The house is lovely, spacious, and well laid out. The pool and grounds are private and well manicured. It’s a wonderful home for a family vacation.

Phenomenal home!! Our family had an awesome week in this beautiful home. Great for families as we enjoyed the pool and the convenience to the beach. Working with the homeowners was a pleasure as they were so great with communicating and making everything so easy to understand about their home. We can’t wait to go back!

This was our second summer returning to this beautiful and spacious vacation home. Well-maintained, perfectly located and lots of space to settle in and spread out. Owners are very responsive and helpful. We look forward to returning again next summer.

I can’t say enough good things about Daniel’s property. It was pristine, the pool was perfect, and beds were so comfortable!

We couldn't have asked for a better family vacation. The house was absolutely beautiful - so roomy and comfortable for our week out East. The pool, playground set and toys provided kept our kids (ages 2 and under) entertained for hours. The house was spotless upon arrival and we felt very much at home. We also couldn't have asked for a better location (a very easy 10-minute walk to the beach) and easy access to the supermarket and local restaurants / shops. The only (very small) complaint was the TV situation - there is only one TV in a small sitting room (that may double as a bedroom depending on the size of your group). It's an older smart TV so not a ton of options. We ended up buying a Roku (which we were in need of anyway) to get a bit more variety for our evenings. It didn't impact my 5+ out of 5 star rating for this property but may be helpful for other travelers. Wonderful, accommodating and responsive hosts as well! We're very much looking forward to returning next year.

great house pool and location

We loved this house and everything was as advertised. The host was extremely accommodating and easy to communicate with. The neighborhood was great to walk, run and bike around. The pool was beautiful and had a great outdoor set up. We all worked remotely and had plenty of space. Would definitely recommend this house and plan on coming back next year.
