the property is very nice, bright, big. all utensils are present, so you can easily cook and wash you clothes.

we were charged additionally for late check in, as we missed our flight and arrived really late. amount was not significant but I was not able to find this policy when did a booking. also, the beach which is near the apartment is under reconstruction , thus you have to walk additionally 10-15 minutes the closest one.

Above all, very good contact with the manager. Spacious rooms, very comfortable beds, pleasant February view outside the window (sun over the sea). Kitchen small, has everything you need, but this is not why you come to the Costa del Sol in February. Three lifts in the building, including a freight elevator , so no worries about having to carry suitcases up the stairs. To the promenade and the sea 100m. Even in February a lot of restaurants and bars are open, also those serving grilled food. Downstairs pub. Close to the Sealife park, to the marina with its unique architecture. Right next to the building is public parking with a fee, for no more than 30 spaces. In winter, only a few hours are compulsory paid, siesta is not included. Even in February it is difficult to find a free parking space - many surf enthusiasts come. It seems to me that in summer it will be even more difficult to find a free spot, so if someone intends to rent a car then they must be prepared to park in car parks further from the sea. We rented a car, but it was more important for us to have a free spot for the night than for the day, which was also difficult to find (at night the car park is occupied by locals). Free parking can be found on the nearby main street of Benalmadena (Avenida A.Machado), and there is free municipal parking 200m away. The neighbourhood abounds with restaurants and brings together many music clubs (closed in February, it must be very noisy in summer). The flat overlooks the sea, Ole Square and a large hotel. Ole Square is a very charming place and was being restored during our stay. The large hotel was in the process of being upgraded, it was quite noisy during the day due to the work being carried out there. There is a large market 10 minutes away, closer are two smaller ones on the way. On the other side of Avenida A.Machado there is an excellent breakfast place (Granier) - we recommend it. Overall, the place to stay hit the spot.

The property is spacious and superbly located for both the beach and the marina with lots of shops and restaurants all within walking distance. The pool area was clean and secure with a lifeguard on duty every day.

I really cannot fault it.

Everything was excellent for our week long stay. Abel was very prompt in replying to my messages before we arrived and Ana was so helpful waiting for us when we arrived. She showed us around the pool area and answered any questions we had. Air conditioning and excellent free wi fi also. 10 of of 10 for this place and everything on your doorstep.

The lock on the door was broken and we couldn’t enter the property and the owner charged us for the lock. He sent someone else out and they said they was nothing wrong with the door but the lock needed replacing because they couldn’t open the lock either

Excellent location, so near the beach and Marina. Apartment size ideal for our family(2 adults and 2 kids ). Host organised our taxi to and from the airport, and meet us on arrival. Highly recommended😁
