This makes the second year in a row that we have stayed in this house for our golf trip to PGA West. This house is magnificent. Its location to all courses make it ideal. The amenities are spectacular from the gourmet kitchen, pool & spa & BBQ to the Entertainment systems in every room & patio. Ken is very attentive to all needs of his guests. We will not stay in another house as long as we continue this trip.

I have rented many homes in the area and this is by far the nicest home we have ever stayed at. The owner was very attentive to anything we needed. Would do it again!

My wife and 3 daughters stayed here for a spring break vacation over Easter. Had a great time. Great property, nice area, everything in great condition, back pool area and yard is top notch. Would quickly and readily re-book to stay here again.

We had the best time staying here! The check in process was seamless and the place was immaculate. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed (and more)! The house felt even bigger in person than the pictures. The backyard, pool, and hot tub were gorgeous and made for such a beautiful oasis! We throughly enjoyed our time and would love to come back. This place is a MUST for anyone looking for a beautiful home!

We came out to play golf and hangout. The house was great the weather not so. We did get in our golf and had good time. The games inside the house helped

Beauriful home, pool and yard! House was equipped with everything we needed for a fun family week and kitchen was perfect for cooking a thanksgiving dinner! Unbeatable location

This home accommodated our family and it was easy to settle into and hard to leave. I chose this home because every bedroom had its own bathroom, the pool and proximity to the golf course. The kitchen was wonderfully equipped. I wish we could've stayed longer.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house. Loads of space and amenities to keep our family of 11 (7 adults, 3 children, 1 infant) entertained all week. Lovely decor throughout, awesome pool and jacuzzi, lots of games, comfy rooms. The guys loved the ice maker at the bar--never ran out of ice! Thank you!

I would absolutely Rent it again

We rented this house for a company retreat in La Quinta. Ken did a fantastic job and even passed along some local chef recommendations. He provided top-notch service with excellent communication. This home is spacious and well kept with an amazing view of the golf course. You will want to spend lots of time relaxing in the outdoor space. We had a guest that left some items behind. Ken was so thoughtful to make sure she recovered her items. Thanks again, Ken!!

This was the perfect house for our Annual Golf Trip to LaQuinta. The house was spectacular and conveniently located to all courses at PGA West. The backyard with swimming pool was perfect for BBQ & cooling off after golf. I would definitely stay here again when in LaQuinta.

Enjoyed a 50th birthday celebration this past weekend. The home is absolutely beautiful and as pictured. Ken was extremely communicative and responded to text messages promptly both prior to and during our stay. The kitchen was well stocked and all of the bedrooms well appointed. Highly recommend this home for a desert getaway.

From beginning to end our stay here was amazing. The checkin process was simple. The house had everything we needed to cook several dinners and lunches. We enjoyed spending time in the gorgeous backyard, swimming in the pool and relaxing each afternoon in the hot tub. The host was accessible each time we had questions making suggestions for restaurants as well as local shopping (loved RDRNR, Stuft, and Ralph's Market). Master bedroom and bathroom were so nice we did not want to leave! We took several walks and jogs in the neighborhood which had stunning views of the mountains, neighbors were very friendly. Super comfortable living spaces with large televisions made watch sporting events and movies very enjoyable. Wonderful home allowed us a perfect environment to spend time with our family, would definitely come back and rent again. Ken was a superhost!

The home was beautiful and well maintained. The hosts were available any time we needed them. We had an amazing time. There were several areas to sit and relax in the backyard while listening to the waterfall and looking out on the golf course. We give our strongest recommendation and would love to go back in the future.

Excellent house for a group. Perfect for golfers and adults. Great outside area plenty of chairs and eating area. The beds were great, super comfortable mattresses and linens. We were a family group with 4 under 5’s and while not perfect we had a great time. As I said it was perfect for adults, it would have been perfect for our family if there were some Children’s toys, but that was not the owner’s issue! The pictures and description were accurate and we chose the house because of the great location knowing what the amenities were. With young kids you may want to bring your own outdoor kid toys. But having said that, the pool was great for the young kids and the adults! If you have the pool heated, you may want to confirm with Ken to make sure the pool heat is turned on in the morning. The kitchen and eating areas were very good with the needed utensils. I own restaurants and the kitchen was laid out well to cook. The only thing the kitchen needed was a food processor, but that was only important to me because I cook a lot. We got by with the Ninja Blender that was there. All and all a wonderful trip and a great house. We’d come back!

Wonderful home on a great golf course. The house had everything we needed and slept 8 comfortably. The owner, Ken, was very easy to deal with and this made the stay even better.

The house was well furnished in a great location. Owners had floats available for the pool, board games, shuffleboard, and air hockey. Overall we had a wonderful experience. We hope to return perhaps next year.

Two families spent a long weekend at house. The house was spacious with lots of games for entertainment. Pool accommodated everyone and was really nice. Would definitely recommend the house and would stay there again!

Enjoyed the fire pit in the mornings with coffee and the pool and hot tub all day long. Kitchen well stocked, including basics like spices, coffee makings, sauces, etc. Owner easy to work with and answered any questions we had.

The grill outback was great quality as well.My husband and I were lucky enough to get the master bedroom and it did not disappoint! (All rooms are nice and have their own bathroom, but the master bedroom and bathroom could be in magazines!) The jetted tub in the master bathroom was big enough to comfortably fit two people and the separate walk in shower may have been the biggest walk in shower I’ve encountered! Probably the biggest surprise was how responsive and helpful the owner is. I’ve used VRBO quite a bit but I don’t think I’ve ever encountered an owner as friendly, helpful and responsive. Out of 5 stars our group would give the home & owner a 10!

We really enjoyed our stay in La Quinta over Thanksgiving. We had a total of 9 people that comfortably fit in the house. Ken, the owner was very accessible during our stay and had great communication. The views from the back yard were amazing!

This is a very spacious and beautiful home perfect for adult children. Everyone had their own en suite and TV. The kids had their own family room complete with an air hockey table which was a hit. There was plenty of seating inside and out for meals but the best part was the backyard. It was very private but also had a great view of the golf course and the pool was spacious with shade when you needed it. We definitely would recommend this property and can't wait to book it again for ourselves!
