Beautiful hostal with great views. Lovely patio. Laundry done with a smile. Danny, the proprietor, was a wonderful host. Everyone in our group LOVED him. We had the best dinner in our 4 weeks on the Camino. Not a pilgrim meal but a gourmet feast. We will return. Thank you, Danny.

A unique and beautiful place with heaps of character. Danny the host is one of the nicest people you could ever meet. He was so helpful and accommodating. He is the only person who carried our luggage up 2 flights of stairs and allowed us to check in after we settled in. A good breakfast.
My only critique is that the hot water and WiFi didn’t work, but I would still stay there again

La limpieza es excepcional, nos limpiaron la habitación y ya estaba impecable. Nos repusieron geles de ducha y papel higiénico.
Un hotel de lujo a precio normal. Estuvimos muy a gusto.
No perdáis la oportunidad de cenar en el restaurante con Dani. Está todo delicioso. Nosotros quisimos ir las dos noches que nos hospedamos pero una de ellas llegamos y no había luz y fuimos al pueblo.
El hotel es un hotel con encanto y muy especial. Volveremos si podemos algún día sin duda.

One of the best rooms we’ve stayed in during our entire Camino. Our window faced the Castillo. Staff was great.
Nothing to dislike…. If I’m nitpicking, the breakfast could have been a bit more nutritious with an offering of fruit and/or cereal?

This fantastically located property is run, seemingly single-handedly, by the most charming and hospitable host I’ve ever come across. He insisted on carrying our enormously heavy bags up and down two flights and displayed endless generosity of spirit. The dinner was superb (his recommendation of tomatoes from his father’s garden and burrata was sensational) and the room was very comfortable.
The only reason I’ve given it 9 and not 10 is that a bright orange night light in the corner of our room shone in my eye all night.

En general nos gusto todo. La ubicación, limpieza, habitación, la amabilidad del personal, pero sobretodo la comida ( un 10)
El baño era pequeño, pero suficiente, en una de las habitaciones

Todo pero quiero destacar la amabilidad del dueño que además conocía a la perfección la zona astur galaica en la que vivo. Sin lugar a dudas y sin desmerecer los otros lugares en los que he pernoctado y comido haciendo el Camino de Santiago, en el conjunto el mejor.
No hay nada que no me gustara.

this was a beautiful and well loved home that the host, Danni, tends to himself. He is one of the most loving, fun and spirited hosts along my entire Camino. very comfortable room, you can tell he out his heart into creating the space. A delicious and cozy meal in his restaurant. Everything about this place is wonderful!

el trato de la gente, sobre todo de David, fue excepcional, Por la mañana para desayumar teniamos tostadas y bizcocho,
el bizcocho buenisimo. Muy cerca del centro del pueblo, para bajar y tomar algo en la plaza. Estuvimos 12 dias y

Lovely friendly and helpful staff, nice, clean room featuring natural stone, and loved the cafe's wood-beamed ceiling. Nice quiet location, a short walk from the Plaza Mayor.

Wonderful place just as you arrive in town on the Camino. Interesting architecture, great views. Danny the owner is extremely helpful. I came in with back pain and wanted to conserve energy and muscles. Without charge he drove us to Pilgrim’s mass and picked us up afterwards. Drove us to physical therapy the morning we left.

The room was clean, comfortable, and otherwise perfect. The highlight, however, was our host, who is a gracious and kind man. Not only was he welcoming to us, but he was especially kind, and went out of his way to provide care for a blind pilgrim.
Sadly, the restaurant is not open on Sunday evenings, and so we could not comment on that. Our host, however, provided us with a “to go” breakfast in our room.

Gorgeous place! Host (Dani?) was exceptionally nice. Lovely breakfast. Superb location in beautiful town. Well laid out room. Close to Camino route.
It's a single bed. (I knew that at the time of booking, of course, and I was on my own. But just to be aware, as some people might want a double bed even if they're alone).

Our favorite place to stay so far on the Camino. adorable stone walled rooms. The most amazing food. But the best part was the service. We were treated like Queens. Seriously, don’t miss this place.

The owner was so friendly and kind. We got there wet from the rain and he immediately made us a good cup of coffee with delicious homemade cake. Dinner was 1st class.
