An ideal property for family groups. We were grandparents with children & grandchildren. The area by the pool with gazebo was our central point & worked well. With one gluten free member of the party having more than one kitchen was a bonus. The villa is 5 minutes from the beach & a choice of restaurants. With the supermarket over the fence we were well catered for. The bus to Split was a few minutes away and ran every 30 minutes. Our unobtrusive hosts -Jelena & Ante - on the top floor were very helpful. Ante was available for airport runs - at a small extra fee - which was a great help

Wunderschöne, saubere und perfekte Unterkunft! 5*
Das einzige Manko war jedoch, dass der Spa Bereich ab 22 Uhr geschlossen wird und man Abends nicht mehr im Whirlpool sitzen konnte.

Super Villa. Sehr nette Vermieter.
Wir waren mit 12 Personen in der Villa und haben uns alle sehr Wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter haben einige Dinge für uns organisiert. Danke nochmal an Jelena und Ante.

We are a group of 11 and It took a lot of negotiating to find a villa to suit all our wants and needs. We made an excellent choice in villa Lucas. The property is beautiful with everything you could wish for. Spotlessly clean inside and out. Bedrooms, bathrooms and lounges very modern and comfortable. Poolside is perfect with a downstairs kitchen area and bar. Perfect hosts who go out of their way to welcome you and advise about your stay and amenities and trips. They live on the top floor, so handy but completely unobtrusive. Across the road is their restaurant Mario which serves lovely food. We had takeaway from there a couple of nights too. The supermarket next door was really convenient as we could pass the crates of beer over the wall and put them straight in the fridge 😂. The bus into Split centre was a two minute walk away. Two of us where even dropped off at the ferry port by Jelenas husband. I’m sure we will return one day. Very highly recommended by the old farts from England

Tolle Villa in der wunderschönen Podstrana
Nette Vermieter, das Objekt ist Top und gepflegt. Direkt am Strand, der einzige Nachteil ist, dass die an einer Hauptstr steht und manchmal sehr laut ist. Ansonsten alles super und wir kommen gerne wieder.

There was 14 of so this villa was perfect.
Helped us out so much with trip to waterfalls and taxi services.
Our teenage children thought it was the best holiday ever.
To improve even more add more cutlery, glasses and crockery to each apartment. We were forever hunting for items. Hooks in the bathroom would reduce washing white towels all the time as ended up on the floor. Would recommend to anyone, fanatastic villa x

Fantastisk!
Utrolig flott hus med alle tenkelige fasiliteter. Alt virket helt nytt og var rent og pent. Helt perfekt for flere familier som ønsker å være sammen på tur. Strand, butikk og restaurant rett i nærheten. Gjestfrie og hyggelige utleiere som ikke visste det beste de kunne gjøre for oss. Kan anbefales på det varmeste. Stor sannsynlighet for at vi kommer tilbake. Burde hatt fem stjerner..!!

Une magnifique villa, un accueil très chaleureux
Nous avons séjourné à la Villa Lucas pendant 5 jours. Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement par Jelena, son mari, et Mario son papa. La maison est très soignée, la décoration moderne. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le jacuzzi et le sauna car le temps n'était pas de la partie. La maison est parfaitement située, près de la plage (une route à traverser ou un tunnel à emprunter), à 15 min de Split (magnifique). Merci à Jelena et à sa famille.
