This home is even better than described - it was spotless, spacious, and well appointed. We had a peaceful Labor Day weekend enjoying the pool and fishing off the dock. This home is perfect for relaxing and making lasting family memories.

We really enjoyed our stay! This was a beautiful home in the Cape Harbor neighborhood on a very serene canal. We really enjoyed coffee and sitting on the dock watching the fish fly through the air. Close to the harbor restaurants and Publix. The only thing needed was pool/beach towels otherwise it had everything you needed to enjoy your stay.

Beds were old and very uncomfortable. Bedding looked like it hadn't been washed in a while. The pool was beautiful, the house was OK but not as clean as we would expect for the price.

We had a great time and enjoyed being located near so many things to do. The house was very nice and had everything we needed. Thank you! Location was fantastic - nice neighborhood - kid's biked to Publix daily and walked around and felt safe. We would stay here again without hesitation.Pool area was our favorite!!

All was as advertised. We loved the pool area and our stay was restful and pleasant. Quiet neighborhood. Convenient to grocery stores and restaurant.

We would recommend to stay at this lovely home, very clean and accommodating. We will have great memories of this vacation we took with our friends. Iris was very easy to work with and such an easy process to check in and out.

Loved the location and house. Only down fall for us was that we were a family of 5 and only 4 bikes available and one had a flat tire. There was a lot of beach stuff which was so helpful. Would definitely rent again and again!

We truly enjoyed our stay for two weeks in early April 2020. While the house may be dated it was an amazing setup for my family. The master bedroom was a nice retreat and plenty of space existed for the kids to spread out. The best part of this house is the fact that it sits on the "canal". The location provided the perfect sunset as the sun set directly west atop of its surrounding coconut trees. The covered lanai was the perfect place for us to chill, eat dinner, play gamesor

Family of four had a great relaxing time. Rented a boat and kept in backyard for a few days, plenty of outdoor exercise, great location and nicely stocked.

My family and I just spent 8 days at this beautiful house. The house was as pictured on website. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need The bikes and pool toys were a great surprise and well used while we stayed here Would highly recommend

My husband and I have spent 4 weeks here to kick off our retirement. We have been very happy with our choice at Villa Picturesque. We have been able to invite friends in for 3 of the 4 weekends to celebrate with us. This house is well equipped with plenty of everything that is needed. We highly recommend shopping the local fish markets for daily caught fish. There are several, but, our favorite is a family run market in Matlacha called Island Seafood Market. We cooked at home more than we went out. We do however recommend checking out the Lobster Lady for both Breakfast and Dinner. They also have a fish market in the restaurant as well. Check out the beaches at both Ft. Myers and Sanibel Island. At our time here the no see um gnats were very active. Use the No see um spray, its natural and it works! The heated pool was great, and we were able to see many beautiful sunsets on the lanai.

Property As described , One fault , when checking into property , late on the night , all in darkness , And wrong door code issued could not gain access , With the help of the people in adjacent villa , eventually managed to contact management company and they issued the correct door code , was not very happy about that ,, But the villa and location was one of the best we have stayed in,

Our stay at this location was pleasant and enjoyable, and I intend to go there again with my family. The location was great, as well as the quality of the accommodations. We have no negative feelings of our vacation!

Perfect area, great house...all in all a perfect stay! Great location and house. We visited 4 beaches while here and the pool was great as well! The scenery was breathtaking right in the backyard!

Everything went super good during our vacation. I will recommend cleaning the dryer air it took long to just dried towels used for the pool. Other than that house is in a good location and we had an amazing time. We will definitely book again

We enjoyed our time, lovely home, great view, convenient to everything. House was clean but we changed several light bulbs. Lots of towels but very few wash rags. Wish windows were washed. Enjoyed the bikes. Overall delightful time.

All 6 of us (plus our dog) had a wonderful time. Lovely pool, plenty of room and burrowing owls right up the street :)

We really enjoyed our stay. The view is great, House is lovely, pool is amazing. Nice quiet location. House needs a tiny bit of maintenance.

The house had everything we needed and more. We were traveling with a 10 month old and there was even a high chair! We walked to harbour point many morning for coffee and enjoyed the pool everyday. We had a great stay and would definitely return.

Enjoyed the home and private pool. Close to the Marina which we really enjoyed. Special thank you to Roelen's Vacations. We forgot some important items in the home and they quickly retrieved them and mailed them back to us. Couldn't have asked for more. Will use them in the future.

We had a very relaxing, and wonderful time. The home was extremely clean, and in a very nice area of Cape Coral. Many restaurants nearby and a great walk to Cape Harbour. Most of our time was spent outdoors at the pool. This truly was Villa Picturesque! We are looking forward to returning!
