Fantastic facilities, very clean…spacious brilliant decor

Comfortable and well equipped for us. Could do with some local information, especially the short cut and very pleasant route to Ringwood which we only found by accident from a neighbour.

We were staying at Sam's for a university placement we had locally. The property was perfect for this and would be lovely for a holiday stay too! It was nice to have the living area with a great tv to relax. It is in a great location as well with a short walk into ringwood and good access to the new forest. Sam replied so quickly when we had any questions which was very helpful!

Loverly property made to feel at home and welcome. Xmas tree wonderful, shame we had to leave early due to new tier’s and regulations and unable to see our family properly.

Everything was really lovely apart from a problem in the bathroom - a horrible damp smell and no ventilation.

We managed to find Sam’s property last minute and booked without fuss. Sam was very responsive to our questions and kindly altered are stay, due to lockdown restrictions, without any hassle. Would definitely stay again! Perfect base to explore the New Forest!

The apartment was really clean and well equipped for a self-catering stay (plenty of pan, utensils, salt&pepper, cooking oil). Sam’s communication was great; well timed and clear. We had our two year old with us and a high chair and cot was provided. Perfect for our weekend in the new forest!

Property was well kept, clean and spacious for the four of us (2 under 5's). It's located close to shops, activities and also Boscombe beach. Would certainly look to book again.

Great property to rent and easy to follow instructions for locating property and keys

Locksafe not entirely clear but got there and response from owner very fast Lovely clean flat More crockery needed. Negated the dishwasher as had to keep washing up because only four large plates. Not glamorous surroundings - on an estate by noisy road - but on edge of forest and 10 mins from lovely Burley and walks etc.

Almost everything about the property was great. The only minor things that stopped me giving 5 stars across the board was the restricted access and parking area, I drive a Honda Civic and turning in the parking area was tight for my car so anything larger is likely to have problems. The 2nd minor problem was the access staircase which did not have a handrail or a light switch at the top of the stairs but one at the bottom. Apart from the above 2 items we had a lovely relaxing time with easy access to the beauty of the forest

We were fortunate to have been able to book this property for our family trip over the Christmas holiday. Our family lives nearby, and the location was absolutely perfect. Ringwood itself if also very charming and has many wonderful restaurant options and cute shops. Everything went very well with our stay from arrival to our final departure, we were so pleased. The owner is extremely responsive, helpful, organized and takes pride in creating a positive experience for the guest. When we arrived, we easily located the flat based on his clear directions and got ourselves settled into the comfortable and well laid out space. The bedrooms were both a nice size and one even fit a baby travel cot easily, with room to spare! The kitchen and bath are both renovated beautifully and thoughtfully with everything you could possibly need, including a nice rain shower. The living room/dining room space is ample, cozy and very welcoming. We look forward to hopefully staying again in the future when we come to see our family. I highly recommend this property.

We stayed at this comfortable and spacious apartment for three nights while visiting the New Forest. Everything was to our entire satisfaction. The only slight issue is that it is located next to a busy road and there is a quite a lot of traffic noise. However the bedrooms are in the back so it doesn't case a problem in that sense. A hand rail along the stairs would be a good idea.

Sam was a fabulous friendly host, he had lots of great local advice on where to visit. Apartment perfect, spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, well equipped. Fabulous walks on Ibsley common, Burley village fab. Ringwood handy for shops.

The apartment is beautifully furnished and very well equipped. The king size beds are a real bonus! The lovely , comfortable seating area would be improved with a coffee table. Also, the wide stairs leading up to the apartment could be made safer with a banister rail. I could be accused of nit-picking. Altogether it is a great place to stay whilst enjoying visits to all the area has to offer.

Stayed at this property with my husband and 2 children to explore the new forest and surrounding area, the flat was extremely clean, and well equipped, we were able to walk into the town for dinner and located very close to supermarkets. We also enjoyed the DVDs provided for family entertainment, would not hesitate in booking again.

Lovely apartment, close to local Ringwood amenities, and in a great location for New Forest and coastal activities. Well equipped, although a clothes airer would be a useful edition. Overall, the apartment was clean and tidy, although there was still pet hair on the sofa, presumably from a previous occupants dog - a little extra vac required. Would definitely book again.

Very comfortable&clean. The owner was always quick to reply and help. We enjoyed recommended walks. Please note that this is on the first floor. But there is a garden belongs to this which was very convenient to let my dog out in the evening.

We really enjoyed our stay in this modern, clean apartment which was very well equipped for a family and our dog! The beds were very comfortable, kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed and the kids were happy to find a selection of Jurassic Park DVDs to watch in the evenings😀� Staying in ringwood was an excellent location for access to the New Forest and coast. We ventured to Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door, Lymington, Bolderwood and Moors Valley Country Park - we highly recommend them all! Communication during booking this accommodation was efficient and friendly. Thank you Sam, we will definitely recommend you to friends and family!
