Our whole family had a great time! It was a really perfect house for relaxing and enjoying the views from multiple terraces with a very convenient location for Dubrovnik. I can’t recommend this property and we’ll definitely be coming back!

Villa Lantoni was spectacular! It had lots of well-laid out bedrooms and bathrooms for our party of eight, great views from multiple terraces and rooms, and a beautiful outdoor dining area. It’s a short walk to Mlini, a picturesque boardwalk area on the sea with restaurants and a few bars, which is great for an evening stroll or dinner, or an afternoon swim. Moreover, Toni and his Mom “Dube” (Dubrovka) were extremely hospitable and helpful hosts. They organized cooks (Mickey and Nina) to come to the house on multiple nights, boat captains to take us to the Elephiti islands, and drivers to take us to Dubrovnik (15 min) and to the Peljasic Peninsula for biking, swimming and winery visits. The whole team was great, and really good at their roles (in particular, the cooking was amazing). Additionally, as we made our plans (and changed them), Toni was always immediately responsive with help and great suggestions. As a result, we were able to do a whole range of different activities around the Dubrovnik area and then come back each day to their beautiful house, the great views, and home-cooked feasts on the outside patio! It's a great house, and great team…we heartily recommend them both

We had a great time at the villa for my wife's 30th birthday and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the Dubrovnik area. Toni, his mum, and the rest of the team were brilliant and couldn't do enough to help us. Upon arrival we were presented with 2 great birthday cakes that Toni's wife had made as well as a selection of welcome drinks, fruits from the garden, and biscuits. Whatever we needed whilst at the villa they were more than happy to arrange and sort for us, from more towels when needed to arranging excursions. The villa itself was brilliant and more than big enough for our party of 10 adults and 1 child. Clean, well provisioned, comfortable, and had everything that we needed. Beautiful views of the bay/beach below, large bedrooms with plenty of bathrooms, more than enough living rooms/lounge areas, plenty of outside space to enjoy the weather and a BBQ, a great pool that was perfect for cooling off in, and only a short walk to either Mlini or Srebreno. The walk to the beach/shops is quite easy and quick, but if bringing back shopping/it's roasting outside I'd recommend a cab back as it's quite a steep hill. I can't fault the villa or the hosts at all as they were both great, and I would 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting Dubrovnik.

The villa itself matched the photographs presented. It is extremely well equipped, very clean and spacious enough to allow a large group of people their privacy when needed. The main highlight of the villa has to be the pool area including the adjacent terrace with its stunning view over the bay below. The location of the villa was perfect for us: close to the beach and local amenities (bars, restaurants & supermarket), also the local bus stop is less than 10mins walk away, which makes Dubrovnik very accessible. Only point to consider is that walking back to villa is a challenge for anyone not fit, however Toni does supply a phone with a good taxi company’s number. We had the most wonderful week in the villa. The owners were so helpful from the minute we arrived. The little touches like dropping in a birthday cake for one of the guests and then prosecco to celebrate Croatia getting to the world cup final made the stay even more special. We were a group of 6 friends staying. The villa has ample space inside and out. The use of the phone was such a clever idea and we would highly recommend using the driver service. The villa is up a steep hill that Im not sure we would have enjoyed driving if we had hired a car so we were delighted with the driver service which was always on time. We used them for grocery trip, into Dubrovnik, a tour of Mostar in bosnia and they were great. The tour of Bosnia worked out more reasonable than booking with other tour companys. Staying in this villa with its breathtaking views is good for the soul. Would highly recommend.

We had the luxury of staying in this villa for a week while visiting Croatia and it was absolutely beautiful. The hosts were very gracious and made sure al of our needs were taken care of. From booking to arrival to departure Toni was very responsive. The home was spotless and grounds well taken care of. We enjoyed every moment, from watching sun come up sipping coffee on the patio, afternoons in the pool, evenings having dinner playing games on the large outdoor table. Amazing views from everywhere in the home and plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. The propert is in a perfect location, close to Dubrovnik to visit and everything you could need within minutes. The restaurant and pizzeria recommended by hosts delivered to the villa and was excellent. We hope to visit again someday, if you're considering a villa in Dubrovnik area do not hesitate to book this you will not regret!

If you’ve been wondering about visiting Dubrovnik...and are not sure where to stay...look no further. This place is fantastic. The house is wonderful. The pool is spectacular. It’s in a great location. And the owners are incredibly helpful. Our group was 7 in total, including a baby and a Grandma. All did well and the baby gates in the house came in super handy. We loved being there at the end of the season...quiet and lovely. Don’t miss this gem!

Our party of 10 enjoyed a wonderful week here overlooking the stunning Croatian coastline. Dubravka could not have made us more welcome with drinks and pancakes on arrival and a comprehensive tour of the property. The view was stunning and the villa very comfortable and spacious, the outdoor kitchen was a particular favourite place to hang out. We took full advantage of the driver service as some of our party had mobilty problems so the walk to Mlini was difficult. Trips into Dubrovnik were easy to arrange as was a charter boat to visit some of the islands, well worth the money for a special event as was the meal cooked for us at the villa on our return. I would recommend a stay here for large groups or several families holidaying together, nothing was too much trouble. I hope to return one day. Thankyou Toni and Dubravka.

The property was nice!! Had an AMAZING view that we woke up to every morning. We could sit and look out over the water and it was amazingly beautiful and peaceful. Sooo nice. One of our favorite parts of the house was the pool and sauna. It was a group of 10 of us for my 40th birthday and we had an absolute blast. There was absolutely room for more than 10 to stay. Toni and his mom went above and beyond. I have never in my life encountered hosts who were SO over the top helpful and accommodating. No request went un-answered. Toni was SO SO patient with me and exchanged many many emails with me before my trip and answered allllll my questions. He also arranged tours for us and worked out pricing and all that before we arrived for the tours! He had arranged for a private chef and the menu (as per my request) before we arrived. He also had a local phone for us to use and a driver we had access to the entire trip. They had nice wine waiting for us and his mother brought us things from her garden. I also wanted a 40th birthday photo shoot with my friends but didn't get someone to take the pictures. We called and Toni's mom came and took some AMAZING pics for us. It was such fun. They are in walking distance from the beach and quite a few restaurants. I literally could go on and on with all the nice things they did for us. We were all SO impressed and so thankful. They made our stay so so so so wonderful. I would recommend this location to anyone!!!

Everything was perfect - stunning views, plenty of room, comfortable beds, cold air conditioning, wifi that works well throughout, fantastic pool and sauna area. We were a family group of 11 (including 5 teenagers) and Residence Lantoni was ideal. The kids enjoyed the rooms downstairs, while the adults had the larger room upstairs with ensuites. But, by far, the best thing about Residence Lantoni is the family that runs it. Toni was extremely helpful in organising our day trips and airport transfers. We received many home cooked treats from Toni's mother. The family lives on site but are very discrete with separate entrances to the property. The family works hard behind the scenes to ensure that the property is immaculate. The local mobile phone that is available to use is a fabulous idea and very convenient. The bush track and stairs straight down the hill to the water/bus stop/bakery is not that bad. If my elderly parents can do it with their bad knees (slowly up and down), then almost anyone can do it. We had a wonderful time!

Beautiful views and the villa was spotless it had everything you could think of. We were made to feel very welcome as soon as we arrived, they couldn't do enough for us. I would highly recommend this villa to all age groups, our young grandchildren loved the paddling pool, swing and seesaw, stair gates were also supplied. The mobile phone they gave us while there came in very useful and the taxi company recommended to us were very friendly and reliable. Go for it and have an amazing time like us.

We have very high expectations for this Villa and we certainly were not disappointing! Our group was made up of 5 couples staying for a week wanting a quiet break within a short taxi ride to Dubrovnik and local towns so we could relax as much as possible. The area is very quiet which is great during the day and evenings. The views from every angle are unbelievable! There is so much space inside and out which means you are not on top of each other. We used the outside wood fire / bbq most nights and the ample fridge space meant that we could keep all food and drink nice and cold! I would highly reccomend this property for any type of group of people, young, old, couples, families it is suitable for everyone and will truely make a great setting for the holiday of a lifetime! I will certainly be re-booking!

Everything! This place is amazing! We stayed here for our wedding and housed my entire family. The place was so lovely and we never felt crowded. The views were amazing, the host was like family, and we never wanted to leave. A couple bonus things about this property. Although the night of our wedding we stayed at the hotel where we got married, when we returned to the house there were rose pedals leading to the bed with a heart shape of pedals on the bed. The bedding had been changed to white silk sheets and there was a bottle of champagne. What a nice touch. Also, because the place was so nice we decided to host a Bbq with all of our remaining guests, around 24 people. The host arranged for a chef to come and cook lamb/veal under the bell. When we got back from our hotel the afternoon after the wedding the chef and staff were hard at work preparing the meal and setting tables with white table clothes and beautiful place settings. Mind you we requested this 2 days before as an after thought b/c we wanted to share this place with all our friends and family. This was probably the best meal of the trip and so much fun. If I had it to do all over, I would've just done the wedding at the villa and saved a lot of money. The other thing the host arranged was for a massage therapist to come in and do massages the morning of our wedding. This really helped ease our tension on this big day. This place is amazing.

We had a great time! The pool itself was worth the visit! It was huge! And warm and a great experience. The beds were comfortable. The views extraordinary. The family hosts were amazing, kind, and available if needed. All went very well. Our family loved it!

This is an amazing villa. The indoor pool is better than we ever imagined. The family were so kind and helpful and all the family had the best holiday. The BBQ area was brilliant and I cannot recommend highly enough. Many thanks.

The villa is a deluxe property with four ensuite bedrooms, a magnificent indoor swimming pool, an ouside barbeque area and plenty of lounge space indoors.There are superb views of the sea and surrounding areas. The flights from the UK arrive early in the morning so when we arrived it was too early to check-in which was no problem as we had been advised in advance that this would be the cae. Tony, the owner, and his family and staff were very busy getting the villa cleaned and prepared for us following the departure of their previous guests. In spite of being busy they found time to offer us a welcome drink and Tony produced brochures and maps to acquaint us with the local sights. Dubrovnik itself is a magnificent destination and requires several visits to satisfactorily explore. There are many many charming restaurants offering excellent food and service. Overall we were enchanted not only with Dubrovnik but also with Croatia as a whole. We are very grateful to Tony and his family for looking after us so well. Even our laundry was taken care of. We thorougly recommend Villa Lantoni.

The Villa Lantoni is a beautiful and well appointed villa that is exactly as advertised. Beautiful setting, spacious rooms, incredible view, spectacular pool and ideal location. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, cafe and supermarket in Mlini (however, steep) and 15 minutes by car to the old city in Dubrovnik. A real bonus is the care and attention to our every needs by the owner, Toni and his mother, Dubravka that live next door. Whatever we needed was provided - including arrangements for a driver, a chef for a fantastic dinner celebration, a private boat for a day's excursion to near by islands, etc. We would highly recommend this property to others. Great for a gathering of friends or family with private bedrooms, each of which has a bathroom, and great places to come together - by the pool, the sun deck, the two balconies, the indoor dining room, outside dining and barbecue, formal living room etc. The villa is also only 20 minutes from the airport.

We were as a family party of seven adults visiting in late July 2016. Residence Lantoni was ideal for us, with four ensuite bedrooms and air-conditioning throughout. There are a lot of interesting things to see in Lantoni and many lovely places to sit and enjoy the beautiful sea views including a large shaded table for outside eating. The pool was just amazing, a great place to relax, exercise and play. Being covered, we could even use the pool at midday. There is a kitchen with large fridge freezer, dishwasher and plenty of plates, glasses and kitchen equipment. Our worry was the walk into Milini. This involves a steep slope up from the villa, a walk to the right along a small track, then a very steep walk down a narrow concreted road, crossing straight over a busy main road to descend several flights of steps. Some of our party had to negotiate it slowly and with great caution and it would not be suitable for anyone with reduced mobility. However, the reward is that you end up by the water's edge, where you can book and take a water taxi to Dubrovnik. To the left is a level walk to Mlini and to the right you can walk around to Srebreno, past cafe bars and restaurants with the path ending near the shopping centre. Here there is a large supermarket that sells everything and has a very good free-from section. We decided that walking back with out shopping up the slope was too much for us in the heat. This was not a problem as Toni very kindly arranged taxis for us. We also enjoyed excellent meals delivered to Lantoni by Flamingoes Restaurant. We were very grateful to Toni and his family who were very kind, helpful and generous hosts and worked hard to make our stay easy and enjoyable. The region is so beautiful and the people so welcoming, with a great sense of humour. We also benefitted from visiting the city walls, restaurants, museum and cable car in wonderful Dubrovnik. Would I recommend Residence Lantoni? I most certainly would! It was difficult to say goodbye and no one wanted to leave!
