George was helpful and showed us in a video how we can use the hot water. It was well-equipped and really clean.

property was clean and tidy. Bedding was clean and folded neatly. you could tell care had been taken. Wifi was good. Decent TV.

NOT a three bedroom property!!!!! someone had to sleep on the very hard sofa. it’s more like 1.5 bedrooms as the second bedroom is an extra room, with no air con, off the main bedroom that is only accessed via the main bedroom. Host keeps telling me that it says it is 2 bed but it quite clearly stated a 3 bedroom apartment and it was even acknowledged that the owner had issues with booking.com not changing the description. I have updated the cleanliness score as there was nothing wrong with that aspect at all

Good value and big apartment.

Apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. Good facilities and air-condition. Only stayed one night and was not in apartment for long.

No complaints for apartment. Parking a little difficult but possible.

Everything was fine. The apartment was rather big and clean. It's in a quiet one way street. Luckily we always found a parking place there, which came really good as parking is a little problematic in Athens.

The bathroom was clean and big, but to be honest it needs serious renovation. The showerhead was broken, so it was a little uncomfortable to use and there was only one lightbulb.

Basically this is a condo in a residential area of Athens managed similar to an Air BnB.  It's quiet,, and has the necessary tools for a decent stay (kitchen, washer/no dryer, cable TV, wi fi, etc)...There is NO HOT WATER until you turn on a heater.  Also,  the wi fi password and username were not displayed anywhere near the modem; we had to decipher it on the back of the modem (password is where is states "wireless key" on the back of the modem).   Later we found an instruction sheet next to the bathroom door with both the wi fi information and an instruction about a heater.   This sign should be placed next to the modem or in two or three different places.  As for the heater,  we didnt know if the instructions pertain to a water heater or the climate heater that would be applicable during colder weather, so we didn't mess with it and took cold showers.  Had we had more time, we could have tried to see if this heater was for the water.  One of the bedroom doors is locked, which can be creepy to some; we assumed there was nobody living in there.  Also, one of the bedrooms has no AC.  You have to max blast the AC in one room to get some cool air into the other room, which results in one room being very cold and one room being very hot on an August night.  When you make the booking, you get a text with some information about how to get to the condo.  You can either take a taxi or metro/bus combination.  Some important information was missing.  First, taxis can only take four persons.  So if you have more than four persons staying, you will either have to take two taxis (38 euro fixed price times two), take a van from the airport (upwards of 135 euro), or, do what we did...send four persons on the taxi, and the fifth person (me) take the metro.  The metro ride itself is great.  Its inexpensive and smooth.  The problem was when I got to the Metro stop Ambelokipi.  The instructions on the text mention buses and streets.

It was clean, well-equipped, good communication with the owner, stable and decent wifi connection. Lots of bakeries, a fish shop, a butcher and other small shops nearby.

It's a little far from metro stations, some of the neighbors were noisy at night but just a couple of times and generally it was okay.

Awesome place to get around town in Athens. About 10 mins drive to Syntagma Square - I central location in the city. Pros: Good air conditioning in all rooms, good Wi-fi, cable TV, everything you need for a comfortable stay. Host is a good communicator.

Cons: No meet and greet by host even though in town. This gives a more caring personal touch.
