Relaxing, with beautiful views. Away from the hustle and bustle of Phoenix but close enough to get to downtown easily. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating!

I had a lovely long weekend attending a nearby conference. Perfect location near restaurants and grocery stores, while being out of the city. Eric was very helpful and quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again.

We appreciated the ease of check in, found the casita to be clean and bed was comfortable. The location was perfect for us with family just down the road. Eric checked in with us to make sure all was good, and was available if we needed anything. Look forward to returning. Thank you!

This was the perfect place to stay for a trip to Phoenix. The casita was just the right size for me and two kids. We enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit and yard. The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Eric was very helpful, greeted us when we got in and was available via text if we needed anything. This was a great place to stay and would highly recommend.

Great locations and hosts

The casita was extremely clean, quiet and comfortable. The shower is huge, bed and pillows very comfortable. You will not be disappointed with this property. Eric was very responsive whenever needed.

The casita and grounds are lovely, incredible views-better than the photos. Very private.

Very private and quiet, just what we were looking for. Great amenities, great neighborhood to walk in. Close to shopping and restaurants. Whenever we had a question, Eric responded and assisted in whatever we needed we really appreciated that.

Clean, Quit, Enjoyed are stay very relaxing

We enjoyed staying for most of the month of February in this property. We especially enjoyed the proximity to Cave Creek and Carefree. We took advantage of nearby hiking options every day. For those wanting to take day trips to Sedona and or Jerome, the area is very convenient. The only difficulty we experienced was at time getting strong internet access which appears to be more an issue of the area as a whole, not the property itself. Since I was working remotely part-time it created some difficulties but was solved by using my phone as a hot spot as needed. Our host was very responsive whenever needed.

The casita is super adorable. Definitely in a backyard, which I knew from reading the reviews. Hosts were incredibly quick with their responses, which I appreciate. We met Eric for a few minutes which was great. About the casita, we were welcomed with a bottle of rosé in the fridge and two Lindor chocolates on the pillows. Love that nice touch. Shower is huge, place was extremely clean, lovely property overall.

Awesome property to kick back and relax in comfort. Eric was a terrific host, prompt communicator, and made sure that we had everything that we needed for a relaxing stay.

Owner came to welcome us and make sure we were settled. Lovely area with lots to do around. Perfect spot for our anniversary trip. Would recommend 👌. Tried Gino's pizza delivery and it was awesome.

We thoroughly enjoyed the place and the location - far enough from the city but close enough to everything we needed. We were taken extra care of for our anniversary and especially appreciated the snack pickup since our flight arrived so late. We have already recommended to all our friends! Excellent property for two people. Only issue I had is sharing the backyard I wasn’t sure if we write intruding in their privacy. We never used the pool in the evening because we felt uncomfortable if we made noise. Other than that it was a nice home.

Dr. Eric and Cinthya have such an amazing residence and our stay was phenomenal. Everything was so clean and the amenities at the property are top notch. We celebrated our 27th wedding anniversary and this was our first time visiting Arizona. The property is located within easy driving distance to Sedona, Town of Jerome, Flagstaff and Scottsdale. We would definitely return in the future. Thank you again to both Eric and Cinthya.

Our stay at the Casita was nothing short of perfection. Absolutely gorgeous property! Eric was so kind and helpful (our car lights were left on. He noticed and messaged. Went out of his way to get jumper cables and help us out). We appreciate the attention to detail in the casita. Everything you would ever need is there. He even included a nice bottle of red wine to enjoy in the evenings around the fire pit. We spent the first part of the week hiking in Sedona and the Grand Canyon so this was a perfect way to end our week in Arizona. Pool, sun, and complete relaxation. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back. One of the best VRBOs we have ever stayed at.

We were looking to isolate ourselves from all the other people we would come in contact with at a hotel. This was a very nice place away from the crowds.

Great cozy spot. Lovely yard. Close to hiking and cute town of Cave Creek.

Directions from the property owner are spot on. The owner did a great job stocking the home with everything needed. The rental home is on the same lot and behind the main home with easy access along a short path from the driveway. The location is ideal for hiking with many trails within a 20 min drive and for driving to Sedona. This is the best VRBO we’ve rented.
