The location is ideal, with plenty of restaurants and cafes around (including a very good one downstairs). It is well priced and Esteban is very responsive if you need anything.

The flat is a bit rough around the edges (e.g. the bathroom door is not very easy to lock, there’s a small hole on the bedroom wall, etc.), and using some of the facilities is not straightforward. The wifi network on the flat guidance is not the correct one, it says that the TV has Netflix when it doesn’t (it doesn’t have access to any streaming app or TV channel), and we had issues booking the gym to use one morning (we were told by the owner that it was booked for us, but in reception they said the booking was never done).

Nice apartment with a wonderful and modern kitchen stocked with basic cookware and dishes. Very spacious and adequate! Nice neighborhood in city, close to dining and shopping. Would stay again.

Excellent host. Esteban is really friendly and helped us a lot with several services and questions. The spacious apartment was really clean, nice view, with all the utensils you need. Because we stayed 10 days, we even got fresh pair of bedsheets & towels! The neighbourhood is modern & new, very cozy and nice places to eat. Also close to a big park Carolina.

The only small thing we would change were the lights in the living room as they are not very cosy.
