Appartement is superschoon en heel erg ruim. Fijne airco. Mensen die er werken zijn heel vriendelijk. Je kunt handdoeken lenen om mee te nemen naar het strand of de warmwaterbronnen. Ontbijt is bij het zwembad (mooie plek!) en is heerlijk. Parkeren kan gratis en makkelijk naast het hotel. Goeie wifi.

Conheço dezenas de paises, os quais utilizei diversos hoteis, desde grandes redes até hoteis simples, mas este hotel, foi uma das minhas melhores experiencias. Pessoas atenciosas e comprometidas, extremamente limpo, quarto extremamente confortável, café da manhã (pequeno almoço) muito acima do nivel com diversas opções incluso veganas que era o caso da minha esposa. Junta-se a isso, a ilha de São Miguel, um local maravilhoso, barato e com pessoas extremamente atenciosas. Foram 4 dias inesqueciveis. Conheço Islandia, mas os Açores além do custo de 1/5 do que gasta-se da Islandia, na minha opinião é muito mais bonito e diversificado.

Gostei de tudo , instalações, decoração, localização, piscina exterior de água quente mas tenho de destacar a simpatia de toda a equipa , foram fantásticos!

Não consigo assinalar nada, superou as minhas expectativas. Talvez deixe a sugestão de o horário de pequeno almoço ser mais cedo, no nosso caso tivemos de sair antes das 08h, mas até nesse pormenor foram atenciosos e deixaram-nos um pequeno almoço pré-preparado.

This allowed us to fully enjoy the island and spend an unforgettable vacation in the Azores. A large double bed, a shared equipped kitchen where you can not only drink tea, but also prepare a full meal. The hotel provides variety of breakfasts with lots of fruits and delicious puddings. Wonderful view from the hotel, comfortable space on the ground floor, private parking. They also provide you with three towels: for bathroom, for pool, for hot springs

There are very few outlets in the room

Simpatia dos funcionários, sempre disponíveis para ajudar. Do belo jardim e piscina(água com boa temperatura). Bom pequeno almoço. Cozinha bem equipada para que quer fazer refeições no hotel.

Gut erreichbare Lage mit Parkplätzen, Supermarkt um die Ecke, Frühstück (bis auf den Kaffee) okay. Personal stets freundlich. Die Karte mit möglichen Aktivitäten ist sehr hilfreich. WLAN schnell.

- Unser Zimmer war direkt am Haupteingang, nur ca. einen Meter von Rezeption entfernt - Kakerlake in der Dusche (wurde durch Reinigungskraft entfernt) - Pool nicht beheizt, daher eiskalt (kälter wie das Meer!), Schwimmen unmöglich, kein einziger Gast nutzte diesen Pool! - Auf dem Zimmer keine Möglichkeit Wasser für Kaffee oder Tee zu kochen - Betten sehr unbequem und hart - Extrem hellhörige Räumlichkeiten (laute Gespräche anderer Gäste) - Hund vom Nachbarhaus bellt konstant von 1-4 Uhr nachts (ruhiger Schlaf unmöglich) - Leitungswasser hat KEINE Trinkwasserqualität, von der Rezeption wird Gegenteiliges behauptet (die Folgen kann man sich ausmalen) - Das einzige Fenster ist zum Innenhof hin, was die Privatsphäre stark einschränkt, daher Jalousien dauerhaft geschlossen. Unser Wunsch nach anderem Zimmer wurde abgelehnt aufgrund der vollen Belegung.

Everything about this place exceeded our expectations. The breakfast, room and shared kitchen were great and all staff were so friendly and extremely helpful with suggestions for things to do or booking activities. A highlight was that the outdoor pool had just recently (1 week before) been upgraded and is now heated to 30C, so we enjoyed that very much!

Me gusto el servicio de desayuno y el poder disponer de la cocina para poder tener y hacer tus cosas.

El olor de la habitación. El ambientador que se utiliza tiene un olor un poco incomodo al principio, luego de acostumbras. Y otra cosa que no nos gustó fue el piqniq que nos prepararon, fue bastante justo.
