We were a group of 6 adults that stayed at this property for 6 days. We couldn't have been happier with the location! It was within walking distance of a couple of restaurants and just 1/2 mile across the bridge to popular Bridge Street. It was very well stocked with everything that you need for cooking and grilling. Our favorite place was the outdoor pool space with plenty of seating and dining, which was perfect! The owner was very, very easy to work with and very responsive! Highly recommend this property!

My family was very pleased with this property. Between the downstairs open area with its nice lounge space and pool, and the upstairs TV room, this place enables a vibrant atmosphere to spend time with others. As boat owners, it was nice to be right next to the canal with direct access to the sea.
Both kitchen spaces were surprisingly well equipped with tools and quality appliances.

The covered pool and patio area was perfect for those like me who prefer to lounge poolside vs at the beach.

Layout of the first and 2nd floor is awkward with only 1 set of keys for each floor. Steps to 2nd floor is very difficult for elderly to walk up and down. Floors could have been cleaner and front yard is all rocks so not dog friendly to walk and no lights across the street at night to walk the pet. Sprinklers across the street came on and flooded the limited grass area to walk pet and both of us got soaked.

Great place with two separate sleeping areas that are perfect for 2 small families to share. The pool area is awesome, and having a private boat ramp and dock on the property made it a 10 out of 10. We brought our 25ft pontoon boat and used it everyday. We had the A/C quit in the top unit, but a phone call late at night to Jackie, and she had a repairman there first thing the next morning. Would stay there again 100%.

Fun weekend for my 93 year old mom and my 6 brothers and sisters. Our place was very very clean. Great location. Pool was great! Jackie was great with communication. We had 4 vehicles and there was plenty of parking.

Excellent experience for the whole family! This rental has something for everyone! Pool for the kids, dock for your boat with super easy access to the bay! Within a mile of the beach! Home is big enough for everyone with even a separate downstairs one bedroom complete unit! Immaculately clean, with all kinds of extras. And Jackie is the best! She communicates extremely well and is so helpful and enthusiastic about making sure you have a great stay. I can’t say enough good things about the experience! We will be back soon.

This property had a little bit of everything that met all of our family needs and wishes! Heated and enclosed pool with fun floats, right on a canal where we fished and observed all kinds of creatures, two kitchens and living areas and plenty of space to move about! Would highly recommend to any family considering a stay in this area!

The house was fantastic and met our every need.
Location was perfect we could walk to the seafood shack for great Mahi tacos and grouper also delicious 5$ cocktail specials every day.
Also a short walk to tide tables restaurant for great food and drinks, both places on the water!
The house is right on the end of the Cortez bridge which leads to AMI so very easy drive to all the beaches.
The house itself is well appointed, 2 kuregs an awesome grill and dishwashers and laundry.
2 couples shared the house my husband and I loved the full apartment on the first level leading yo the canal and AMAZING completely screened in heated pool which we used daily❤️
Our friends took the 2nd floor with a private screen porch 2 bedroom 2 bath full kitchen.
We will definitely be booking again!!

Great stay in Cortez. Walking distance to restaurants on the water. Clean. Good neighborhood. On a canal w/ a boat ramp and dock. Plenty of parking. Host was excellent. 3 minute drive to the beach. Basically 2 places in 1. The separated 1st floor is like a big nice apartment. Perfect for multiple guests who want a little privacy. Nice pool and porch area. Definitely will stay there again!

This was a nice vacation home. The layout is interesting as there is basically a one room apartment downstairs that is completely separate from the rest of the house (only stairs are outside). Some things were not working but Jackie was responsive and tried as best she could to help. We unfortunately had to leave 2 days earlier due to a hurricane evacuation, but we had fun while we were there. The outside living space was the best, but the no seeums prevented us from using it in the evening/nights. Price of being on the canal I guess.

We rented both units and both were very clean, the upper unit is especialy nice with lots of space and a very well equiped kitchen.
Outside space is also very nice with a nice (bit to warm) pool and lots of shade, we did see some Manatee's swim by.
Beach chairs, bikes and a cart provided.
Short drive to the AMI beaches, even possible to ride the bikes to AMI.
Communication with Jacky has been great and she provided us with a lot off tips for things to do, the caretaker next door also very friendly and helpfull!

We had a great stay. Jackie was so helpful and the check in and out process was smooth. We swam in the pool, fished off the dock, and enjoyed near by restaurants and ice cream shops. We can’t wait to come back!

This house was perfect for us. I traveled here with my husband, 18+ aged children, and my 60+ aged parents. The location was spot on with beaches a 5 minute drive away, restaurants within walking and bicycling distances, and entertainment right over the bridge. The pool was perfect for first morning dips and evening relaxation! The house was clean and well kept with everything you need. The neighborhood was quiet and and friendly. Check-in/out was easy and Jackie (owner) was great to communicate with! We will definitely stay here again!

Jackie (owner/manager) is on her game and really easy to work with. She and her husband even brought by doughnuts one morning! Boat launch and dock are really nice amenities on site. Beautiful pool. We had fun fishing and going to the sandbars/restaurants by boat.
The lower unit had a couple hiccups ( reason for 4/5 stars cleanliness). The lower unit kitchen had a slight German cockroach problem. I am a bit of an insomniac so I only saw them late at night in the kitchen when turning on lights. The only other issue was the bottom of the shower curtain in the lower unit was a bit moldy.
Overall we had a great time and were really happy with the accommodations.

The property very nice and well kepted up. My family really enjoyed the pool. The beach is near. There were several things to enjoy our stay. Like pool floats, games etc. One restaurant is walking distance. Most of all the owners are very nice and made sure we didn't run into any problems.

This is our 2nd time in this home and we have already booked it for a 3rd time. The owner is amazing and super responsive and friendly. Checks all the boxes for our family and my sisters family. We have made lots of great memories here and hope to continue. The location is perfect as well. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing weekend. The house was perfect for us. Very welcoming and comfortable. Everything we needed was in there. We brought our boat and the location was great for fishing and boating. Kids enjoyed the pool. Jackie was very helpful and made things so easy for us. I would definitely recommend this place if you want a quaint, cozy, relaxing getaway.

We really enjoyed our stay, loved having a boat ramp and sick on site. There was a great bait shop nearby where they also sold fuel (Annie’s) nice pool, plenty of room. Everything we needed was there. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby as well as day tours and jet ski rental. Dog friendly was great but yard is not really fenced in so be careful mine got loose multiple times. It was fine though plenty of space for them and we brought 2 full grown Boxers. Would definitely come again. Ashley next door was really nice and helpful and Jackie was a super responsive host!

The jewel of this property is the enclosed back/side yard. Spacious pool, super-sized patio, and easy access to the water.

Beautiful location
This house worked out perfectly for our family. We all had plenty of space and everything was clean and well-kept. The pool area was awesome and where we spent the majority of our time. We fished off the dock every day and caught lots of fish - there was a good little bait shop within walking distance. Jackie was easy to reach by text and a joy to speak with on the phone. The house is located on a nice quiet street and was perfect for hopping over to the south end of Anna Maria Island for the beaches and restaurants/shops. My favorite part was just enjoying the beautiful blue turquoise water of the bay and Gulf everywhere we went. We had a great vacation and highly recommend this property!

Great stay in Cortez
The home was great. It had and upstairs and downstairs. Just 3 of us so all we needed was the upstairs. With everything we needed. The check in/check out was so super easy. Communication with Jackie was excellent. We loved we parked our boat in the back and she has her own ramp. It rained a lot so we enjoyed time in the pool. Will definitely recommend to family and friends and will come back soon !
