Jeff and Jackie are very accommodating hosts. Communication is easy and prompt. The property is lovely on a corner lot with lake access. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

We had an awesome weekend at your property. As soon as we walked in everyone said the same thing, this place is immaculate. All of us were very pleased with how clean it was and very thankful for all the kitchen amenities as well as the lake toys. We would highly recommend this property to others and hope to stay here again someday. The owners are quick to respond to any questions and the check in process was easy. Thank you for everything!!

My family really enjoyed our time together during this vacation. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It even had an air fryer which wasn’t listed on the description. The decks were wonderful, with plenty of seating. It even had a shaded deck. The greatest part was the lake set up. Great dock, sitting areas, fire pit, and a shallow entry for our grandkids, who are 2 and 4. The only bad part was there are over a 100 steps from the house to the dock. Yes we counted them! Just consider this when booking this home if you have anyone with ambulatory issues. The hosts were really nice and answered all of our questions quickly. I contacted them because we couldn’t find the electric air pump. Apparently it had been taken or hidden. They ordered one and we had it the next day. Now that really is above and beyond what they had to do for us. We absolutely loved this rental!!! Thank you so much to the hosts for sharing their home with us.

House was perfect as advertised.
So many small things that are taken for granted in other properties were surprisingly available here.
Things like soap, shampoo, dish soap, sponge and many others that we have always forgotten about were ready and waiting.
Such a pleasant surprise that made our stay so very comfortable.

This house is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL and the owners are so thoughtful to provide all of those extra little things that most people forget to pack. The lake has great access, and the plaza is just 15 minutes away!

This was the place if you want lake time. Got to try paddleboarding for the first time (Im 65!) Well stocked and comfy house!

We were 8 adults celebrating our daughter's college graduation. The space was perfect for our needs with enough supplies and space for all. We spent one day hiking at SML State Park and the next day swimming/sunning by the lake. The fire pit, porch deck, nice area restaurants and a large table for games rounded out our trip. Thank you, Jackie and Jeff, for sharing your clean and cozy home with us.

The property was great and was well stocked. Awesome views and lots of outdoor spots to choose from to relax and hang out. Owners were great too and very responsive. Would definitely visit again!

This was the second year in a row we stayed at this house. We returned because the house is clean and comfortable with great access to the lake. It's a lot of stairs down and up, but the dock area is awesome and we love the kayaks and stand-up paddle boards that they have there. The kids practice fishing and love jumping off the dock.

Nice property, clean and well stocked. Beautiful shoreline but lots of stairs with no rail. Fine for in-shape people, or those with steady gait but our elderly guest could not manage the 88 steps, we adjusted by driving him 15 min to the public marina where he could get on the boat .. so be aware if you have elderly or disabled people. Other than that a perfect stay and beautiful location! Would definitely return and recommend!

We stayed at the property for one week at the end of June. For the first five days we were alone, and after that we had kids and grandkids visiting for a few days. The kids (ages 4 and 7) had a great time playing in the water while the adults were on-lookers. Everyone was very pleased with the place and the location was perfect for the extended family.

This house is beautiful and is located in a cozy and quiet neighborhood. The house was very clean and accommodating for all of us. The kitchen has everything you'll need from grill tools to cookware to spices for cooking! The dock is a great place to spend the day. The little "beach" area was perfect for our kids to play. The cove is secluded from the hustle and bustle of boats and jet skis passing by. It is a great place for just floating around! I really enjoyed observing nature while sipping my coffee on the deck in the mornings. Jackie was very accommodating and responsive to my messages. If you are looking for a place to get away and relax but still feel like you are home, this is the place you'll want to stay! Thank you Jeff and Jackie, we really enjoyed our stay in your beautiful home! :)

This property was perfect for our family. We had four small families, and everyone was very pleased. It was so clean; the kitchen was very well equipped for any type of cooking. We loved the linens being included too. We apent most of our time at the dock swimming, using the furnished kayaks/paddleboards,or boating. Perfect vacay!

We had a very pleasant stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the living room is comfortable. The lake is partially visible from the back windows of the house, and from the multiple outdoor decks. Keep in mind there are many steps to get down to the lake, but for us this was great exercise. We had lots of fun taking out the 2 kayaks and 2 stand-up paddle boards. The owners were very responsive to my questions. I highly recommend staying here!

This was our first experience with a vacation rental. Absolutely wonderful experience. Jeff and Jackie were great to work with, very responsive to questions and provided clear instructions and expectations they had of us with regards to clean up and check out.
I will stay here again when we hold another reunion here.

The pictures do not do justice of this place. It is such a beautiful house with so many upgrades and so many additional things to do down at the lake and I side the house with kids. Owners were very sweet and accommodating.

We had a wonderful family vacation at this rental property! It was VERY clean and organized and the perfect location on the lake for our family since we water ski and use wave runners a lot. Everything we needed (AND MORE) was available for use and in very good condition. The house layout was perfect for the 7 adults and 1 toddler in our group. The downstairs bedroom area worked well for nap and sleep time for the family with the toddler as it provided good separation from the rest of the house. Stairs to the lake were very manageable and it was nice that a mini-fridge was available at the lake to keep food and drinks cold while near the water. I would highly recommend this property to any family that is physically active and wants water activities in close proximity to where they are staying.

We loved the property and would stay there again but the listing was a little misleading regarding how steep the climb from the dock to the house was considering the picture was split and a great section of the stairs were not shown. The lack of railing made it dangerous for my elderly father. That being said, I would whole heartedly recommend this property to able bodied people who can handle the climb.

Beautiful house on Smith Mountain Lake. We had a great time. Only a couple of tiny things to say. If you have elderly folks in your group be aware there it is about 80 stairs down to the lake. Also, towels are not provided for the bathrooms. Other than that it was a great place.

We had stayed here for our sibling vacation. It was great! We throughly enjoyed ourselves. The only complaint I would have is the stairs to the water, however, there isn’t much anyone can do about that! We just were surprised by how many there were. The view at the water is wonderful and the dock area is fully stocked!
