Excellent Owner and Very nice. Accommodative guest request. In fact i have stayed after Check out time (3 Hrs More). No extra charge. Very Safe place to LIVE with family and enjoy. He arranged CAB also. CAB also too good and very polite and co-operative.

Host is excellent. Mr. Mir is super helpful and extremely polite. He took us to the station so that we could locate our lost phone. We ultimately got it back.
1. The property is a bit inside.. So, one has to walk uphill for a bit to come to the main road. Difficult with aged people. Also, you will not get auto easily for the same reason. Hence, you have to depend on host to give you contact details of auto driver.
2. The car contact (Imtiaz) given to us by the property host raised the rate at the last moment when we had no option to change. We were supposed to drive till Coorg and our resort was just 15 kms outside Madikeri. Hence, he increased the rate at 9 pm the night before.. when it was impossible for us to look out for other options. It was certainly not about money as the initial rate we agreed to (without any negotiation) was itself on the higher side. However, the last minute change was absolutely uncalled for.. especially with aged parents and a child. Speaks volumes about the driver’s professionalism.

Clean well furnished apartment. We had a wonderful stay at this property in Mangalore. The owner and his son were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our experience all the more enjoyable. The accommodations were clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient for exploring the city. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others

AC in both rooms were not effective. The queen bed in our bedroom was really not nice. It felt precarious while sleeping and one had to be careful while turning so as not to fall out

Inside it's very clean and neat. Owner very responsive. Breakfast provided by the owner on demand . You have to prepare tea/ coffe milk is provided which is kept in the refrigerator. It's not the best for liesure.
Location is not good. It's not possible to accept , no near restaurant . Near by masjid loud speaker disturb you always. Ambience out side premises is not good you have to be stay inside only . It's not good for liesure

Right from the time we entered the property we were impressed by the decor of the property. The landlord would come and check on us to see if we required anything. We felt that we had someone who was well aware of the locality who took care of us. On a day when it rained for 4 hours early in the morning Mr Mir updated us about the road situation so we could drive safely. Our stay at the Square Suite coincided with the time when curfew was imposed between 6am and 6pm. Mr Mir would regularly check on us and ensure that our dinner of our choice would reach the apartment.
Overall our stay here has been very pleasant and would love to come and stay here again in the future.

The place is neat and tidy. It has a double bed with attached bathroom, and 2 single bed with common bathroom. Kitchen is neat, have generator backup. Has a washing machine, water filter, Owen and TV with fiber connected. It's a home away from home. The owner stays nearby and is just a call away. He is kind and answers your call at anytime in a day.
Queen bed is a bit small for 2 adult and a kid. But that can be managed.

The whole experience of stay !! The host Mr Mushtaq has taken tremendous efforts to create & maintain the Square Suite very well. Kudos !! The interior is just amazing . The beds were super comfy & the kitchen has all things . There is a wash area with a washing machine .
We stayed as a family of four, for three nights. We utilized all facilities..cooked, washed clothes, watched movies. Just felt completely at home.
As such, none to mention in particular. Felt the bathrooms are compact, but managable.

The property was very clean and very well maintained. The Owner is a very friendly person who made us feel at home in his flat.

It's a cute 2BHK, we had booked 1 room. Everything was so clean and tidy. Mustaq was a great host. He made us feel at home, he was very caring. Overall the place is very comfortable and homely.
