The location is the best part of this property!
When I read the reviews that stated the place needed a deep clean, I assumed the owner would do it. The property needs a deep clean regulary... ask about the deep clean before booking it!
We were greeted with a gold fish cracker on the floor, an old bar of soap in the shower, and garbage in the bathroom trash can. We were also welcomed by ants at the front door and in the kitchen. If I left a dirty dish in the sink the ants were on it within 30 min.
The place needs some TLC... immediately!
I'm not sure if reviewers who stated that they would return to the property would really do so!
All you need to do is spend a few more dollars to get a cleaner space.
The positives: Location. Easy off street parking and check in. Coffee available and a full kitchen.

This apartment was perfect for a girls weekend and would be great for parents of cadets at the Naval Academy. The location was close to downtown and there a some great coffee places and restaurants in Eastport near the apartment. We especially enjoyed walking the neighborhood with so many beautiful gardens. Tony was a fabulous host, very prompt and professional. We will be back!

Very clean perfect place
My son and I stayed for 3 days. Was a great location for walking to town but far enough away for a residential experience. Bbq outside with string lights. Nice back yard . The home itself was VERY clean and perfect for our needs. Great off street parking as well. The owner was extremely responsive and professional. Thanks again Tony and family. Appreciate the home!

Good value great neighborhood
Overall we were very happy with our stay. It was great location and easy to drive or uber wherever we wanted to go. We had some confusion over which unit was rented but that was easily cleared up with a phone call. The property was clean overall but there were some areas that could have used some deep cleaning. This rental met our needs and our stay was comfortable. The owner and manager were easy to work with and communication with them was great. We would stay here again.

Small But Functional
This was my first trip to visit my Mid without my spouse, so I just needed a place convenient and sized for one! This was perfect. I could walk to any of my favorite spots in Eastport as well as DTA. The apt had everything I needed.

Was a nice place to sleep ! 2 tvs nice space could use a deep cleaning but over all great stay!

Pretty close to everything!
Small but adequate.....linens were clean and bed comfortable... better than paying high price hotel. Kitchen and bath could use a deep clean but was certainly not dirty. We would definitely stay again when it’s just the two of us again for a weekend!
