Great villa. Beach too much coral

What a great place for 3-4 couples or a big family. Close to awesome restaurants, Rum Point but away from crowds!

The house was in somewhat good repair. Two of the bedrooms were small and no closets. Otherwise the house was good for 7 people.

On the North Shore, within minutes of Rum Point, 20 minutes from Tukka on the West End and 35 minutes from the airport. Ideal swimming, quiet area. Absolutely will return. The villa sleeps plenty. Felt like one week isn’t enough!

Thank you for allowing our family to stay at your rental home, and for the wonderful care packages. Your rental had everything we hoped for and extra amenities (theatre and arcade games) that made our stay even more enjoyable. Thanks again for providing our family with cherish memories.

We Anticipated this trip from NJ, MD, and DE FOR about 6 mos. and it was absolutely perfect for us. The house is ready for everything that you would want to do. We had a chef, we made our own pizza dough and cooked them beautifully in the pizza oven by the pool. We fished from “our own” pier and gazebo, snorkeled off the private beach, kayaked and watched movies in the theater. This house was made for us. We had a 3yo, 6yo, 11yo and a 14yo and 6 adults and we were never bored. This is as advertised. We will come again for sure.

We celebrated our 15th anniversary (we were married on Grand Cayman) and my wife's 50th birthday with friends and family here. We normally stay at hotels on 7 mile beach, but wanted a house where we (12 people total) could be together. This place was a perfect hideaway from the hustle and bustle of 7 mile beach. It was exceptionally clean, beautiful and spacious. The kids and adults enjoyed the pool every day from sunrise to sunset but our favorite spot was the gazebo on the dock which was shaded and always had a breeze. Snorkeling off the beach (including a night snorkel) was enjoyed by all as there was abundant sea life. We rented a car and purchased fresh fish from local fishermen and grilled it at night. The views of the ocean, especially sunset, were amazing every day. If you're looking for a great place to gather a large group in a quiet, private setting, look no further.

This property was amazing. Everything was exactly as described. We will stay here again.

We had the best time at this home. So much room and clean. We swam daily and watched Movies in the most awesome theater room. We were able to kayak and snorkel from the property and enjoy game night. We loved this place. Recommend it and would absolutely come back.

A truly great spot and wonderful experience. The property is located within a short driving distance to run point, Kaibo, and Tukka restaurants. A small grociery/convenience store was within walking distance. The house accommodated nine of us with room to spare. The dock with the gazebo was a great place to watch the sunset, and during the day we could enjoy the pool or swim a very short distance out to a beautiful reef.

This is a beautiful house. Spacious, clean, terrific amenities and the backyard is like being in a resort. The "movie room" (as my grandsons called it :) ) and the video games were huge hits with them. If you want to make a meal, the kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans etc. Extra refrgerator for you drinks. The bedrooms are a good size and all (except the bunk room) were en suites. The house is located on the North side where it is really quiet. The house is surrounded with lush greenery and is very private. The gazebo over the water is a great place to watch the sunrise. We had some issues with the TV and ice machine but Megan took care of them. Megan is phenomenal!! I would highly reccomend choosing this rental

None of this would knock the property from a five star rating IMO, but they are worth mentioning. Taking all into consideration, the price is a bit on the high side. -2nd “master bedroom” is extremely small. We split the house and to be polite took the 2nd “master suite”. The bathroom was nice when the cabinet doors weren’t falling off. No ocean view and barely room to walk around the bed. -In fact there are only ocean views from 2 of 5 rooms and those are not great views. Standing with your face on the glass to see the water isn’t an ocean view. -The bunk bed room has no dresser. What do you do with 4 kids’ clothes that sleep in that room? -Theatre has no surround sound. -90% of snorkel gear broken. -No wood for fire pit. -Missing horse shoes. -No sandy beach for kids. -Strangers fishing from private pier our first night. “We were asked to have them leave”. -Provided Bluetooth speaker barely audible. -Except for Chisholm's convenience store, it’s a 15 minute drive anywhere. -Primary microwave broken. -Only one working fishing pole with line and no tackle on premises. Again these things seem petty, however they are all mentioned in the advertisement for the property, and all fell short. We were a little disappointed we didn’t get to have a fire or fish because we didn’t care to go on a mission for wood or tackle. I did call about the men on our dock, and the response was immediate. Although, the answer was no exactly what we hoped for. Could use some TLC by ownership to list in this price range

Things ran very well and communication with Megan was excellent both before and during our stay. It would be nice to have more melamine or plastic dishes and glasses. We searched for firewood at numerous grocery stores for the fire pit as suggested but did not find any. We did purchase some “wood charcoal” but weren’t able to try it due to weather. We had 6 children ages 1-9 who loved the pool and movie theater! It was good to have 2 great washers and dryers. They got much use as did the dishwasher. This is a great house but quite far from some activities we wanted to do. Star Fish Point was close and a great beach and calm water for little ones, It will be nice when construction at Rum Point is complete and more options for dining and activities are available in this location.

We stayed here with 14 people, 4 families with kids. The house was amazing as each room had its own bathroom. Kitchen, living room, patio, pool, pier/dock were perfect for our stay. The kids loved the bunk room with video games and the cinema room. The driveway accommodated our 3 cars easily. I'd stay here again in a heart beat.

We have stayed in a number of homes on the Cayman island. This was one of the best! The location was remote and quiet. The house was well appointed and there was something for everyone. The home theatre and arcade games were a big hit with the kids in the evening. The reefs in front of the house were superb for fishing, snorkeling and ocean kayaking. The pool was great for those who chose not to go into the ocean. Would definitely return!

Excellent, quiet location on the Island. It is a bit of a drive to get into town as the traffic is pretty congested much of the day near the more Metro areas of the Island. We learned a lot about Grand Cayman on this trip and would strongly consider staying at this property again.

We had a wonderful stay at Windsong! The relaxed vibe of the Northside was perfect for our family vacation. We enjoyed daily snorkeling and kayaking right from the house. When taking a break from the sun, the kids were entertained by the video games and movie room. We spent time at the Botanical Gardens and Caves as well - both are within minutes of Windsong. Local restaurants were great as well!

Our group, spanning 2 to 83, made wonderful memories in your beautiful and most comfortable home. I highly recommend this property!

Perfect fit for our three generation family.

Words can’t describe how awesome this property was for our family vacation. We had 2 families with 4 kids ranging from a 6yr old all the way down to a 4 month old and 5 adults. The property had everything we could possibly need for vacation. The house itself is set up so everyone can have their own space yet still be together for movies, meals and hanging out. The pool was perfect for the kids and the kayaks and snorkeling was amazing for the adults. The little ones loved playing in the sand area. The house was very clean upon arrival and we couldn’t be more pleased with our stay. If you are looking to be away from all the hustle and bustle this is the place to stay. Rum point, star fish point and Kaibo beaches are a short drive if you want the beach experience but we were happy just staying at the house all week. We went to a couple restaurants a few nights but mostly hung out at the house. We wish we had stayed for two weeks instead of just one. We will definitely be back! Thanks for making this such a great memory for our families.

We absolutely loved our stay at Windsong. We had four families coming together to celebrate multiple birthdays and the fact there were four ensuites was perfect for us. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of beach towels to go around. We really enjoyed the movie room on the rainy afternoons - TV was easy to work! We loved that there were two refrigerators - one for food and one we used for drinks. It worked out perfectly! The management company was available if we needed anything during our stay which all we needed were more trash bags and they got them to us right away. The location of the property is a distance from Georgetown, but finding a large affordable place near "the center of it all" is tough. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the other side of the island spending most of our time in the pool! There is a small grocery store which is about a 2 minute walk from the property, but highly recommend getting essentials delivered prior to arrival which worked out great! All in all, we had a great time and would highly recommend this property for groups that are larger in size. We all had our privacy but then also could be together. It was great. We booked this lovely home to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary with family and friends. It was perfect for us. 4 of the 8 guests are divers and enjoyed the short drive to Ocean Frontiers Dive Operation, while the other 4 enjoyed hanging out at the relaxing pool, snorkeling off the shore and touring other nearby areas. The open floor plan is a perfect setup for meals and spending time together. While there were no kids on this trip I can see having our grown kids and grandson there for a vacation. The house is set up perfectly to accommodate all ages.. Megan our host was very responsive and helpful at each request We did utilize the Chef service one night - I highly recommend it! And, their is a small store within walking distance, which was frequented often. One day at 7 Mile Beach was enough for our group. We prefer the lowkey feel of the Northside. Windsong was the perfect house for our first Caribbean vacation with 4 grandchildren! They loved the pool, the beach, the pier in the back (fishing), snorkeling & kayaking right behind the house! They caught Hermit crabs, small crabs but, despite their best attempts the lizards remained elusive! Megan and the managment staff were extremely helpful! We much preferred the north side of the island and would come back to Windsong in a heartbeat!!

This property truly is paradise! The home itself is excellent...well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and large living area. The best is the outside area with a spectacular view, peaceful dock and inviting swimming pool. I stayed here for a week with my adults children and spouses and it was the perfect vacation. It was so wonderful to have the pool, kayaks and snorkel equipment right at the property and not have to drive to do activities. There is a nice little grocery within walking distance which was so nice not to have to drive. There is a great jerk food stand just down the road within walking distance with some super local food! I felt very safe and the locals are very friendly! The owner was beyond helpful from communication before the trip, to check in and allowing us a late check out due to having a later in the day flight. We experienced the earthquake during our stay and she immediately checked in to be sure we were OK and offered to pay for our dinner if we needed to go out due to no water that evening...definitely above and beyond her responsibilities! I would absolutely recommend this property.....I have rented many homes in many places over the years and this is by far the best we have experienced!

Super nice and caring.Everything at Windsong was perfect. If there was ANYTHING I would recommend, it is not even Megan's issue; the signage in getting to the home is not so good. But hey, we got a map and figured it out.Megan, thank you for ensuring our stay was awesome.

The location was ideal (quiet, non-touristy, yet not completely secluded). Large, clean with well - appointed kitchen. There were enough pool/beach chairs and chaises to accommodate many more people that our party of 7! We travel with our own snorkel equipment, but they had plenty at the house. The first day my son broke one of the kayak paddles and a new one was delivered to the house the same day! Megan learned our arrival late Saturday meant all grocery stores closed (+ closed on Sunday) so I provided a shopping list and everything was stocked in the fridge/cupboards upon our arrival. Access was easy since the electronic key pad was all set for us. The grocery store (Fosters) was clean, large & extremely well-stocked. The locals who work all over the island were friendly and helpful to a fault! Much preferred over other locales like Jamaica, Bahamas, etc. We will definitely go back

Property is showing signs of wear a little bit--the dishwasher is *really* loud (especially during the first hour--we thought maybe it was broken, but it did the job); windows stuck shut from the weather; many of outdoor solar lights and pool lights don't work--but nothing that really took away from our overall enjoyment of the place. Appreciated all that was available for guest use--kayaks, water shoes, snorkel gear. I spent many happy hours of vacation sitting under the gazebo, soaking in the Caribbean sounds and breezes. Loved the relative privacy of this part of the island as well as the ability to walk to Chisolm's for groceries and the Island Jerk for some AMAZING jerk chicken. Hope to return one day!

Just returned from 10 days at Windsong. The 6 of us really enjoyed our stay. The house is really nice and all on one floor. We really enjoyed the pool and the gazebo at the end of the dock. Megan and Roy were most helpful during our stay.
