We had a great time at his house. It was everything it was described and the property managers of Erica and Ryan did a fantastic job. This is perfect for a larger group as it is nicely separated into three distinct units but you have a very easy access to all three units with a nice stairwell. It really feels like one nice big house, but it was also nice to have the separation between the units. The pool was beautiful, the lawn was well cared for and it is obviously right on a spectacular beach. We spent a lot of time at the Tamboo restaurant and bar which was only two houses down as well as Casa Islena which is a little bit further down the street. You don't really have to leave the area, but we also did spend a fair amount of time in downtown Rincon which is only a 10-minute drive. The Thursday night art walk was a lot of fun in downtown Rincon. Overall this property is very well situated in a beautiful, manageable part of the island. We would highly recommend this property and this management company as they do a great job.

We had a group of 14 ranging in ages from 19 to 45. Celebrating college graduations with a large friend group of 9 college age students. The property is well supplied, clean and perfectly located. Walking distance to many bars and restaurants, surf board rentals and close driving proximity to downtown and several great beaches. We ate wonderful meals, explored the waterfalls, steps beach and black eagle beach and found allot of sea glass near the house. Communication with property manager was quick and thorough. Would highly recommend!

This house is wonderful and was absolutely perfect for our group of 10 ppl! The location is spectacular- right on the beach. You can hear the ocean waves as you sleep. The pool is perfect. The entire house is well maintained and has everything you need. Hosts are so kind and responsive. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We will return as soon as we can!

If you want to have pool, beach, and walkable foot and entertainment, this house is perfect. I have been staying in Rincon for 15 years to surf and relax. I brought my 3 daughters, their husbands, and my three grand kids. Bring at the beach with a pool is a must with the young kids. Surf break is good for learning and the house is just a Mike from the better surf breaks. The house is well stocked, but could use a cooler for when you venture to other beaches.

Plenty of space for 12 people ! Great bday celebration…..enjoyed the waves and beach most days. Very responsive property managers addressed all our needs timely. Awesome family vacation !

fantastic house relative to everything in Rincon. Right on the best beach in Rincon, with a great pool, 6 very adequate bedrooms with modern appliances, proper grill by the pool, good beds, plenty of showers, beach chairs, towels... it was all there. We'll be going back if they take us!

This vacation rental was beyond perfect for our family. Everything was better than expected..... Multi level house, pool, Beach front. We felt very safe in this neighborhood. Hope to return.

We were 11 adults in the property and it was a great disspointmnet. - Property has only hot water based on solar. It means that if there is no sun - there is no hot water. If you try to take a shower in the mroning - good luck having hot water. - Internet reception was inconsistent to non existing. - water from 2 out of 3 showers were leaking outside the shower - aircondition wasn't working in third floor and water was flowing from the aircondition unit to the floor - Soap holder in shower is taped with black duct tape! We had several visits from various maintenance people that didn't resolved any issue. This rental doesn't fit its price. the owner recognized how bad our experience has been and we received $200 refund for a 5 days rental. We thought we should get at lease half of our money back based on the experience. Renter beware!

This was the perfect spot for our entire family. The house was incredible. We loved the location right on the beach. Pool was a must, especially with kids. Beds were so comfortable. There's a washer and dryer. We will be back next year

Great beach get away

Great location. Far from the city (San Juan). Very relaxing, great pool, beach and local shops and food. Management was totally on top of everything and when power went out (local issue) a generator kicked in and we never felt the impact. Pool was cleaned twice in two days! Great vacation!

Had an amazing stay with friends. When the house and location are so good we didn’t want to go anywhere else on the island. Fantastic experience.

Other reviewers have said this but the pictures don’t do this place justice! The house and the location are incredible! We had a large family and fit perfectly in the bedrooms. The kids played a ton in the pool and the ocean which is a few steps away. Don’t hesitate to book this place!!

Beautiful location. Management was right on top of things. My only suggestion would be to get a heater for the pool. While I realize it’s not necessary most of the year, It was chilly in December.

Our group of 9 absolutely loved this vacation rental. This property was amazing. Right on the beach, private pool, abundant nightlife all around. The house was clean and comfortable. You are within walking distance to several amazing bars and restaurants. Kahuna bar is steps away and a great place for casual dining and drinks. Casa Islana Inn has a great atmosphere and some of the best food I have ever had! Seriously a must visit spot! The property is minutes from local beaches and attractions and a short drive to the town of Rincon where you can find more amazing dining and shopping options. Overall this was one of the best vacation spots we have been to. Kare management were extremely helpful and attentive to any questions, concerns or needs we had. We will definitely be back again!

It was perfect location the house was immaculate and let me tell you that generator is a lifesaver the only thing I wish they had was some boogie boards the beach is amazing we will be back

This was the perfect house for our family vacation. Pictures don’t do it justice!

Everything was as listed. Beautiful home with awesome views. Host was very responsive prior and during our stay. Went with a group of friends and everyone was happy about everything. There’s even a bar/restaurant 2 properties over.

Waking up to the sound of the crashing waves was the best part of my vacation . However I do have some complaints , rooms didn’t have curtains on them so sleeping in wasn’t an option . Air conditioners in two apartments didn’t work and they were aware of it prior to us checking in . The bathroom tile in the second apartment is extremely slippery so be aware the water seeps out of the shower . The shower door was missing the rubber part to prevent water from seeping out. Besides that the property is beautiful once host fix those issues .

We were a group of 9 and had plenty of room. Clean and well maintained. Pool and garden were lovely, right on the beach. Kitchen was well stocked and all appliance worked well. The town was the right size with a couple very good restaurants and Barefoot Yoga down the street. Highly recommend for families and groups.

This property was in a perfect location if you are looking for relaxation and a beautiful ocean view right in the backyard. House is very well kept up with and owner extremely responsive & accommodating. Would definitely recommend & looking forward to coming back in the future.

This was the trip of a lifetime for our family. Twelve of us came to Puerto Rico to connect with the history of our Parent’s/Grandparent’s roots. Seas the Day was the perfect home base. We played in the pool and ocean every day. We loved being close but had plenty of space and privacy too. Everyone loved the house, being able to step outside and beach-comb, swim, boogie board, lay in the hammock and sun bathe. One of my favorite stays ever!!! We would 1000% return.
