Amazing property! It has absolutely everything and super spacious. I will be recommending this place to others.

We really enjoyed our stay, the property is lovely and we loved sitting around the big dining table together! Unfortunately the spa would not heat up, which was a big disappointment for us and we were expecting 4 of the rooms to have Queen size beds, but there were only 3 with and the other 2 had 2 x single beds - just a shame as we had 4 x couples staying in the house. Overall though, we really enjoyed our stay.

This is our second stay at this property. To be fair, it seems a little less well-cared for than it was two or three years ago. However, over a hot weekend it was great to have the pool/spa and the tennis court, together with large well-kept grounds for kids to run around. A very pleasant and comfortable stay all round, especially for family groups.

Our Group had an awesome weekend, the house was excellent. We did all the local Waterfalls and of course a trip to the area would be incomplete without a trip to the Robertson Pie Shop

Lovely weekend together with school friends. Plenty of space indoors and out. Short walk to a lovely lookout. Short drive to Bowral for shopping. Very clean and well presented property with lots of beds for a group catch up

Lovely property for a long weekend getaway with family (we were a group of 8 adults and 1 baby). The space in the master suites were more than enough for a travel cot. The large living spaces were great for spending time together. We especially liked that the dining table was large enough to accommodate a full house of guests.

We had a lovely 3 day stay at this beautiful property. The grounds are just stunning. The house itself is very spacious with plenty of living space to be very comfortable. Modern and contemporarty fittings made this place feel like a home. The kitchen and pantry were very well stocked but the house needs a dustpan set.The vacuum cleaner supplied unfortunately didn't pick up a thing. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very well stocked and if you needed anything, there was a closet with ample supplies. Plenty of towels, linen and blankets. We thoroughly enjoyed the basketball and tennis court. A closet FULL of sporting supplies. It was quite windy on our days but we still managed a walk to the end of the property to see the Shetland ponies from next door. Overall, we had a fabulous weekend.

We were a group of 10 women and had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. Spacious living and stunning grounds. We enjoyed the heated pool and spa and had lots of fun on the tennis/basketball court. Would definitely recommend.

I stayed with a group of ladies for a relaxing girls weekend. Home is fully equipped with everything you need. Grounds are beutiful, pool is perfect and the spa with the gorgeous views was the highlight of our stay. A must stay if you are after peace and quiet and privacy. Woukd highly recommended.

Ticked all the boxes for our annual weekend away. Property is beautiful, house very spacious and rooms/beds very comfy. Loves our time around the pool and walking to nearby Morton National Park for stunning lookout! Only feedback would be some dusting and removal of cobwebs required. The house was beautiful, very large with plenty of space for two families to enjoy. Beds were very comfortable. We had one very cool day (15 degrees) so the fire in the main living room was a pleasant experience! Beautiful gardens, with a great pool. There was one big disappointment though and that was the broken spa. We were all looking forward to enjoying it but to our dismay after calling McGraths Bowral and the pool man we were told it would not be fixed for approximately 2-3 weeks. The pool man said there are ongoing issues with it and after reading previous reviews we were not the only group that couldn’t use it. There’s many more reviews/complaints about it. We found this frustrating and would have preferred to informed of this prior to booking. Also we sent the property manager a text about the issue in the beginning and didn’t even get a response! Not good customer service at all, I would have expected better! Other than that an overall enjoyable break.

Had a wonderful week at this fantastic property with my children and grandchildren.Beautiful grounds,lots to do with the pool and tennis court and gardens to explore.Will definently be back

Size of property was great however, the property was absolutely filthy. Spiders and webs all over the house, dead flys and insects on all the window sills, lizards coming into the house under the gabs in the windows on a number of occasions (in one of the masters and the formal lounge room) curtains falling off rods, broken sitting chair, not enough TVs. The exterior also needs a clean and the outdoor furniture attended to. Property needs an uplift it’s obvious it’s been vacant for a long time.

The whole process was very easy. Communication was great. Facilities were as were described in the listing. Beautiful property for the weekend

Great sized home, photos were accurate & perfect for our group of 5 couples . Garden & grounds are absolutely stunning . We needed to contact agent when arrived as there were only 3 champagne & 5 wine glasses for our party of 10, they great with quick response , delivered 12 of each . Thanks again we all loved our stay .

What a place and fabulous for a family catch up! Lots of options including swimming, spa bath, tennis/basketball or just sitting in the garden enjoying the sun and listening to the birds.

Beautifully well-manicured garden with huge varieties of plants & flowers & a tennis court that was actually clean & well maintained. The house was well presented at a glance with very comfortable bedding & 2 very sizable bedrooms with ensuites & 2 smaller double rooms & 1 twin room with shared bathroom. The smaller rooms could use some shelving or drawers so guests could unpack their bags & 1 of the double rooms was missing a bedside table & lamp which was inconvenient at night. Curtains were falling off the track in several rooms which could easily be fixed but stood out when we were taking photos. There were plenty of crockery & mugs but lacking in drinking & wine glasses & having some plastic outdoor drink ware would be much safer had we used any of the outdoor dining area & pool. Unfortunately, the weather was not suitable for a swim but being able to activate the spa would have been amazing but we couldn't get the temperature up in the spa. Considering it is a house for 10 people & most likely guests would have drinks & gatherings together, a few large platters would have been useful. The oven was not cleaned from previous guests & I think we left it cleaner than when we arrived. Having some ceramic cook top cleaner available would have been helpful to keep the cook top looking better. Whilst there was internet, it was very slow & not all of us could have access at once & our phone reception was very poor with any of the various phone carriers used in our group. Finally, an earlier check-in time would allow your guests to enjoy the property more. These are just a few suggestions which could make the property from great to amazing but our group still had a few very relaxing days & thoroughly enjoyed the house & property & many were keen to re-visit again.

Lovely home for a large group. Big, well stocked kitchen. Large dining area; 2 lounge areas; and good bedrooms. Some excellent nearby walks including a longer one from Manning lookout to Lost Lookout via a grotto and small waterfall. Just stunning. Suited our group of 9 with plenty of room. A couple of minor cleaning issues, eg old/used coffee in the plunger; a broken glass in the glasses cupboard; and we couldn't find a dustpan. But otherwise a great location and house.

Our family of 4 couples and 2 children under 2 yo enjoyed our stay over a long weekend. We did not have a chance to use the pool due to it being winter however we did use the tennis court which was in good condition. The lounge areas and dining room were spacious and fitted all of us in easily. The bedrooms were all a good size and comfy. We made use of the open fire and the ducted AC too.

The property itself is lovely and our family of 10 had a very enjoyable weekend away. The closure of the only main public access road in and out of the property, which I understand has been in place for several months, would have been very helpful information to be provided with, so that we didn't end up driving through a paddock - otherwise we would return to this property. Thank you

We stayed for 3 nights, group of 10. Modern house surrounded with beautiful gardens. The kids spent most time swimming, playing basketball and tennis. Our family and friends enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the property. We cannot fault the property. We also would like to thank the ladies at the McGrath who were amazing and quick to respond with all our enquiries and needs.

We had a lovely weekend away with the family and despite the weather not being very good, the property itself was so lovely and with the tennis court and spa there was lots to keep the kids entertained! Plenty of room for our group and lovely to have the separate lounge and media rooms along with the bedrooms being away from the main living area. Overall a wonderful stay and we would love to stay again!

This property was immaculate. The facilities were exceptional. Very large, sleeping 10 comfortably. The pool and spa area was great! But most of all, the grounds were absolutely beautiful and well looked after. We stayed 3 days for our daughter’s wedding at near by Mali Brae Farm and the house was just perfect. All communication with the property manager was seamless. I would highly recommend this property. Thank you for adding to what was a beautiful family weekend!
