This is a very special place, the view from the terrace is amazing and the appartment is very comfortable and well equipped. Tassos works very hard to make sure the stay is comfortable. We will be back!

Tassos was the perfect host, faultless communication before and during our stay, met us at the airport and arranged our transfers both ways for us, his beautiful house is only a short distance from the airport and is in an ideal location. There is a mini market, fruit shop and bakery within 2 minutes walk and the bus stop is also close by where you can hop on for €2 and go anywhere on the island. The house itself is immaculate, beautifully maintained and spotless, Every little detail has been thought about and it is very clear Tassos has put his heart into making sure his house is like a home from home. The view is also one of the best on the island. I had an unfortunate small accident during our stay and Tassos not only arranged transport to the medical centre immediately for us he also accompanied us to ensure we got treated. 30 minutes later I was back bandaged up. Impeccable service which we were most grateful for at such a worrying time. We had the most amazing time during our stay and we’re very sad when it was time to leave. We will definately be back next year to explore even more of this beautiful island.

We had a fantastic stay at Tassos’s house. It looked amazing and when we arrived it was even better than the pictures. The view was unbelievable and his home was modern, clean and had everything you need. The location was perfect, in a quiet area but only a short walk to the old town and port with shops and restaurants . A brilliant host. He was there for anything we needed and very helpful, he arranged the taxi from the airport too. We loved it thank you Tassos.

Had a wonderful week at Tassos beautiful home in Skiathos. The house, was perfect for a getaway with an absolutely stunning view of the Aegean Sea. A Very Clean beautiful home and location was perfect with being so close and within walking distance to everything in downtown Skiathos. Tassos has thought of everything you will need for your stay and is an amazing host. Also this location is within a short walking distance to bus stop for visiting many of the local beaches. We saw by the listing of the property that it was lovely, but in reality it exceeded our expectations. Tassos was the perfect host, informative, really pleasant and always there if he was needed. Everything is close by so a car isn’t necessary unless you want to explore the beautiful island. We had a super time, thank you so much Tassos.

The apartment is just perfect: brilliant location on top of the cliff with a marvelous view on the sea. The apartment is very clean and tastefully furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped with whatever is needed. The little town with countless narrow streets and lots of cozy restaurants is within walking distance. And last but not least the landlord Tassos Organidis is looking very well after his guests. We’ve spent some very relaxing days on Skiathos.

Das Haus liegt wunderschön über dem Meer, man schläft ein und wacht auf mit dem Rauschen der Wellen. Der Vermieter Tassos sorgt dafür, dass alles da ist was man braucht, und ist vom Buchen über das Ankommen bis zum Anschied freundlich aufmerksam da. In der Umgebung findet sich alles, was man braucht: Bäckerei, Supermarkt, Strand (auch gleich unter dem Haus durch den kleinen Garten mit Feigenbaum) und Scooter-Verleih. Alles in allem eine Oase für zwei!

We had so many plans for our stay on Skiathos but we didn’t manage to do any of them: the view from the apartment is even better than the photos suggest... so we spent a lot of the time just looking at the bay and the boats from the balcony, and listening to the waves on the beach below. So therapeutic and good for the soul. This apartment is an amazing place to relax and take things easy. Our host, Tassos, was very attentive but not overly so. We would definitely visit again!

Wir fanden das Apartment so schön, dass wir verlängert haben, obwohl wir eigentlich vorhatten, weiter nach Skopelos zu reisen. Die Aussicht von den Terrassen sowie das Komfort der Wohnung (komplett und sehr geschmackvoll ausgestattet) und die Lage zur Stadt hin (fußläufig aber nicht zu nah) haben uns sehr gefallen. Tassos, der Vermieter, was immer bemüht, uns zu helfen mit Insidertipps und sorgte dafür, dass wir alles hatten, was wir brauchten. Wir sind sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal seine Gäste gewesen.

I particularly liked the outside space, the comfy sofas, the walk in wardrobe (what a luxury on holiday), essentials like iron and washing machine, and the day bed on the balcony is the comfiest seat with the best views in Skiathos. We can't say enough good things about our stay at Tassos' house. The house is immaculate and finished to a high standard and the view from the terrace absolutely stunning. Tassos has thought of everything that you may need for your stay and he is the perfect host. He was in contact with us before we even arrived arranging our transport from the airport to the house. The location of the house is perfect, near enough to the beach and the town and a superb restaurant right next door - we couldn't recommend this highly enough. What can I say? We had a fabulous time in Skiathos combining a family wedding with our summer holiday. Our accommodation was first class and we would recommend it without reservation. Excellent location with the most amazing views out over the bay. Incredibly convenient to all of the facilities of Skiathos Town but really private. The charming Tassos is a first class host with brilliant communication at every stage. During our visit he kept in constant touch to check if we needed anything but without ever being intrusive. The facilities are excellent and we struggled to think of anything else that would have improved our stay when asked by Tassos. If you're thinking about it, just do it! I had hoped to post our own video of the house which would have confirmed how wonderful it is, but Homeaway does not allow me to include a URL.

Relaxing, quiet and a great place to holiday and chill! A lovely, well equipped house with gorgeous sea views. The owner was very helpful and was always available if you needed anything. Superb location for Skiathos Town for all the bars, restaurants etc.

This apartment really does have the ‘wow’ factor! As soon as you walk through the gates you know it is going to be a special place. We wanted an apartment that had a great outdoor space with amazing views - and it certainly didn’t fail to deliver. It is simply stunning. The interior is exactly as the photos show, it is spotlessly clean, modern, and fully equipped. The owner, Tassos, has thought of everything and certainly has an eye for detail. Tassos is the perfect host, communication was great, and he was always quick to respond to messages (something of a rarity in Greece we’ve found). He kept in contact throughout our stay, ensuring everything was ok. He even met us off our ferry on arrival and arranged the transfer to the apartment (something we didn’t expect), and also arranged the transfer to the airport on our departure. The apartment is in a great location - just a few minutes’ walk from the harbour and town, with the nearest beach also only a few minutes’ walk away. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this property.

We were surprised at the quality, the location, the comfort and the extraordinary view which were offered us in using Tassos’s home. He himself is a great host, helpful and friendly, everything was first class. This holiday promised much and delivered more... you get exactly what it says on the can, plus plus.
