location and condition of property

I didn't read the note on the desk that said if you want them to clean your room daily you have to tell them. No big deal we just didn't expect that.

The desk manager on duty was so friendly and helpful. She was literally there every time I passed by, regardless of the time of day or night. I would definitely stay at this location again if I am ever in the area.

Location

1.) Service desk individual was rude when she did show up. Not friendly. Didn't really talk. Didn't tell us where to park - Across the street at another location. Another customer told us. 2.) Breakfast was supposed to start at 7am. We had a 8:15 tee time so we arrived at 7am. After 5-10 minutes we were told they were running 15 minutes behind. At 7:35 the door opened and we waited about 5 minutes more before things were set up. Had to rush food since we did not allow this 40 minute delay.

The staff especially Deborah.

I wish they had balconies.

The restaurant was amazing. The parking lot was well lit.

The bathroom door opens WAY too close to the toilet. A pocket door or barn door would have been a better choice

Breakfast was skimpy. Not as good as most hotels with breakfast included

Clean, comfortable, affordable, good service staff

The cleanliness was an absolute delight as well as the comfort of the bed. My favorite was the restaurant and the food was so delicious and we didn't have to drive anywhere!

If I had to choose one thing....I would have loved to have plain or vanilla yogurt to eat with the granola.

Beautiful facility

WiFi never worked

The place was clean. The beds were comfortable. The a/c worked well. The location to the lake was fair. The surrounding area was very pretty though it seems to have fallen on hard times.

I didn't like the fact that the coffee bar downstairs did not have any coffee prepared for early risers. The hotel continental breakfast was supposed to be open at 7:00 am. I knocked on the door at 7:05 to ask for coffee, I was rudely told by Jaimie that she would bring it out when it was ready.

Location of the hotel was easy to find. The hotel looked brand new! The rooms look like they have not been used. It was clean, quiet, and have a very friendly staff. Hotel was next to food, shopping and close to a lovely park. Also close to water view. The bathroom, beds, counters, windows, furniture were really clean and well maintained. They stock up the coffee maker for you! Towels were very soft. Parking lot and hotel area very well lit with bright lighting. Once you walk in and into the hallways you can definitely smell that it is clean or smell food cooking. There is a cute little bookstore stand where you can take a book and leave a book. That is super lovely when you want to read something while in the hotel room or at the park.

The elevator sounded like it was being stretched and squeaked while going up and down the elevator. The price I booked on Booking.com was different from the price I was charged at the hotel. It was by a couple dollars not much but I'd like to know why at least. Some dust wipe/smear markings on the wooden entry/exit door of hotel room. You would have to park across the street but that isn't too far.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Staff was polite and nice.

Breakfast was very disappointing and very limited in options. I was under the impression that the breakfast was very good with many options. The parking was very limited in spots.
