When looking for a place in Colorado & the mountains for the bride-to-be's bachelorette getaway, this place is what was imagined. Cabin feel, bunk room like camp, stunning views, close to town, activities close by, and large kitchen/dining area to enjoy meals....This place lived up to our expectations! Kitchen has everything you need! We could several meals while we were there. It was warmer than we expected and there is no air conditioning (that is disclosed in the listing) - thankful for the box fans that were available in the villa! Hot tub was great. We didn't use the sauna. Several in our group had never been to Winter Park area and are planning trips to come back and hopefully stay here again. Overall - a fabulous experience!

We had a fun week at Winter Park! The house met all our needs--the only question we had on the description was that it looked as if the pool was included as an amenity. We particularly enjoyed the large dining room table--we could seat our whole group (12) at the table and the bar stools. We will definitely be planning to come back!

Great accomodations for our family of 12. Great location to the Winter Park Resort. We would stay there again as it was great space for My husband and I with our 3 grown daughters along with their husbands and children. Everyone had their own space which was very nice.

This home is unbelievable! The view can't be beat, and there's ample light and windows to take it all in. There is so much room for so many guests! The fireplaces were very cozy, and the interior was just gorgeous. We loved using the hot tub and sauna, and made full use of the kitchen, which was large and extremely well stocked for cooking and feeding a group of people. Access to the place was easy, and there was plenty of parking space. The dining area was perfect, with a very large table and plenty of seating. Also a fantastic game table. There were plenty of bathrooms, and they were spacious and gorgeous. Lots of closet space, and extra pillows and blankets. We were thrilled with our stay in this incredible home!

I couldn't believe what a spectacular view we had of Winter Park Resort. The deck and patio had the perfect view of the gondolas, ski lifts, and mountain. We had ample space and enjoyed the hot tub. We had plenty of room for our party of 12 and would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay! The house was perfect for our group including a newborn. It was equipped with all the baby items like a pack n play and crib which was a great bonus! The location was perfect for a walk to the village and the living space was great for big family dinner and relaxing in the living area. Would love to stay again!

This was a wonderful experience for my friends and I. The property was just as described and the convenient location was perfect for commutes to the resort, food, and groceries. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Winter Park.

Wish I could pick a one star rating. We were so lucky to meet Jonathan who remedied a number of issues with this unit so we could still enjoy ourselves for the week with 8 other guests. The kitchen was very poorly equipped -- extremely old, broken pots and cooking utensils (which the Service Center and Jonathan replaced with nice new equipment), no foil, plastic wrap, dish soap, hand soap, paper towel or tupperware (which I had to buy), pillows that were disgusting (I had to buy new), a broken dishwasher and other annoying issues. For $9k for the week this unit is absolutely not worth it and needs a serious makeover. I can't imagine how old the bedding is and didn't sleep well once I saw the pillow condition. The rugs are filty. Seriously, I regret we spent this money and we won't be back. Big five stars to Jonathan though.

We really enjoyed our stay and the bedroom situation was great for 4 couples. The bunk room suited the children well. We had one day where the management was hard to reach and the garbage disposal back up. Luckily , I have a handy son who solved the problem and they were very apologetic. The house is lovely and the only thing future renters need be aware of is the kitchen is very small for the size of the house. . The photos are deceiving and make it look much larger than it actually is. Also I suggest you get your contract signed early, it is quite lengthy.

The property and it's location were perfect for our hike to the top of Mount Bierstadt as a group. We had rain upon arrival so the bunk room's carpet was wet the whole time. Maintenance was very responsive but by the end of the second day the carpet started to smell because the carpet wouldn't dry with the water seeping in constantly. I did ask to talk to management but never received a call.
