ein tolles Haus mit allem was man braucht, wie zu Hause zum Beispiel die Küche komplett ausgestattet ruhige Lage in einer schönen Siedlung mit Blick aus Meer und die Berge kurze Fahrwege zum einkaufen oder essen gehen ein super Pool zur alleinigen Nutzung, perfekt für die Kinder das Auto im Preis dabei, was will man mehr rundum: für Individualurlauber wie uns (die keine Hotelanlagen mögen) bestens geeignet, würde ich allen Freunden und Bekannten empfehlen

Nous avons apprécié la propreté de la villa, grande et bien équipée, la vue sur la vallée. La piscine est parfaite et très appréciable avec la chaleur !! Le gros plus c’est la location de voiture, en plus c’est une automatique. Pour terminer, nous remercions le gérant pour sa réactivité, sa précision. Nous avons adoré Chypre et espérons y revenir.

The property is in good order albeit a little dated. However it is clean and tidy and well stocked which is unusual and a very nice touch. Bryony and Stelios are excellent managers who respond quickly and clearly. We would recommend this villa but with the caveat that the local area is very quiet and seriously needs some local shops and entertainment (bars and restaurants) as without the very nice car that is provided you would be very isolated

Loved it from the moment we opened the door to the time we closed in 10 days later - car hire is included which is essential as the villa is on a large golf resort estate and has lovely views - the pool is just right for a family to chill and have some fun - weather was 32c for early September and beaches close by - Paphos a great harbour with boat trips, jeep safaris and shopping/eating - all in all a perfect holiday :))))))

Alles im Haus ist darauf ausgerichtet, dass die Gäste einen entspannten Urlaub haben können. Ich war schon bei der Buchung sehr davon angetan, dass es mit dem Haus auch ein Auto gibt. Deshalb wurde für uns auch gleich von den Vermietern ein Taxi für An- und Abreise vom Flughafen organisiert. Sehr komfortabel! Im Handschuhfach fand sich sogar ein Navi, was ich überhaupt nicht erwartet hätte. Das Haus ist ausgesprochen sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was das Herz begehrt. Es finden sich sogar Steckdosenadapter und die Sonnenliegen haben äußerst bequeme Auflagen. Im Kühlschrank befand sich ein Willkommenspacket (Brot, Käse, Marmelade, Kaffee Milch, Wasser und Obst, sogar eine Flasche Wein), so dass man bei Ankunft nicht gleich wieder los muss, um den nächsten Supermarkt zu finden. Alle Fragen wurden per Mail prompt beantwortet. Wir hatten einen späten Flug nach Hause und konnten sogar länger im Haus bleiben als üblich. Vielen Dank für den sehr erholsamen Aufenthalt!

Just back from a lovely week away with my wife, two daughters (aged 3 & 1) and my wife's parents. We have stayed in private rented villas in the past and this was by far and away the best. The property is very clean and so well appointed. You can tell that Stelios & Bryony really have put a lot of thought into the little details to make life easy for their guests. Our daughters enjoyed spending their days in the pool and they loved watching the latest movies on the internet TV box. The real selling point for this property has to be that it comes with full use of a 7 seat car! The villa is located on the Venus Rock golf resort which is a nice quiet area with nice views of the seas and nearby golf courses. We didn't venture into the golf resort itself but we did visit the nearby villages of Kouklia, Mandria and Pissouri as well as several trips into Paphos. Taxi's around this area aren't that cheap so having the car was a massive bonus! Stelios and Bryony we're a great help throughout the booking process and in the lead up to our trip, and they were always quick to answer my questions. In all we had a lovely time at Sunrise Villa and the in-laws are already talking about booking for next year!

We have just returned (sadly) from the best 2 week holiday. The villa was so comfortable and very homely. Exactly as described bit much better ( if that makes sense?!) Tidy and clean with everything we needed to help us relax. Suited 2 adults and 4 kids perfectly. The use of the 7 seater car was a huge bonus. Already filled with fuel when we arrived so we didn't have to worry about trying to find the nearest fuel station. A few essentials had been left for us which meant we could enjoy a cup of tea and a snack on arrival. I would highly recommend villa Sunrise and we will definitely be booking again for next year. Just a shame we have to wait so long to visit again. Thankyou :-)

Nous avons passé 3 excellentes semaines dans cette maison où tout y est prévu et rien n'y manque. Les propriétaires mettent leur véhicule à disposition et nous l'ont conduit à un parking à coté de l'aéroport de Larnaca . Ils ont organisé notre arrivée avec le personnel du parking : un véhicule nous a récupéré à l'aéroport et conduit au véhicule. Un GPS est même prévu dans le véhicule! Ils ont même prévu le nécessaire pour le 1er petit-déjeuner, fruits... La maison est propre, bien équipée, et surtout dans un quartier calme,surplombant la mer des 2 côtés. Le jardin est arboré et agréable, ombragé alternativement, avec une piscine qui permet de se rafraichir. Idéalement située, elle permet de visiter l'île où beaucoup de sites sont offerts aux touristes. De plus, Paphos à proximité dispose de toutes les commodités et des infrastructures destinées aux touristes; En cas de difficulté, un interlocuteur local se fait un plaisir de venir nous aider. Le descriptif de la maison est fidèle à la réalité. Nous conseillons particulièrement cette location.

In the garden there is a great swimming pool, very nice with the hot weather. The villa is airconditioned and situated in a quiet area, yet not far away from the main road and only 20 minutes drive from Paphos. In Paphos town you can go out, eat, drink or just walk the boulevard at night. We loved to explore this part of Cyprus with its beaches, watersports, mountains (Troodos) and archeological sites. You should really visit Paphos Archeological park, the Kings Tombs and Kourion if you like to get an impression of ancient Roman life. We loved Aphrodites Beach (only 10 minutes by car!) and Pissouri Bay. The famous Coral Bay is far too crowded in summer! We hired a boat at Latchi (Lakki, north coast) and made a trip along the coast to the Blue Lagoon with its clear, warm water. A very nice day out! It is recommended to use a car, as this is the easiest way to travel. We enjoyed our holidays very much and would definitely recommend this place to friends or relatives. The owners provided excellent service like car pick-up at the airport and a welcome-pack of some food and drinks in the fridge when we arrived. The description of the house and surroundings is very accurate and we found everything just as we expected from the description and pictures on the website. Fam. Drok, Holland

Cosy villa, magnificent view, quiet location, helpful villa managers plus excellent weather and good domestic wine - what can be better for vacation! Free car use and internet were also a great advantage. I would recommend the site to my friends and would also like to come back some time.
