We stayed at Veronique's flat for four weeks at the beginning of this year. We were welcomed at the property and given all the necessary advice and help. The owner was always available via email to help us (when the boiler had a slight leak) and this was sorted out very quickly. The property was very clean, well maintained and excellently equipped. We really enjoyed both the balcony and roof terrace even though it was January. It is very close to local bars, restaurants, a large supermarket and all the amenities the beach has to offer. We will certainly like to return.

Het appartement was ruim, van alle gemakken voorzien en superschoon. Het enorm grote dakterras is bereikbaar met een wenteltrap vanuit de woonkamer. Het is hier heerlijk toeven. Er staan 4 ligstoelen, een tafel met 6 stoelen, een hottub en een BBQ. Ook heeft het nog een klein balkon, grenzend aan de woonkamer. Hier hebben we ‘s ochtends ontbeten en ‘s avonds nog tot laat in de avond lekker buiten gezeten. Veronique en Tonie zijn bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Op vragen krijg je onmiddellijk antwoord. Wij hebben een erg fijne vakantie gehad in het appartement in de leuke plaats Torre del Mar en bevelen het appartement dan ook van harte aan.

Die Wohnung, war genau so wie beschrieben, die lage war OK

Wij zijn hier ruim 2 weken verbleven met 2 kinderen. Vooraf en tijdens vakantie prettig en snel contact gehad. Het huis heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Ligt vlak bij het strand en heeft een supermarkt om de hoek. Het centrum van het dorp is ongeveer 15min wandelen met leuke restaurantjes. Het ligt naast een school wat vooral voor de meiden erg interessant was om naar te kijken 😉 zeker aanbevolen!

Zeer goed appartement met prima apparatuur, goede verwarming/ ventilatie, fantastische bedden etc. De geboden service door Veronique en Tony is super. Je moet houden van een levendige omgeving . Een groot pluspunt van het appartement is het zeer grote dakterras.

Met ons gezin hebben wij een fijn verblijf gehad. Zeer schoon en goed onderhouden appartement. Keuken was van alle luxe voorzien. Goede, (Ikea) bedden met genoeg beddengoed, voor ieder seizoen voldoende aanwezig. Het zeer ruime dakterras is zeker een aanvulling; heerlijk begin van de dag met een ontbijtje en genietend van de ochtendzon! Eigenaresse Veronique is zeer attent en hield ruim van tevoren nauw contact met ons bij vragen. Omdat wij een late vlucht hadden op de terugreis kregen we de gelegenheid om later uit te checken, heel fijn! Wel een aandachtspunt; het slot van de toegangsdeur appartementencomplex werkt niet soepel waardoor we vaak moeite hadden om de deur te openen! Wir hatten einen super schönen Urlaub in Torre del Mar. Wir wurden sehr nett in Empfang genommen. Die Verständigung war super vor und wärend der Anreise. Die Wohnung liegt zentral (Stadt, Bus usw) . Sie ist dabei aber sehr ruhig, somit kann man nachts sehr gut schlafen. Was besonders zu erwähnen ist, das alle Räume klimatisiert sind. Wie waren mit 5 Personen in der Wohnung. Sie ist optimal bis zu 6 Personen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Supermärkte sind gleich in der Nähe. Es ist alles sehr sauber und ordentlich gehalten. Hauseinrichtung und technische Ausstattung (wie Klima,Terrassenüberdachung,Internet,WM,etc...) ist komplett und in sehr gutem Zustand. Ruhige Umgebung und doch nahe dem Stadtzentrum und dem Meer. Vielen Dank für einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt Veronique! P. und K.

A fantastic apartment which is beautifully furnished. Excellent kitchen facilities, including lovely touches of basket with Oils, Herbs, Spices etc. dishwasher tablets and cleaning products available. Plenty of clean towels and bedding provided. Roof terrace is very large, lovely for relaxing, although only 2 sunbeds available. Veronique could not have been more helpful and accommodating, any question we had she answered immediately. The apartment is close to several supermarkets and restaurants and a short walk to the lovely promenade and beach, which had super fish restaurants and bars all along. A great place to spend a week in some lovely winter sunshine, would thoroughly recommend the area and the apartment. Thanks Veronique.

Nach einer stressigen Anreise wurden wir sehr herzlich von Tony, unserem Ansprechpartner vor Ort, empfangen. Beim Öffnen der Türe fühlten wir uns sofort wohl, Tony hat uns im Apartment alles gezeigt und erklärt, und uns dabei immer noch Tipps für Ausflüge oder Lokale gegeben.Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und man fühlt sich fast wie zu Hause. Die Schlafräume haben sehr kuschelige, weiche Boxspringbetten in denen ich und unsere Tochter sehr gut geschlafen haben. Für meinen Mann der lieber harte Matratzen mag, leider zu weich. Ist aber halt Geschmackssache. Die Betten waren frisch bezogen und es lagen für jeden Handtücher bereit. In den Schränken gab es genug Stauraum. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wie in der Beschreibung vorhanden: Nespresso und Senseo-Maschine, Entsafter, Wasserkocher, Toaster + Standmixer mit dem wir unsere geliebten Obst-Smoothies machen konnten. Diverse Töpfe, Pfannen, Geschirr + Besteck sowie weiteres Zubehör runden alles ab. Wir haben oft selber gekocht oder gegrillt und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Selbst Gewürze, Essig und Öl sind vorhanden. Nicht zu vergessen, den Abwasch erledigte die Spülmaschine. Zusätzlich zum kleinen Balkon geht es über eine Wendeltreppe auf die private Dachterasse. Von dort hat man in alle Richtungen einen sehr schönen Ausblick auf die Berge und die Umgebung. Auf der Terrasse befinden sich ein großer Tisch, Stühle und zwei Sonnenliegen. Außerdem gibt es einen Gas-Grill und eine Markise. Oben befinden sich in einer Kammer auch die Waschmaschine + Trockner. Der Gemeinschaftspool war ebenfalls sauber und gepflegt.Bis z.Meer sind es etwa 700 Meter+ in der Nähe sind viele Geschäfte in denen man alles Notwendige einkaufen kann. Der rund 40 Meter tiefe Strand bot im Sept. für jeden reichlich Platz. Wer mag, kann sich Liegen und Schirme mieten. An der langen Promenade kann man herrlich spazieren gehen oder auch joggen. Wenn man auswärts essen möchte, gibt es eine riesige Auswahl an Tapas-Bar, Restaurants etc. Veronique hat in der Wohnung eine Liste mit Empfehlungen hinterlegt. Wir haben die Wohnung schon an Freunde weiterempfohlen und würden auch gerne wieder kommen. Liebe Veronique, noch einmal herzlichen Dank für den stets netten Kontakt! Lots of free parking around the area but, unless you want to play golf or go to the El Ingenio shopping mall, you really don't need a car - everything you need for a great holiday is within walking or bus distance. Inside, the property is well-furnished and equipped with everything visitors need for a comfortable stay. Thanks for mentioning the Nespresso coffee machine in the description, so I was able to bring some of my favourite coffee pods. Lots of towels and cleaning products too, which is all very helpful.
