La Proprietà ed i collaboratori sono tutti molto gentili, veloci e scrupolosi nel far fronte ad eventuali richieste o quesiti sia in fase di prenotazione che in quella di soggiorno. La Villa è grande e ben strutturata ed anche se eravamo in 10 ospiti (3 famiglie: 6 adulti e 4 bambini), ognuno ha potuto godere dei propri spazi. Le camere sono confortevoli e pulite. I bagni della zona "notte" sono datati ma spaziosi e funzionali. Il bagno al piano "terra" è nuovo ed enorme. La cucina è ampia ed efficiente anche se tegami, stoviglie ed accessori sarebbero forse da integrare e/o sostituire. Purtroppo non c'è aria condizionata ed i soli ventilatori (non troppo funzionanti) messi a disposizione in ogni ambiente non apportavano il beneficio sperato... anche a causa delle alte temperature esterne raggiunte. Potrebbe essere utile l'installazione di una "zanzariera elettrica". A metà del nostro soggiorno di 2 settimane è stata fatta (compresa nell'offerta) la pulizia completa della Villa con il cambio della biancheria da letto e da bagno. La zona piscina viene controllata e pulita da personale addetto ogni 2 giorni (senza arrecare agli ospiti nessun tipo di disagio). Dalla Villa si possono facilmente raggiungere molti luoghi di interesse, negozi e supermercati. Se si desidera visitare questi luoghi e/o provare l'esperienza di questo tipo di vacanza consigliamo vivamente questa soluzione.

Terni is a good location for exploring Umbria . Villa was large and well maintained . friendly greeting when arriving. Old town restaurants were excellent.

The house is very large and beautiful and the owners were very kind with us. There's everything in the house, the swimming pool is very nice and the house is totally surrounded by greenery. Terni is in a strategic point to visit other wonderful cities of Umbria: one hour to Assisi and Orvieto, 40 minutes to Todi, 30 minutes to Spoleto. We report only one thing: during the very hot days in summer, the house is very warm and there is no air conditioning but only some cooling fan. It would be appropriate to install air conditioning. Otherwhise the house is perfect and we recommend it!

Loved the house, garden and location was perfect for our family of 8 and a dog. Closed to supermarket and city center in a town not crowded with tourist but with more possibilities for day trips and activities. We had only problems with the pool, being green over the days, but the owner worked hard to solve the problems.

Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances dans cette maison. (2 couples et 4 adolescents) Elle est très bien équipée avec un magnifique jardin et une très belle piscine. La route pour aller visiter Rome est facile . L’accueil sur place est très sympathique et efficace. A recommander !

La maison est vraiment très agréable. Le terrain est immense et la piscine est en contrebas ce qui est très pratique pour la surveillance des tous petits. La maison est très bien équipée, la literie est bonne. Seul bémol : une connexion wifi limitée et un barbecue inutilisable à changer pour les prochains locataires. Enfin, la terrasse est superbe. Nous y avons passé beaucoup de temps pour s'abriter de la chaleur ou de la pluie.

Me and my family of six, stayed here for two weeks over the summer. The hosts were very pleasant and welcomed us with food and drinks. The house was beautiful and provided lots of entertainment for my four children - the pool was a saviour, especially in the heatwave that happened whilst we were there! The house was ideally located so that we had peaceful nights, but also had easy access to shopping centres and ceramic shops, and it wasn't a long drive to Rome. Great place to stay, recommend highly!

Ideal for exploring the Umbrian region by car and also for a day trip to Rome by the excellent and reasonably priced train. The Villa is great and was ideal as a base for 2 weeks for 2 families of 4. The kids had a lovely time in the pool, playing badminton/volleyball and table tennis. Carla and Tomasso were really friendly and helpful - both before and during our stay.

The house was very well cleaned when we arrived and we had no problems getting to the house. the garden is beautiful and had so many different games that we played, i loved the volleyball court and table tennis. it was me and my friends and we could play music and dance till late as we had no neighbours to worry about. The pool was always kept clean by the gardener who lived locally and the weather was perfect so we where always in the pool, also the area had great food and wine and we loved our visits into the city centre. overall great place, ill see it again next year!!

I found the villa a very peaceful and secluded holiday destination, which really allowed me to put my feet up and do some much needed relaxing. A very clean and spacious house. There were so many activities we could do, that at first we never left the villa! The weather is still warm enough to play some volley ball, and table tennis outside, along with a few hoops of basketball. At night we would play cards for hours over a few drinks, and maybe a dance or two. The place is so well covered so that we never had to worry about being too loud. Eventually we had to venture out into Terni to see its city centre and taste some of the great Italian cuisine. There are also some funky bars which caught our eye, but were for a different kind of holiday. Kindly, We had been informed when we were welcomed of a few really authentic restaurants we had to try, and they proved worth it. Sadly we didn't manage to go out and see the rest of the neighbouring towns and cities like Orte and Narni, which we were told were really beautiful. Looking back we could of easily stayed for another week! Overall a fantastic holiday.

It's definitely the best property we ever rented. I would certainly love to go back.
