My family truly enjoyed the condo. It was neat, clean and spacious. The location is perfect; a short walk to Chatham center. I would definitely stay again. One recommendation, dressers for the smaller bedrooms. 😊

Our Chatham holiday stay was very relaxing. The condo is lovely and close to downtown Chatham. The accommodations were clean and the beds were quite comfortable. The pool table was an added bonus!

First let me say I did not read the information. I did not realize before I got there that no linens were provided. That is 100% my fault. I have never had a VRBO booking that did not provide linens so I didn’t think to read the fine print. I think this property would be fine for a weeklong rental where you drive down from Boston. We were flying from DC for a weekend and couldn’t bring sheets/towels so it was a big hassle to rent them. The management company was not sympathetic that we didn’t read the instructions and provided no help in securing them last minute. The property was large and comfortable but I would provide the following tips for travel. There are many stairs, keep that in mind with suitcases. Could not find the trash can in the kitchen AC is very uneven, and the Primary bedroom faces a very busy/noisy road.

Spacious layout. Split floorpan with bedrooms on opposite side of living area which is very nice. Condiments limited in Kitchen. No Linens or towels provided, we misunderstood this so it caused a lot of stress the first evening we arrived. Two stacked dishwashers. Top dishwasher did not drain. Notified the owners and they were responsive and were going to set up their repair person. We were able to use the bottom dishwasher so it was not a problem. Overall, lovely unit. Be aware that it is on a noisy road which woke us all up early- 6:00-6:30am! We are not used to road noise so take that into consideration. Nice, convenient location. Chatham is a wonderful town! Enjoyed our stay.

The property was absolutely excellent for our girls week...no husband's, no children! The rooms are spacious and the amenities are plentiful. Great location for sure! We hope to return next year!

Wow, this is a fantastic property located 2 blocks from the most iconic town on the cape, Chatham! Evelyn was a pleasure to work with, great communication, follow-up, etc. Very spacious, high end finishes, comfy beds, great kitchen and a fabulous family room/ billards room/ bar room! We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time! Beautifully decorated and deceiving roomy! We were a party of 7, ranging various ages from teens and up and there was something for everyone ! Loved how the large family room with pool table, music system and video game set was away from the bedrooms. Younger ones stayed entertained later into the evenings while not disturbing the older ones :). Also liked the short walk to Chatham Center! We’re definitely planning to rent again!

The house had everything we needed and more. A short walk got us to the heart of Chatham and the beach. Del Mar is a must and it's right across the street. The owners were available for any questions we had. It was a great weekend.

House location was great, right in the center of Chatham and place was awesome! Big living room and bedrooms, nice social area, parking available, 2 min from grocery store... will definitely be back!

The apartment is thoughtfully appointed, well maintained and the perfect layout and location for families. The pictures don’t do it justice, our teens loved the pool table and walking distance to town. The property owners were responsive and easy to use work with. I hope we can return again soon!

We loved our stay at 878A Main! Very well appointed home with full kitchen, comfy bedrooms, and great entertainment room complete with a pool table, which provided loads of fun. Location is a smidgen road noisy, but convenient to wonderful Chatham center. Thank you, Evelyn & David, for a great stay and all your kindness!

We were a party of five adults and one two year old. The layout of this home is wonderful; bedrooms are clustered around a full bathroom.... leaving the huge kitchen, Comfortable deck w table and grille and large LR and DR areas for family togetherness. EVERYTHING WAS SPOTLESS, very up-to-date, and the kitchen was incredibly well stocked with utensil, cookware and condiments. This was super as the corona virus had us eating in more often, along with take-outs. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from and DEL MARS across the street has super pizza for your first night post travel. The property’s location is so convenient. Oyster pond BEACH is a very quick ride where there is plenty of parking and very calm water. The town of Chatham is well within walking distance and is simply charming. Evelyn was so gracious we were able to access the apartment earlier than expected as cleaning had been done so the baby was “kept on scheduled nap time.” If I had 10 thumbs I’d give this Chatham gem a ten-thumbs-up! We found the property to be clean and well appointed. The owners responded immediately to calls and texts and helped us out with a glitch in our linen service (fault of the linen service, not the owners). They went above and beyond on a Saturday night to make sure our family had what we needed. This is a great private place to stay if you are looking to stay away from other people during the pandemic. It’s a walk into town for shopping, but there is a market across the street and a few other things nearby.

Roomy condo with a large great room/living room, updated kitchen and three bedrooms. Plenty of parking. Nice location 10 min walk to downtown and Oyster Pond. Located nearly across the street from DelMar, one of the best restaurants in the area. Owners very responsive to any problems.

Such a beautiful home. Great location near downtown Chatham. High end kitchen appliances, great surround sound system, chic beach vibe overall. Loved my stay here and would highly recommend this property.

We were visiting Chatham to attend a Family Wedding and we wanted to spend some quality time together as a family unit and rented the apartment so we could have that luxury. Everything about the apartment was perfect! We especially enjoyed the added bonus of the "pool table" and the upstairs living space. Chatham is a great place to visit and this apartment was a great place to spend that time!

This place was a gem. Perfect location, the place was impecable. Super close Main Street Chatham and Chatham Bars Inn. The condo was the perfect size, it’s actually quite deceiving and much more spacious than you can tell from the outside. It was perfectly tucked away and we loved every minute of it. We cannot wait to come back and stay again. It was perfect.

What a beautiful property for our weekend away for a family wedding! As soon as we opened the door, we were pleasantly surprised - the space is even more beautiful than the photos. Extremely clean, and a perfect layout for our family. We were in town for a family wedding, but would love to come back for another stay here for a longer vacation! We needed a place to rent for a wedding. The condo has been set up in a way that makes you feel at home.

Walking distance to downtown, Oyster Pond and easy drive to nearby beaches and attractions. Super clean and very comfortable unit.

I didn't realize no linens also meant no towels. Apparently this is a Chatham thing, never heard of no linens before but my brothers and sisters (I was in town for wedding) had the same deal at their rentals.

This quaint condo was perfect for our family of 5 - beautifully decorated and the perfect amount of space. It is very close to Chatham center and within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had a delayed Christmas for family and it was wonderful! We gathered in the condo, played games, watched football, ate chili. Beds are wonderful , kitchen has everything. Even the stairs, inside and out, were not a problem for us older folks! The only downside is in the advertising: says 'sleeps six' but charges by the night for more than 2 people.

The property is great for entertaining. Nice kitchen and great dining/lounge area. The place was clean and well maintained. Had everything we needed.
