool in our experience, 85 F. Remember to bring tea towels and kitchen cloths with you as those aren't included in the linen package.

Overall this is an AMAZING property! Great location and well suited for a large group. Theatre room is fantastic! Great game room, Main living area, Kitchen, Bedrooms and bathrooms are well situated to maximize Ocean front views. Kitchen is well equipped with high end Viking appliances, two full size fridges and dishwashers makes for easy dining. Great walk in pantry to keep track of food. Sue was responsive to a few items that needed attention. The only item that was not fixed was the door on the primary oven which was off and was not able to be repaired while we were renting. Thankfully a second oven is available so it was not a real concern. Also a few of the chairs in the Theatre room need attention, back left is permanently extended and one of them would not extend. This is a GREAT property that I would highly recommend for large gatherings.

Beautiful view. The overall condition of the house was very dirty, the pool was cloudy and full of sand on arrival, the furniture was very stained/dirty, many of the gates did not latch, the water faucet at the wash off station did not work, the railing near the end of the walkway to the beach was broken, many of the rocking chair arms on the upper balcony were broken, the bottom door electronic lock worked sporadically, the bottom rack on a dishwasher did not stay in the track making rolling full rack difficult. The house did not have an outdoor kitchen only a standard gas grill and a dry bar and it is not a new construction per the online description. The shower door in the right master bathroom on the top floor did not close, the water flow in many of the bathrooms was very low and unacceptable. More details on the house keeping; the stairs and baseboards were filthy; the carpets were not swept upon arrival. There was food and trash found under/behind furniture in all rooms, mold in the showers and around many air vents specifically ceiling air vent above the stove in the kitchen. The pool is NOT PROFESSIONALY MAINTAINED. The pool repair man informed us there have been many issues with the pool/hot tub, caused by the owner not properly maintaining the equipment due to allowing things to run to failure, causing many renters to lose use of the Pool/Hot Tub. The pool cleaning man was extremely rude, only showed up a few times and did a poor job cleaning pool.

Stay was great. However, hot tub didn’t work until last day after maintenance came to work on it twice. Was also told that pool pH level was very unhealthy and unsanitary. Dirty sock was found under bed evidently left from previous tenant. However, house and location was absolutely beautiful and we had plenty of room for 20 adults and 4 kids. Most enjoyable family vacation. Sue was very accommodating and addressed our hot tub issue, even though we could enjoy it for only one day.

This beach house was the absolute perfect place for the 29 of us to hang out. We never once felt crowded. There is ample room to sleep, eat, and hang out. The house is way more beautiful than any of the pictures show. This kitchen was well stocked with any items we needed. I enjoyed using the walk-in pantry to "hide" all our stuff so it didn't have to set out on the countertop. We also used the wetbar as the location for all the teenagers snack food. The location was a short drive (20-25 minutes) from Broadway at the Beach and all the Myrtle Beach attractions. It is definitely worth staying at this location in North Myrtle Beach. It is so peaceful. You will not be disappointed!

4 generations of family stayed in your beautiful house! The house was just like the pictures! The elevator was used a lot by a few of us & made it possible to get to all floors easily! We really enjoyed the game room & movie room & pool! We paid to have pool heated & it was used a lot! Sue was wonderful to work with & responded quickly to concerns requests. We cooked all nights except 1 & appreciated the 2 dishwashers & 2 ovens! Having 2 washer/dryers was also great!

This is a beautiful home and everything you see in the pictures are on point. Everyone that came to the house loved it! The rooms are spacious, the kitchen is amazing and there is plenty of space for people to sit down together. This was the perfect home our siblings retreat. We look forward to staying again next year.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! Very spacious for a big group! Modern and updated! Sue was wonderful with responding to my questions and was very helpful. A couple of pieces of feedback: -A Keurig would be a great addition. Although there were three coffee pots, it was a little bit of a disappointment to not have a keurig. -Had some issues with the kitchen sink being stopped up and the garbage disposal stopped working, and the plumber was not able to come during our stay which made some of our food preparation plans difficult. -Some of the kitchen utensils need to be replaced and/or thoroughly cleaned -The hot tub never got warm. Thoughts are that because the design has the hot tub waster filtered through the pool, it won’t get hot unless you purchase the pool heating. So if you really want to use the hot tub, you may want to consider this. None of the above were big issues, and therefore we are planning to come back for another stay!

Renting was fine Had left a couple of messages before we arrived no response. Called on the day we were to check in and was asked if I was sure we were supposed to be checking in. Once we finally arrived the cleaning people were leaving, but was not cleaned very well. Had paid for the linens and one of the rooms still had soiled bedding.. Floors had dirt and stains on the stairs. Went to heat the spa was not working , sent a message and was told someone would be there the next morning. Sent a message the next day and was told pool guy had been there and it was working. Tried it again not working, sent another message, they sent guy out again and he told us that it has been broken and needed to be replaced, and management was aware that this what was needed. Feel that there was false advertising for the spa they should put that on the descriptions. The actual place was nice and great location if the spa was working and I if it was cleaner it would have been fantastic!

Beautiful home, property owner was professional. My family and I enjoyed ourselves. The house was very clean and organized, comfortable and spacious, amenities were suitable for all age ranges. This will definitely be a top pick for the future and a highly recommended place to stay 😊

My family came from different areas for a wedding. This place was perfect. A beautiful location, very spacious. Everyone loved it here.

This was our second stay at this property and hopefully not the last. Love the location and the views. Very nice that each bedroom has it's own bathroom. We had a hiccup upon entering as the house was not yet fully cleaned, however the owner let us in early and we let her know. She addressed and it was still fully cleaned by original check in of 4pm. The one thing is that the owner does not check VRBO messaging regularly, so be sure to call her as you need.

Overall the property was beautiful and exceeded our expectations in many ways! When booking the property, it was a little unclear how to select the linen service and heated pool option, but thankfully the property owner (Sue) made herself available to help last minute and was very accommodating and responsive throughout the entire process! Upon arrival the house was amazing and check in process was easy to follow. We did notice that a few chairs in the movie theatre didn’t work, there was a magnet missing on the shower door on the top floor bathroom, a big crack in the ceiling of one of the 3rd floor King bed suites, the hand rail was missing on the boardwalk stairs to the beach, and the main floor half bath was missing a faucet handle. Other than that, this was the perfect house for our impromptu wedding/family get together! Everyone could not believe the size and beauty of the house and we really enjoyed our stay! Would very much recommend this house!!

If you are looking for a place to accommodate your ever-growing, large family for a vacation trip, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU! My husband and I began to look for a place for our bi-annual family vacation and needed space for 24. After searching, we chose “The Haven.” We hoped upon hope that this place would not disappoint like our house did two years ago. Not disappointed at all!!!! We were beyond surprised at the massive room this house has!! We could have all 24 of us in the kitchen/dining area and still have room; have us all out at the pool and hot tub and still have room; have us all on the game room floor and still have room; even the theatre room could hold us all and still have room! Every bedroom was used and no one was without a place to crawl into bed after a fun-filled day! I don’t know how many times we heard our children and grandchildren say that this was the best house yet, and we’ve been doing this for over 10 years. All said that they would come here again, hands down! The space is amazing, the kitchen was used for meals, 3 X’s a day...never disappointed us as we had many cooks in the kitchen, the grandkids were from top to bottom having fun wherever they landed! I have nothing bad to say about all that is provided at “The Haven.” The only thing that we don’t understand is the linen rental, but maybe it’s a state law. For us, renting this house and paying what you pay, you’d think all linens, dish towels, toilet paper and trash bags would just be a part of arriving and spending the week. When you travel for 14-16 hours to get there, the last thing you want to worry about is if all your kids and grandkids will have sheets and blankets to sleep. Other than that, plan for an amazing stay; you’ll love it!!

We had the best time! There were 14 of us, eight being brothers and sisters with spouses. The home is beautiful, the view and the beach are beautiful, and our host Sue couldn't have been more gracious. Although hurricane Ian had just gone thru and there was an issue stepping down onto the beach, as the sand was washed away, Sue got on it immediately and on the first full day we had Beach access. The theater room was just wonderful and Movie night was so special! We had 12 of us in there at one time enjoying movies in our PJ's in very comfortable recliners. PJ party time! The hot tub was used by some who said was hot and wonderful! The openness of the home with kitchen, living room, two dining areas, bar area and the overview of the beach was perfect for all of our time together. There were alot of steps, however the elevator was most useful and easy to use, once we got used to it. Just for your information the top two bedrooms (level 4) do not have balconies but have large windows overlooking the beach. There are two bedrooms on the third level which do have balconies. Unfortunately due to Ian going through the windows on the top floor were very salty and the view was not very good, although this was understandable. This house is beautiful however it is not within walking distance to most restaurants or entertainment on Myrtle Beach. We all had a wonderful time sitting out on the porch everyday for hours catching up and just taking in the beautiful beach. There are plenty of places to store food, cook food and display food for everyone. The set up is perfect for large families. We would rent this home again,- in a moment, and are considering it for our next Sibling Reunion! Thank you Sue for all that you did for us!

I cannot emphasize enough how amazing this house was. It met our needs perfectly. There was an issue with the AC on the second floor and the owner quickly resolved it. In fact, we booked again for next year and hope to make this property our beach destination for years to come. Highly recommend to all.

Great location on the beach - excellent amenities.

I’m sad to report that this house is not worth the money. It is a beautiful home and the layout is perfect for a large family vacation, but the owner / management company is not providing the level of service that should come with a house with this price tag. First, the house was not clean when we arrived. We found random food and trash throughout the house and several of the showers were not cleaned. One bed didn’t have sheets and all the previous renter’s linens were still piled in the laundry. I didn’t contact the owner about this because we were able to find extra linens in the laundry room and just chalked it up to a quick turn around on the house. Then, we realized the ice machine and wine fridge were both broken. The owner attempted to fix these during our stay but was unsuccessful. The 2nd oven was also missing the control panel and not functional for our stay. According to the owner, the oven was also scheduled to be fixed after we left. So, we had 3 broken kitchen appliances for the week. Note that these didn’t break during our week, they were broken before we arrived and never fixed. As for the “outdoor kitchen with gas grill”, this is inaccurate. The grill was rusty and didn’t work. When I complained to the owner, she replaced it with a new $300 Home Depot grill that day. Even with a new grill, the listing should really say cheap gas grill with a countertop. There is no sink, no power, or any other kitchen amenities outside. And, as for “professionally maintained private pool and hot tub”, this is also not accurate. The pool was not serviced during our stay so algae slowly grew in the corners throughout the week. My husband and I have managed a beach rental property for 10+ years – and we’ve also rented with VRBO for years and never left a negative review. I contacted the owner to address our difficulties and she is unresponsive. I understand that issues arise with all houses, but the owners did not deliver the “luxurious” vacation as promised.

We paid for sheets and linens and we found out that the sheets we were sleeping on were never changed. They finally got someone in to change the sheets and clean the bathrooms. We also had a problem with the pool it was very cloudy most of the week the pool guy came by and was not very nice, he told us it was our fault. On the last day of our week the pool finally was clear. We have stayed in an another home this owner has and it was a great experience, so we were very disappointed this trip. I am sure it was just a fluke .

Great location and a perfect house for our group of 4 families. The kids loved the pool while the adults enjoyed the hot tub. The large open space on the main floor made for great dinners and games. 4 beach-facing king bedrooms were nice for the adults. Walking distance or a short drive to souvenir shops. Management was quick to respond to any questions we had. Great experience and vacation!
