It had all what could be needed. Location was very good
The apartment was extra small. It looked bigger in the pictures. I didn't like check in procedure though

The location is just perfect. There is a small bakery near the place and it is very good for breakfast. The apartment was very clean and cozy. All the necessary facilities are there for a nice stay. We had an airport transfer and the driver gave us the keys.
The hot water ends kind of quick maybe because there are two apartments with one boiler. We had to call few times for more than 10 hours before we reached someone from the guest service to tell us where to leave the keys when we check out.

Location
I was disturbing check in, room at location and keys other location, this is make me to take taxi 2 times. It most write they’re different between key and room locations.
I called reception( where I got the key) they told me; not my problem, not my business, I am not manager

Very very clean, all new and modern, quite, safe, close to the city center.
Yo have to pick up the keys from reception that is quite uncomfortable if you have things. It’s good that I saw this information in the comments and send the email to ask for the address.
The building itself is located a bit on the hill, so can be difficult for people who have problems with walking.

The location is perfect:) For such a big city as Kyiv is definitely a huge plus to stay in the central part. There was even different kinds of tea in the room. Such a little thing, but it makes a guest feel welcomed.
Maybe a bit more detailed info how to get into the apartment would be nicer. We were a bit confused. A manager came right after we called (thank you for it!), but a confusion could be avoided if the email mentioned that we had to call before arrival.

Except for the AC, everything was really good.
The air conditioner didn't work! And when I contacted the "electrical devices maintenance number" they didn't help at all and they gave me the "manager" mobile number and he wasn't helping either, instead, he was insisting on knowing who gave me his number!! Anyway we stayed for the full 6 nights without AC which is not convenient at all since the temperature was rising on my dates of travel.

Cleaning. During 3 nights stay nobody has ever come to clean it.
