Tamara was a great host and her place we fantastic. We had a group of 10 and there was plenty of room. We love the peacefulness in the dock at night and the super fun time during the day!! Thanks Tamara!!

Nice house- great location right on the lake. Layout of house is a bit unusual but not a big deal for us as a family. Outside dock and deck area make this a great stay.

Very nice clean house with a cottage that is right on the lake that had everything that we needed for the weekend. We had great communication with the owners. The one thing about the place that is a little different, is the layout that is mentioned sometimes. What is different is that you have to walk through bedroom #3 to get across from the kitchen to the other two master bedrooms and living room, or you can also walk outside under the eves to get around the bedroom if someone is sleeping in the room. So not real big deal and we would definitely stay here again, but just be aware that bedroom #3 is also a passage way.

The house is very nice and can fit large groups easily. Having 2 kitchens suited our group very well. Love the deck! what a wonderful space for family activities. Pictures in the listing need serious updating! No bad surprises except the crazy light switch search. The ones with labels were helpful but others were a treasure hunt. Thanks to the host and manager for our great family memories!

The location of this house is great! Right on the water with a wonderful two-story deck/dock. Nice side yard with plenty of seating. The house has a slightly unusual floor plan, but a nice place that worked well for our group of friends.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this house. We had 6 people staying and there was room for 3-4 more. Good: Beautiful covered shady patio area for hanging out, separate apartment area with two bedrooms/kitchen/laundry, ample parking, big comfy beds, great view of the lake out the window, jet ski ramp lowers into the water for slide in access (besides the provided ladder), propane and gas grills available, lovely deck above dock to view the sunsets and boats on the water Not great: We were having a small baby shower during the day while we were there and there were NO extra trash bags to be found, which made it sorta messy and hard to figure out trash-wise. The layout of the main house is very strange, though I assume that's because it is an old house that was added on to over time. There were no soap/shampoo/conditioner etc. amenities, which isn't required but sure is nice when you're staying at such a high-priced lovely place. Insufficient grilling tools or spatulas inside. Overall I would recommend this place for a comfy, relaxing lakeside stay, and my family and I were all comfortable. Communication with owner was good!

We had a wonderful family vacation at Tamara's property. especially enjoyed the deck above the boat ramp with plenty of comfortable chairs for 13 people! the side yard with beautiful oak trees was cool and shady; however, we were not able to sit there very much because the flies were terrible. other than the flies, we loved this property.

This was my family and friends 13 year to rent a house on the Colorado River. The house was great. It was super clean and had everything we needed during our stay. We loved hanging out on the dock drinking coffee in the mornings, swimming, and fishing throughout the day. We brought a boat and 2 jet skis and it was nice to have boat slips for both. We would definitely rent this house again.

The home is beautiful and is located at a great spot on the Colorado river! It is the perfect area to swim and fish off of the dock or watch the boats go by from the top of the deck. The property easily accommodated our family of 12 on our annual summer get away.

Overall we all really enjoyed the house! It was in a great location and we loved being right on the lake!

We had a wonderful stay at Lake LBJ. The outdoor space including the 2 story boat dock, yard, and multiple patios gave us a perfect setting to enjoy our time at the lake. The house was clean and comfortable. Communication with the property manager was excellent. There was a minor issue with the a/c that she alerted us to prior to check in and already had someone en route to resolve as we arrived.

Main house with 3 spacious bedrooms with King beds and private baths plus a living area with Queen sleeper sofa and 1/2 bath. Large kitchen/dining/living area. Guest house with a Queen bedroom and a Twin top/Queen bottom bunk bed with shared bathroom. Large shaded outdoor deck for outdoor activities. Floating dock provided easy access to the lake. Accommodated our group of 10 adults and 3 kids nicely.

Great location for a weekend getaway!

We had a wonderful time at Lake LBJ and Tamara's house was just perfect for us!! Beautiful house and property inside and out!! Easy drive to Marble Falls for some shopping but mostly enjoyed hanging out at the house with family!! One of the grills might need replacing but we made it work!! All lovely and easy!! Would definitely recommend!! Thanks Tamara!
