We had a very warm welcome from the host who introduced us to the city and gave us very useful tips. The apartment was fine, clean, spacious, and well equipped. The metro station was 2 minutes on foot.

We had some problems opening the doors via the web app, but it was not a big issue as we had two sets of keys anyway.

Leider gibt es keine Parkplätze in der Nähe. In der Wohnung benötigt man immer elektrisches Licht, da sonst zu dunkel.

Really beautiful spacious apartment just beside a metro stop, 10/15min from the old town in Bilbao. The apartment was spotless and very well equipped. The bed was really comfy. Our host was very friendly and gave us lots of information about Bilbao. We enjoyed our stay here!

no external light, but apt was very thoughtfully lit so not really a negative

The location was brilliant. Just a short drive from the airport, 20minute walk into the centre or a 2min walk to the metro which brought you to casco viejo (just one stop away). Cafes, Pinxto bars, bakeries, shops and supermarkets all on your doorstep and lidl is a 5minute walk. Facilities in the apartment were perfect, everything from an iron board to hair dryer and dishwasher tablets was included. They even provided a travel cot and mattress. The car parking space is very tight, we had a Renault Captur and it was tight so if you're nervous driving consider a small car.

Nothing, the trip was amazing and the owners were on hand via booking.com to answer any questions we had.

our host Marina met us at the property and showed us around. she was extremely pleasant and gave us plenty of information on Bilbao. The metro was very close to the apartment as were bakeries and shops.

the apartment was an internal apartment so it dident have any view from it.

The apartment is quite big, with good sized rooms that can comfortably fit 4 people. The kitchen has all the appliances one might need and some basic consumable like oil, tea, coffee and salt. The bathroom also had some consumables like soap, shower gel, shampoo and toilet paper. The location of the apartment is not the most charming part of Bilbao, but is very convenient for public and private transport, for food shopping, and for just going by foot to the center. The parking is in a garage right in front of the property. The space for the car is quite tight, but that seems to be normal in the region.

I would have liked a couple more clothespins and a foldable drying rack, because the one outside has seen better times.

Good size, very clean, well equipped and comfortable. Close to local shops and bars. Walking distance to all the places we wanted to see in Bilbao. Plus a warm and helpful greeting from the owners niece.
