The right sink was clogged which was especially a problem when we ran the dishwasher.

Very clean, plenty of room, super close to the beach! Couldn't ask for better!

Had a great stay with 5 moms getting away from it all for a weekend. Loved the big common areas and each having our own rooms. Was a perfect home for us!

Very clean and well stocked house. Room for 3 generations and two dogs, with close proximity to the beach. Excellent clamming, too! Highly recommend.

This was our 3rd year at this beautiful beach house! 5 of us enjoyed our 4th annual Girls Weekend! The beds are comfy, view is tremendous, kitchen stocked, and ample seating in the living room for chick flicks and relaxing. Just a short walk to the beach. The sun was out the whole weekend so we were able to spend time on the deck looking at eagles and shore birds frolicking. We love this house and intend to come back here every year!

There was plenty of space for everyone. We each had our own rooms and the common area was perfect for our group of 8. The kids all want to come back again!

Came out to see the rainy stormy coast and be inspired to write some music with friends. Winning on all accounts! Comfy beds. Great views. Lots of room in the house for everyone. Was the perfect winter getaway!

We chose this home to stay at for 2 reasons…the indication of their being two king sized beds and the location to the beach. Sadly when we arrived we found that since we had booked it they now only had one king sized bed which meant one of the two couples settled for smaller accommodations. The home is lovely, the view spectacular. It would benefit though to have a good cleaning done of the fans, floors and the baseboards. The space in the home is wonderful, the view outstanding…so with a few minor tweaks this place could earn 5’s all across the board.

Great place for a family get together. We had a maintenance issue but they resolved it quickly. We had a great time and loved the beach.

Our second time staying here- a bird watching group of five adults, and we are planning on booking again next year. It totally suits our needs with five, all comfotable, bedrooms and three baths, plus the equipped kitchen and spectacular view! The stairway is really long, so one of our members can't come and anyone who has trouble with steps will definitely have trouble- but that's the only glitch for us with this lovely place, and the height of the second floor is what allows for ocean views, so it's a tradeoff we don't mind. We all have a wonderful time and I DO rec. this quiet, clean, comfortable place for a great stay right on the beach.

We couldn't have had better weather...but even if it hmwas stormy or rainy, we would have been happy to stay indoors. This house is gorgeous! We made gourmet seafood meals in the immaculate kitchen, we watched sports events on TV, we walked the beach and took a short day trip to Westport. The only downside is we didn't want to leave! Wonderful place to celebrate our Father's 80th birthday and unwind. Thank you!

The view from the large windows is simply unsurpassed. Waves as far as the eye can see up and down the beach and the sea out to the horizon. It can't get any better than this. There is a path to the beach from the back yard that I was able to walk despite my 80 yo arthritic knees, and the sand is great for walking, hard packed so not too difficult. The interior of the house has so many nice touches, from Godiva chocolates on the pillows to a facial wrap in the bathroom, shampoo, hair dryer, etc. that let you know the absent owner was taking care of her guests. A basket in the kitchen even had several kinds of popcorn, ciders, cocoas, teas and multiple coffee makers. We enjoyed the beach art on the walls that was classy not kitschy, when we could tear our eyes from the sea and a giant tv with reclining seating was a focal point when the day ended. I cannot say enough good things about our stay, but we did rebook for next year while we were there and that says it all.

Large home has a beautiful view of the ocean with lots of room for a family. Be aware that there is a lot of stairs to climb to get to the main level. All amenities were provided and there was a fully stocked kitchen with lots of dinnerware and pots and pans. It's a quiet and inviting house tucked back away from the road. Very peaceful.

As always, we had a great stay! The house is perfect for a family get away. Close to the beach with amazing views of the ocean and night sky.

The property was comfortable and had nice little perks like shampoo, conditioner, and skin care face masks, as well as a selection of games. The beds were comfy, and the kitchen had plenty of room. The walk to the beach was a bit long and had a couple of relatively steep inclines, making it too difficult for my 74 year old mother to traverse. However, there were several options for easy beach access within a few minutes drive, so she was still able to enjoy the beach on our trip. The path to the beach was fine for the rest of the adults and kids in our party. The view is the star of this property though. Just gorgeous! We saw hawks hunting in the brush right outside the windows and several deer came through browsing while we were there.

This was the perfect beach house for a family gathering. It was clean and nice enough to be comfortable but you didn't have to stress about it. Gwen was so responsive! We had a small issue that was resolved within a couple overs. We have already reserved it for next year.

My family had a wonderful time at Pacific Dreams Beach House! The house is so completely and thoughtfully well stocked (lots of coffee & other hot beverages, paper towels, toilet paper, towels - all of it had a plentiful amount.) We had everything we needed. The view of the ocean is beautiful! It’s a great place for a larger group of people.

Great space for a family get together. Lots of room. How ever the stairs are alot if you are bringing dogs or elderly. The walk to the beach is also quite the walk. We ended up driving. But great place

This is our second consecutive year, staying at Pacific dreams beach house, and it never disappoints! The house accommodates all of our family’s needs! From the spacious great room, perfect for our family to hang out in, its gorgeous view of the ocean to an easy walk to the beach, which is very convenient for all of us. The bedrooms are very comfortable, the home is tastefully decorated , great supply of games and beach toys, exceptionally clean, and the kitchen is well stocked. We love it here, our happy place! What a gem in Grayland.

We really enjoyed this property, short walk across the sandhills to the beach, house has everything you need and lots of room around the property. Its a nice quite area which is just what we wanted.

Our second stay for a long weekend rest for 6 friends. Plenty of room for all. Staying here is so easy and enjoyable, we have no need to leave for anything. We just love this special time at the ocean. We watched clam diggers at this stay. Thanks.

Our third annual Girls weekend at the beach was wonderful! This is our second time staying at this beautiful beach house. There is plenty of space for each of us to have our own bedroom. The kitchen is spacious for group meals, with a table for eating and games. The oversized couch with recliners is a great place to relax and watch the waves, seabirds, and clamdiggers working to get their limit. The trail to the beach is easy to navigate and opens up to the reason we were there! The beach and ocean! The host was available for questions via VRBO messaging. We love this house and can't wait to come back next year!

Group of friends ages 65-85 enjoyed an amazing couple of days here. The home is well equipped and the beach view really couldn’t be better!

Excellent. Everything worked. Great views. Very comfortable. Hope we can visit there again.
