Excellent property for a few days at the beach. It was clean, renovated, and the location was fenomenal!

Everything was very comfortable, the arrangement of the rooms, the location (on the beach and close to the walking route), helpfulness and easy contact with the staff.

Если едете только на пляж, то отель хорошо подойдёт. Расположен на первой линии, но далеко от продуктовых магазинов, если не использовать машину.

Ужасно грязные номера. Все кухонные поверхности и стол были в крошках, плита и все сверху в жире, на тумбочках следы от стаканов, в ванной нет даже мыла для рук, остались чужие волосы, окна пыльные, в общем очень неприятно. По этой причине мы не стали пользоваться кухней. Чайника не было, только кофейник с ржавым кувшином. Сам номер оснащен кондиционером, но когда он включается, ощущение, что взлетает самолет прямо у вас в комнате, особенно ночью. Если вас поселят на первый этаж, то вы будете на вашем отдыхе вставать вместе с топотом соседей сверху, наши соседи вставали в 7 утра, слышать, когда у них срабатывает кондиционер и даже как они смывают воду в туалете. За все время проживания мы не встретили персонала, а когда писали им с вопросом про соседей сверху, получили безразличный ответ.

It’s a nice and clean motel located at the beach, which gives it a unique advantage. The room was recently renovated and the furnishings/appliances inside were neat. Free parking option was great. The hotel host at reception was friendly and helpful.

-The sunbeds are falling apart; they are very old; they need to be changed. -There are a lot of smokers smoking at the same time right at the door of the rooms, and there is no hotel staff to warn them. -We stayed for two weeks, but there was no room cleaning or towel change; I was expecting someone to clean the room or change towels once in a week at least. -There should be more hangers in the bathroom, and the bathroom window should be able to open.

Very nice place right in front of the beach and close to many restaurants and shopping malls. My room had everything I needed.

I believe the floor cleaning could be improved as it was a bit dusty upon my arrival in my room.

great location

I spent there couple days to take rest during my Florida trip. It was great choice. Hotel is situated right on the beach, neighbourhood is safe, clean and quiet. Price is reasonable, good value for money. Unfortunately I haven't met the owner personally but he was easily reached out through mobile when needed. I fully reccomend.
