We were in town for a basketball event at Louisville expo center. This was an ideal location close to everything but away from the clutter. Host was great would stay here again.

Rented this property for Thunder 2023. Property manager was easy to work with and the property was as advertised. Very combienient foe Thunder! Would absolutely rent again!

We had a nice time, and the place was good for what we needed. It is an old, creaky house and some of the renovations seem to have been done hastily (bedroom doors don't have working door knobs and don't latch shut, for example). The only complaints would be that it wasn't very clean when we arrived, and there's not enough seating given the size of the house. For a house that sleeps 9 with 6 beds, a four chair dining table and seating for four in the living room seemed insufficient. But we had a nice time and enjoyed our Thanksgiving. The location is nice for walking down by the river, to the little downtown of Jeffersonville, and even the pedestrian bridge over the river.

This house was stunning and didn't disappoint. Was close to places to eat and the neighborhood seemed more quiet than I expected.

This Victorian home has charm! We were here for a week long show in Louisville, it was just the right drive time from venue. The bedrooms were clean and spacious. The bathroom downstairs was very small. The upstairs bathroom was an en-suite so the second bedroom would need to use downstairs bathroom. It worked for us but could be a deal breaker for others. The kitchen was very clean and fully functional. We spent an afternoon walking the town, architecture was worth the stroll and the stores quaint. People very friendly!!

Property was in a great location close to excellent restaurants and other entertainment. Beautifully restored and updated Victorian home. Wonderfully clean, spacious, and easy parking. Grocery and drug stores nearby.

Stayed here for the night after a concert at KFC Yum! Center in Louisville, KY. 10 minutes from the venue. Some sidewalk work going on in the neighborhood, but no active construction and the area was safe, quite and parking in the driveway was convenient. Nice, spacious house. Would stay again if needed.

This house was beyond expectations! Beautiful, immaculate, spacious! A perfect space to stay for a family wedding weekend! Highly recommend!!

Stayed for 5 nights for Louder Than Life music festival with 3 friends. Had a great time, the house was walking distance to local bars and restaurants. Very cool older historic house to stay at. To no fault of the owner, the county was doing loud road construction at 7am every morning, but that should mean brand new roads for the next people to stay. I hope to stay again in future years.

We rented the house while we attended abbey road on the river. It was close to the park and enjoyed the downtown. Would rent again if we come back.

Great experience in a very nice home. Contact was easily accessible and helpful. Zero issues with our trip. Street construction was a nuisance, but did not affect our stay and will not be there long. Location is perfect for many activities and shopping options.

Overall we really enjoyed this beautiful house for the a weekend girls trip. We had 6 people stay at this house, we all had a place to sleep and seating was a little tight in living room/dining room for being a bigger group. Overall this house is beautiful and close to the fun things in downtown Jerffersonville, IN & Downtown Louisville, KY! Property owner was very quick to respond, helpful, and nice. We would definitely stay here again!

Big enough for everyone to spread out but cozy common areas. A lot of interesting features in this home. Up and coming neighborhood. Easy walk to river. Comfortable beds. Owner very accommodating and responsive. Only problem with check-in was code had been changed and we didn’t get the update.

Property had lots of charm but could have been better equipped in the kitchen for cooking (no bakeware for cooking, scissors, sharp knives, etc.). More seating in living and dining room would have been nice but all in all it was a great trip.

I loved the charm and detail this historical home offers. Everything was exceptionally maintained and clean. This place was great for a group of 8 girls. The property manager is very responsive in the event anything should arise. I highly reccomend spending time here.

Nice property, but we had 9 guest and a few had to sleep on the floor, which we didn’t bring sleeping bags, etc. . Not sure why listed as sleeps 10.

Easy to find. Close to the water. Could walk to River and see the fireworks.

Lots of room, very charming house

The house is very roomy & nice. We had all adults and were comfortable. Would be nice to have a queen or king bed instead of the double in the downstairs bedroom as there was plenty of space for a larger bed. It would have been a little more comfortable with an extra chair or two in the living room as well. We had to bring the dining table chairs in for enough seating. That said, it is a conveniently located, comfortable, lovely home & we would go back for another stay. Really enjoyed having coffee on the porch in the mornings.

FIVE STARS FOR THE HOUSE. IT WAS THE PERFECT SIZE NEXT DOOR NEIGHBORS (NANA AND POP) WERE NICE HAD SOME ANTS AND EXTRA TRASH ALREADY THERE BUT OVERALL IT WAS GREAT.

We had a blast in Louisville this weekend and loved our stay at this adorable and amazing house!!! We had a total of 8 girls! Plenty of hot water, lots of bed space, and such a cozy feel. Wish we could have stayed longer ❤️ We felt really safe and so close to everything! Thank you!!

We stayed recently and there were 8 of us cooking and hanging around. There wa aplenty of space in the kitchen and they had almost everything you need in the kitchen! The house has been beautifully renovated and everything feels cozy and welcoming with a modern look. I highly recommend staying at this house! And the master bedroom is gorgeous!
